This property is of a very high standard, with everything you need to make your stay very enjoyable and relaxing. This is our third visit, with two visits already booked for next year. Your own private garden, for lounging or dining/drinking. You are only yards (15) from the outdoor pool, then a little further to the beach/restaurants/bars/local shops etc.

goede lokatie - appartement verdient aandacht

Het appartement ligt voortreffelijk: dicht bij alle voorzieningen en strand. Het meubilair is ondermaats. Had voor de prijs beter moeten zijn.Eetkamerstoelen zijn wiebelig, gescheurd en afgebroken. Bank zakt door. Douchestang was gescheurd en lekte. Dit eerste dag gemeld bij beheerder: in de hele week niets meer vernomen. Achterste deel van terras om de hoek werd door de katten in het complex gebruikt als kattenbak; zeer onsmakelijk. Dit zelf met tuinslang enigszins provisorisch opgeruimd. Aircorooster nog steeds vervuild (was twee jaar geleden ook al zo). Keukengerei onder de maat: kromme koekenpan en wiebelige handvaten pannen.

Second stay this year......

Another great week at Sarah's apartment. Stayed in June this year and was really pleased with the apartment so booked again for an Autumn break. Check in process was great, and was delighted that I was allowed to check in earlier than usual as there were no guests checking out on the same day. Apartment and garden area were spotlessly clean as ever and nice to see that some bathroom upgrades had been carried out. Will definitely be booking again for next year.

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones estupendas. Tenemos dos niños pequeños y es una maravilla el patio. Encantados con el acceso a la piscina desde el patio. No hemos usado la puerta de casa para nada porque salíamos y entråbamos por el patio para ir a la playa y piscina.

aMAZINGLY HELPFUL PROPERTY OWNER

3rd time staying at this complex, 1st time at this apartment..(June 24) and I will be back!!!. apartment is brilliant, ground floor location is ideal for the pool...literally 10 yards away....and the private patio/astro turf area around the apartment is spacious, sunny and private. I dis have a few issues with the keyholder/property manager with regards to key pick but a quick message to Sarah the property owner at it was all sorted out. I can not fault Sarah's helpfulness. Would definately recommend staying at this apartment. Dave

Eigentlich perfekt aber


Ein tolles, zweckmĂ€ssiges Appartement, das eigentlich perfekt sein könnte. Leider war die Sauberkeit mangelhaft und es hat schlecht gerochen (feucht, modrig). Es wirkt abgenutzt und einige Sachen wĂ€ren erneuerungsbedĂŒrftig. Das Doppelbett war sehr klein und unbequem. Ebenso waren das Sofa und die KĂŒchenstĂŒhle bei keinem guten Zustand. Der WĂ€schestĂ€nder war defekt und trotz mehrmaliger Meldung (per Telefon, Mail, Sms) hat man in keiner Weise reagiert. Sehr schade! Die Lage des Apartments ist als Familie mit Kindern perfekt wegen dem direkten Zugang zum Poolbereich. Die Anlage und der Pool waren sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Anlage ist gut gelegen, also nahe zum Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Fahrservice vom Flughafen zum Apartment (fĂŒr die ĂŒblichen 55 Euros) mit SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe war sehr praktisch und lief reibungslos. WĂŒrde mehr Wert auf Sauberkeit und instand-gehaltenes Interieur gelegt werden, wĂŒrden wir sofort wieder kommen.

Lovely Complex

Nice apartment on ground floor with lots of outside space. Pool complex was immaculate and well kept with lifeguard ensuring no food was brought in and bathers showered before getting into the pool. Resort is ok, lots of restaurants but basically run of the mill food. Good value for money break.

Comfortable modern apartment in great location

Comfortable modern apartment in a great location, minutes from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The pools are fantastic and it’s only a few metres from the apartment to the pool entrance. The lovely garden terrace area was a massive plus too. The whole complex is well kept and we would definitely return.

Location fantastic, pool area amazing

The property is well located for amenities including supermarket, bakery, restaurants, and beach. It has direct access to a fabulous pool area. As a family traveling with a 6 month old & 3yr old, it was invaluable to have the pool right outside the terrace area. There are 3 pools, 2 of which are shallow enough for toddlers to access. The terrace is large and partly covered in AstroTurf which made it great for a game of bowls in the evening. Unfortunately, there were a few things with the apartment which were not as listed in the advert, however, the communication with the owner to get these rectified to the best of their ability was excellent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay & would recommend the apartment, but there were a few things which would greatly improve the overall experience. The sofa was incredibly uncomfortable and could at a stretch only sit 2 adults. The owner has plans to replace this. The double bed in the main bed room is too small and very firm to the point were it was painful to sleep on. The room is plenty big enough to have a decent size bed where 2 adults could sleep more comfortably (if there was a new mattress). The 2 singles were also uncomfortable. We had to provide our own bin bags. Had an 1/8 of toilet paper. It would be helpful to have an info pack with things like where to empty rubbish, busstop location. Get rid about charging extra for electricity in the AD. No one wants to spend holiday worrying about this as there is no way of monitoring usage

Great Apartment, fantastic pool!

This apartment was fab! Absolutely as described, pool was literally steps away, sun loungers and patio in full sun until 3pm - we then took the loungers pool side for the remainder of the day. The complex felt very secure and had many local facilities - supermarket, bars, restaurants, market etc Pool was immaculate and a welcome relief from the heat. Apartment was bigger than expected, well equipped and clean. Communication with the owner was great, she arranged for us to be able to arrive late in the evening due to our flights. Our only issue, due to arriving late and collecting keys from a mile away, we never had a handover so struggled with the air-con controls, not great when arriving during a very hot spell. Were not aware of bin locations, which local bus stop to use etc A file with some information in would have been very useful. Would however definitely recommend this place for a relaxing week of swimming and sun bathing.

TrÚs agréable

Logement fonctionnel et bien Ă©quipĂ©. CanapĂ© en tissu Ă  faire nettoyer peut-ĂȘtre ou Ă  changer. Terrasse trĂšs agrĂ©able par sa grandeur et ses Ă©quipements. 5Ăšme sĂ©jour dans la rĂ©sidence et premiĂšre fois dans ce logement. L'accĂšs direct Ă  la piscine un atout majeur : EXCELLENT ! Nous reviendrons certainement.

Toller Aufenthalt in Torrevjeja

Sehr schönes Appartment in einer super Anlage mit Schwimmbad. Strand La Mata ist in direkter NÀhe. Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist ebenfalls sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Amazing property. Amazing location.

Location. Location. Location. The most amazing pool area I have ever stayed with a lifeguard on duty every day. Exceptionally clean. The apartment is new, clean and well equipped. Only 10 steps from the pool. Lots of outdoor space and sunbeds easily carried to the pool area. 50m to La Mata beach with an abundance of bars and restaurants. The highlight of eating out was Viejo Tango. An Argentinian Steak House. A must visit. I will definitely be back.

Nearly perfect

The apartment was well appointed, clean and stylish. Sadly the property had power problems, which the manager obviously was aware of but we were not advised, until each of the problems presented itself. The power went off on a number of occasions (in the first instance, we thought it to be a generalised power cut and waited for quite some time, to realise it was just our apartment). The hot water had not been put on for the bathroom etc. one ceiling light fitting ‘ exploded’ due to water/rain, we were told. All of these required visits from the electrician. Felt very sorry for the owners of the property.

Maravillosa estancia

Destacar la limpieza del apartamento, increĂ­blemente cuidado y limpio. El patio es una maravilla, para estar todo el tiempo en Ă©l sin duda. En el apartamento hace calor y tenĂ­amos que dormir con aire acondicionado pero en el patio corre el aire y se estĂĄ perfecto ya que da la sombra casi todo el dĂ­a. En el apartamento hay de todo, ojo! Eso sĂ­, para mĂ­ no fue un inconveniente porque yo suelo llevar mi propia almohada de viaje, pero habĂ­a cojines en vez almohadas. La comunicaciĂłn tanto con el propietario como con la empresa que te recibe allĂ­ perfecta. A 5 minutos andando de la playa, la piscina parecĂ­a un paraĂ­so, una pena que no pudimos usarla por el covid al estar cerrada , por ello el propietario nos ofreciĂł un descuento muy amablemente. Repetiriamos sin duda.
