Good place for a small group

Good sized and well equipped rooms. Within a few minutes walking distance to Metro stations which gives easy access to the historic downtown and the airport.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed a week in Lisbon. This apartment was in a great location, close to the metro, and, of course, there were Ubers available. The neighborhood was quiet, but there were places to eat and a supermarket a couple blocks away. The only downside is that there is no common living area, but the kitchen table was large enough for us all to sit at.

Apartment for groups

The apartment is in a good location for sightseeing in Lisbon, suitable for larger groups. We had an issue with the drainage in the showers, but the owner responded and resolved it. If you need a place just to sleep without high expectations, for a larger group, this is a good choice."

COMING BACK!

we loved the apartment - perfect for a brig group of friends staying in one place altogether. it was lovely and clean! the heaters were not working so well, so it was cold in the evenings - but this wasn't a big problem

Lovely apartments and Location is excellent! The rooms are lovely and clean with everything you need in the apartment. You also feel very safe and secure in the apartments which is a bonus! Booking was simple and owners contacting you on the day which is reasuring, check in was simple and the lovely man explains everything you need to know and check out is simple too. Thank you 😊

The Apartment Earned Me Bonus Points With My Friends and Family It Was So Nice | Diane

The Apartment was amazing value loved every room in the house . it was so clean and spacious.. with a beautiful balcony room great location would highly recommend for a groupfamily vacation. I think a sitting room would of been nice for everyone to relax and sit around and talk. but it wasn't a huge necessary.

Miserable Stay – Jackhammering, Missing AC Units, and Accusations from Property Management

We booked this property for a three-night stay but left after just one night because the conditions were completely unlivable. The listing claimed the home had seven air conditioning units—in reality, only three worked, and two were completely missing. The remaining units either didn’t turn on or just blew warm air, leaving most of the house stifling in the heat.To make matters worse, there was jackhammering directly above us early in the morning—loud, relentless, and impossible to ignore. Combine that with mosquitos throughout the home and multiple non-working TVs, and it was clear the property was nowhere near what was advertised.After voicing our concerns, the property management company accused us of lying. Instead of addressing the issues or showing any empathy, they deflected responsibility and were shockingly dismissive.This property is falsely advertised and poorly managed. If you value comfort, honesty, or a peaceful stay, do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely.
Missing AC unit in one of the rooms. There were two total missing units. The property manager said there would be 7 AC units in all
Another AC unit where the tube was damaged. This was also one of two where the tube was damaged. The property manager blamed this on us and accused us of disconnecting the unit.

Très bel et grand appartement situé dans un quartier non touristique, à la fois calme et animé (nombreux restaurants et commerces), à 5mn d'une station de Métro (Saldanha) seul bémol l'absence d'un salon et un emplacement pour les repas dans la cuisine un peu exigu.

There is not a great selection of places for large groups so picked this place. It was adequate but some things need to be improved. The first night we lost power when we had more than one a/c but not all on then was told we can't use all the power at the same time, this should have been mentioned so we were not left in the dark on the first nigt. We did reach out to owner and just had to flip a switch but it happened a few more times and again we did not have all the electrical appliances on. We were so afraid to turn on a/c and have the dish washer going at the same time. If the appliances are avialable then they should be functioning with concern for power. We were lucky it was not to hot when we went late May 2026. The bathroom were clogging which they came and addressed but issue still persisted in one of the bathrooms. We also have one of the bathroom with a bad odor that persisted. One bedroom had the wall peeling that should have been addressed before it was rented. If these issues are addressed and the electrical issue was documented then I would not hesitate to return and recommend staying here.

Ottimo l’appartamento , pulito , nuovo e molto capiente .. buona la posizione vicino alla Metro.. ottima la comunicazione col gestore Uno dei bagni emanava forte odore di fogna ... per fortuna potevamo usare gli altri due ma il cattivo odore si sentiva in tutta la casa .. l asciugatrice Non è funzionante ..

Volvería sin ninguna duda.

Las habitaciones están muy equipadas y limpias. La ubicación es perfecta. Los 3 baños están operativos. La calle es muy tranquila. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario tanto en electrodomésticos como en menaje. Faltaban radiadores para todas las habitaciones y había que compartir 2 para 7 habitaciones. Saltaba el diferencial de la luz en el momento que tenías el microondas y algún radiador encendido simultáneamente. Deberían aumentar la potencia contratada. En la zona de cocina destinada a comer se echa en falta una televisión.
