Récemment rénové et meublé pour refléter la vie moderne en montagne. Niché dans les montagnes, à seulement quelques instants de route de la ville de Breckenridge. Belle cuisine avec tous les nouveaux appareils, comptoirs en granit, siÚges au bar avec parquet. Bain à remous extérieur (4 personnes)

La salle Ă  manger et la salle familiale offrent une vue spectaculaire sur Peak Seven, avec toutes les fenĂȘtres en verre. Grande cheminĂ©e en pierre de riviĂšre et plafond en chĂȘne. TĂ©lĂ©vision grand Ă©cran avec systĂšme de jeux Playstation et nombreux jeux. TĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble.

Les chambres comprennent des meubles en tremble et des matelas à plateau-coussin pour une nuit de sommeil spectaculaire aprÚs une journée de jeu active. Draps, serviettes et sÚche-cheveux sont fournis pour votre usage.

Breck Bliss

I stayed at Joanne’s Place with my cousins for a ski weekend. It was perfect for 10 adults. Very spacious. Easy drive to Gondola Parking. The view from the living space/kitchen is beautiful. Highly recommend.

We read a review that said the pics don’t do it justice and that was correct. The house was very roomie and the bedrooms are large. It was a great house for our family.

Beautiful House, Excellent Location, Stunning Views

The house was absolutely perfect for a week long family skiing vacation at Breck. We had family and friends drop in from time to time and it was the perfect size to host everyone for dinner and poker or a game of pool. The hot tub views are breathtaking as well as the living room. I can't recommend this house enough. You won't be disappointed.

Nice Size for Families

Met our family friends and had a very enjoyable stay at this property. It is a great size, and fit our two families very well. The pool table and hot tub were a hit. Convenient location with a short drive to town. Had a great time!

Great house, great location!

We enjoyed our stay over the busy holiday week. We loved having easy access to Peak 7 & 8, made it super convenient with different skiing schedules. The house was great, nice layout for families, even better than the pictures! Beautiful views, especially from the hot tub!

Girls trip for leaf peeping

Loved this property and the neighborhood! The Aspen’s were golden and more abundant than I have ever seen them. The spacious home was clean comfortable, and we would definitely consider staying again. one of the highlights of our stay was the moose family trekking through the yard, just outside the front door.

Amazing Breck home

Booked the property based on the other reviews saying the photos don’t do the place justice. And we were definitely impressed. Enough space for everyone to have their own beds/rooms/spaces. The pool table was a great addition the kids loved. As Husker fans we LOVED seeing all the Husker decor in the basement as well. The kitchen could use some updated pots and pans but otherwise everything worked well and was a great home away from home for 4 days!! Would definitely recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay!

Beds were comfortable. House was nice. Beautiful view. Driveway during snow season needs 4 wheel drive or chains. This is stated in the listing. Some of the chairs at the table and bar are in need of repair/replacement. Thermostats temperature tends to change without assistants. Top floor bedrooms would get very hot.

Great house for family vacation!

The house was great and worked perfectly for our 4 night stay in Breck. The house was clean and has everything we needed. The pictures are outdated and don't do it justice, as others have said. The place has fast wi-fi, cable TV, etc. Well stocked kitchen. Nice big table for family dinners. Grill. The location was good. We've stayed closer to town before and its a different experience. It's not walkable to town but close enough that the drive isn't annoying at all. The house is off of a somewhat busy dirt/paved road that is dusty and not great for casual walks around the neighborhood. But it's close to the Peaks trailhead which is nice!

Great view with plenty of wildlife

We had a great time at this property. It was very clean and beautiful. We love that there are pet friendly places like this property to stay. The deck was one of our favorite places to be. We would bird watch, we had foxes run across the yard, we even had 2 moose eating from the trees right next to the deck. I do have to warn future guests to check the outdoor surroundings before letting your dog out because of the moose. We didn’t see one in the yard once and it came up and stomped our elderly dog before we even knew what was happening. It was quite the rush but our dog is perfectly fine.

The Good and the Bad

The house was beautiful and the kitchen well stocked. We will not return. The poorly constructed stairs and 2nd floor that were simply so noisy that it was nearly impossible to sleep in the Master bedroom due to the sound of footsteps above; as if you were underneath a bowling alley. The house also "moaned" if the wind was 15mph or higher. Sadly, not for families.

Amazing Property!!!!

Love, love, love this property. It is a really beautiful home with all the amenities we needed. It has three decks and a patio in the trees with a wonderful hot tub. There is a gas grill and many pots and pans. There were also crackpots, a coffee maker, and a blender. My family of eight had plenty of room with four bedrooms and an extra area to sleep and a bathroom in the basement. There is a child gate and a booster seat for kids. There was even a small kennel if we had brought our dog. There were lots of extra blankets and fans. There were also board games to play. We are from Nebraska and loved the Husker memorabilia in the basement. We would stay here again ANY time and would consider ourselves blessed. Thanks so much!!!

Beautiful house, desperately needs cleaning.

The house is spacious, bright and a nice kitchen, but... the dust everywhere was at least an inch thick, and other tenants didn't pick up dog poop nor did the cleaning staff so we cleaned the path to the hot tub and couldn't use the deck because it was everywhere. Also, there is a whole in the dryer vent which sends lint behind the dryer. This could be a fire hazard. Lastly, a rug in the bathroom would be appreciated.
