Welcome to this villa, with an extraordinary two-storey construction for 6 guests and infinity pool, situated in an absolutely private environment on the outskirts of Ariany.
The large lawned garden of this finca is beautiful, but the real highlight is the large infinity salt pool no less than 12 m long x 4 m wide and with a depth of 1.2 to 1.8 m. A swim with views of the fields and mountains will leave you speechless. To enjoy the sun, you have up to 8 sun loungers at your disposal. The terrace, perfectly furnished to relax with a glass of wine, is the perfect place to enjoy a good barbecue with the family.

The house, with its very spacious and modern rooms, manages to soothe all your senses. The living and dining room, surrounded by large windows to the outside, is ideal for chatting on the comfortable sofas accompanied by the TV. In the kitchen, independent, the great chefs will want to innovate rich recipes choosing ceramic hobs or gas hobs. The laundry room has a tumble dryer, washing machine, ironing board and iron. On this main floor we have a toilet and two bedrooms with wardrobe, exit outside and en-suite bathroom with shower. One has a double bed and the second has two single beds. Going upstairs, you reach another bedroom with two single beds together, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a large separate living room with a sofa and two single beds. The whole flat has central air conditioning. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided.

If you love small rural villages with charm, Ariany is what you are looking for. It has all the necessary basic services such as a grocery shop and some good restaurants serving Mallorcan food. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, cycling or simply strolling through the countryside. The nearest beach is Son Serra de Marina at about 21 km, very quiet and family friendly. The beaches of Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcúdia are more extensive and lively.
