This elegant village house in the heart of Lindos Village provides comfortable and stylish self-catering accommodation. The pretty, open courtyard is the perfect place to relax with a cool drink whilst soaking up the sun by day and enjoying the warm evenings by night.

The villa is ideal for both families and couples. It is extremely comfortable and has been designed by its British owners to be their second home. It has all the conveniences that you would expect of a home with the added advantage of great weather and lovely sandy beaches close by.

Lindos's night life is excellent. There are great restaurants and bars to suit all tastes, from a romantic dinner for two to a family dinner where the children truly are welcome. If you want to venture further afield the island has many historical sites and beautiful scenery. The old city of Rhodes is fascinating.

Lindos is a perfect Summer Holiday destination but also great for a long winter break away from the northern climate. For those who want to work from home wanting some winter sun, there is good internet and heating for the chilly winter evenings. N.B. Please note that in 2024 the Greek Government introduced a Climate Resilience Tax which for 2025 is €15 per night for Villa Katerina. This tax is in addition to what you have been quoted here and is payable on arrival. I will work with VRBO as to see how best to include it in your initial quote so hopefully this will just be a temporary situation.

Pretty villa near restaurants and beaches

A lovely stay in traditional, comfortable villa close to the bustling streets and rooftop restaurants. Gorgeous beaches close by in walking distance. Acropolis definitely worth the climb for spectacular views!

Lovely stay in Lindos

We had a great family vacation in Lindos. The house is a pretty traditional Greek house, very well equipped, located in the heart of Lindos. Note that the car parks located around the village are paying and in high demand in summer. The house is in the immediate vicinity of shops, bars and restaurants as well as beaches. We enjoyed getting lost in the little streets of Lindos and the region is really beautiful. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful villa and best location

The villa was absolutely beautiful, spacious, traditional design! Main bed was super comfortable and big! Apartment had all required kitchen utensils, and cooking essentials. Host was welcoming, friendly and made sure our stay was perfect. Location is very central and close to the beach but lots of stairs and up hill to go anywhere in lindos.

Wonderful house bad circumstances

We had a wonderful time in Lindos before the wood fires. But the house is great and we were in a fantastic contact to our host. The house is in the center of Lindos but although there are tourists it is very quiet and charming. There is a lot of space and we had everything we needed. The house is close to supermarket and a lot of very nice restaurant. When we come back to Rhodes we would like to stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great stay in Lindos

Our family had a great stay in Lindos. The house was an excellent mix between comfort/convenience and tradition. Staying in the middle of Lindos in such a good property made our time their so much more enjoyable. With the house in the middle of Lindos we loved how easy it was to get meals, buy essentials and just be part of the life in the village. The communication was also great with the owner and property manager, which made our visit go so smoothly. Thanks

Fabulous Villa in a superb location

The Villa was beautiful with absolutely everything you need, location was amazing, a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, restaurants/shops. Yvonne and Sheila were extremely helpful with arranging taxi's and any information we needed and a lovely touch from Sheila was the coffee, bread, milk and honey she left for us. 100% recommend this beautiful villa

Wonderful

Fabulous really well equipped traditional villa in the heart of the old town. It really has pretty much everything you could think of for a relaxing stay there was plenty of space for 4 adults. The bedrooms are large comfortable and well equipped with bonus of air con that we needed some evenings. Lindos is beautiful there are 2 great beaches within 5min walk of the villa but be warned it is hilly. Perfect place and location the old town is a maze of narrow streets full of great bars and restaurants it takes a good few days to get your bearings but wandering around getting bit lost was all part of the fun. The large and comfortable terrace is great we used it every evening for relaxed drinks a few meters away from the busy town. We loved it and hope to stay again. Communication was great with Yvonne and Sheila who greeted us is a total legend nothing too much trouble and full of great advice.

Brilliant week

All communication in the lead up to our holiday was speedy and efficient. We were met on arrival and within half an hour were eating on the rooftop at Alex’s, beneath the acropolis. The property is in a perfect location for the bars, restaurants, shops and beaches. Beds are comfy, air conditioning great and the courtyard a great place to hang out. We love Lindos and will be back to stay here again. Thanks

Posizione fantastica

La posizione è perfetta, vicino al porto e nel paese. Comodo per tutto. L’appartamento è in una via tranquilla e ai sta molto bene. È arredata in maniera semplice ma con una cura incredibile. I proprietari hanno pensato a tutto. Non manca davvero niente. Gentilissimi ci hanno fatto trovare bevande e tutto quel che serve per la colazione. Pulizia perfetta.

Wir genossen die Ferien in Lindos, Villa Katerina ist hübsch und gut ausgestattet. Auf der Terasse lässt es sich prima entspannen und die Badebuchten sind so gut zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Ideal for our purposes, the only thing which we felt could make it better was a key safe as we only had one key for two couples. Sheila the onsite manager was lovely and very helpful.

I first visited Lindos in 1976 and have returned virtually every year since. I spent three years living and working in Lindos in the 1970s, working at the now defunct Looms Of Lindos. In 2003 we were lucky enough to able to buy Villa Katerina and we set about renovating the house which took nearly two years. Realistically the renovation and maintenance is constantly on-going as anyone who owns an old house will know.
My main home is now in Devon but I visit Lindos at least twice a year and when I can for an extended stay.
I love the fact that others can enjoy our Lindian home when we’re not there. Houses need to be lived in and enjoyed and hosting guests allows this to happen. Hopefully our guests love it as much as we do.

Location, location, location! Villa Katerina is situated in the heart of Lindos village. We are close to the beaches and the centre of the village, where you will find most of the bars, restaurants and shops. The house is also in a relatively quiet part of the village, being a predominantly residential area.

There is a lovely courtyard and the house is comfortable and well equipped.

Villa Katerina is an ideal property if you are intending to self-cater.The kitchen is well equipped with an oven/hob and a large fridge freezer. One of the local supermarkets will even deliver your groceries if you’d rather not venture into the village. Some of the local restaurants offer a takeaway service if you don’t want to cook.

The courtyard is a perfect place to enjoy a meal and a drink whilst avoiding the crowds.

Separate living room, tradition Lindian platform bed in second bedroom & 6' bed in master bedroom. Two bathrooms and a lovely open Courtyard with outside dining & a day bed.

A washing machine means you can travel light & a well equipped kitchen enables you to rustle up your favourite meal at home, ideal if you have young children and no babysitter or you fancy a quiet night in.
