Cette magnifique villa toscane de 3 chambres à coucher, 3. 5 salles de bain, possède tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous faire sentir comme si vous étiez arrivé au paradis.

Premier niveau a 1 chambre king avec TV LCD / DVD, 1 salle de bain complète et buanderie.

Deuxième niveau a 1 \ 2 salles de bain, cuisine avec appareils haut de gamme, Bosch, moins de zéro. Salle à manger et grande salle avec téléviseur plasma 52 'HD \ son surround DVD. Canapé-lit Queen dans le salon. Balcon avec barbecue à gaz et mobilier de jardin donnant sur la magnifique fontaine et la piscine.

Le troisième niveau comprend une chambre lit queen-size avec télévision à écran LCD / DVD, salle de bain complète et chambre lit king-size avec télévision à écran LCD \ DVD, salle de bain complète avec balcon et mobilier de jardin donnant sur la piscine. La maison dispose également de 2 lits pliants.

Situé sur Scenic 98 en face de la plage dans la luxueuse communauté de St Tropez. Il y a un accès privé à la plage. Nous sommes à distance de marche du populaire Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

This was by far the nicest place I've stayed at and we've been coming regularly since 2018 to Destin. The actual lockbox is on a physical post around the left side of the house but you see a lockbox on the exterior garage door first and assume that's it. It's not. Will definitely be going back there.

Clean, great communication, everything worked just fine, you can drive or it’s a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed walking off the beach straight into Surf Hut for lunch then back to the sun. Will book again ! One suggestion, put a small water hose near the front or rear door and it would help keep the sand to a minimum in the home. We tried to get it daily but with 3 kids ,,,,, Great place !

We were really happy with this property. Parking was great. Location was excellent for shopping and dining. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Pet friendly. Was very clean and very well maintained. We highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back.

Tuscany was very nice. We enjoyed the unit. Taking the stairs to the 3rd floor several times a day was no joke though. Check in/out was very easy. Neighborhood is nice and quiet.

The house was beautiful and larger than expected. We stayed at a different home in the same community & this was a better size for our family!! The pool is beautiful and very clean steps to the beach. The house was open when we arrived and we were given the wrong instructions to access the lock box. It was not on the side door as email instructions stated but on a post behind the air conditioners. It took a few days to hear back from the management company so if the doors were not left open I’m not sure what would have happened. My husband was home most of the time but if we wanted to lock the doors & leave we would not have been able to. The neighborhood is safe thank goodness!! Also no hot pads or potholders for cooking and absolutely no spices salt, pepper nothing. No foil or Saran Wrap. You have to bring everything if you want to do basic cooking. Most homes I’ve stayed in had these items available. Other than that the house was a perfect place to celebrate my husband’s 80th birthday!!

Perfect family getaway

This house was perfect for our family, which included 5 adults and 3 children. We had ample space and the house was furnished with everything we needed. Great location and close walk to the beach, and when we got really lazy we could drive our beach gear across the street to unload by the walkway to the beach. Will definitely stay in this area again!

It’s a beautiful place

Nothing to complain about. Positive vibes, gorgeous house. We had everything we needed. Enough space for 9 of us. Kitchen is full of appliances and dishes. We would go there again in a heartbeat. I would leave a couple of extra rolls of toilet paper, dishwasher soap and washing gel Rather than that we spend great time in a great place. Thank you.

I am glad you had a great time. We stock the home with an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. These should get you through your first 24 hours, but you will want to pick up additional supplies to get you through the remainder of your stay. I hope you were able to visit one of our many great restaurants in the area. The beaches are beautiful year-round.

Can't Wait To Go Back

The house was beautiful and spacious. The house was located in a gated community and was very quiet. We went into the hot tub which was very nice, but he pool was cold and not heated. The pool area was very nice and relaxing and the ground were beautiful. The only issue we found in the house was the jets in the master bedroom tub did not work. Other than that, we were very happy and would stay again. The property manager was very helpful and got back to us very quickly.
