3 night stay for 8 adults

Easy location to get Ubers (4-6 euros) and metro (1.85 each) to the centre and 20 minutes to the airport via an uber mid morning.Lots of rooms so only a couple of us had tk share, good living space to gather in. Couple of small supermarkets very close by (2 mins) and a bakery at the stationGood trip

Buyer beware

This apartment was a complete disappointment. The lounge furniture was dirty and or broken. The wood floor hadn't been mopped in months. Kitchen had broken drawers and electrical cords over the range top. The toaster had to be balanced on a tower on top of the microwave to reach an outlet. Only one of the three "bathrooms" was completely usable. One bathroom door was broken as if it had been punched or kicked in. The laundry machine was rusty. The terrace had outdoor furniture without cushions(not usable). The terrace was dirty, had glass shards and broken furniture on it. The windows could not be left open because of the noise from other party apartments (people screaming and laud music until after 3am), the train and the busy road. The sheets and towels were clean and the "host" number people were pleasant and sent a maintenance man right away (he refused to listen to what we were trying to tell him about which bathrooms needed work and "fixed" the only one that actually had functioned). This is the perfect party place for you and 19 of your frat bros. Terrible if you are over 30 and what a clean and enjoyable place to stay in Lisbon.

Does not live up to it’s potential

The space was very good for the size of our group. A lot of maintenance is required to make the apartments good place to stay. The showers did not work well, door knobs missing. Kitchen area needs work .Window screens not all working. Disappointed that a place with such potentialwas not Nice becauseof maintence. such potential was

Needs a lot of fixing up

The flat had plenty of rooms to accommodate more than 12 pax. However, we had to do a lot of hard work such as mopping water that was constantly coming from underneath the fridge onto the kitchen floor. The bathroom door knob kept falling out. Refilling the water and adding ice or bottled ice to the portable cooler/heater. As well as constantly having to fix the kitchen drawers because the were not aligned. Lastly, the shower tub was super dirty. Good place but needs major updates.

GerÀumige Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben in der Wohnung eine tolle Zeit verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Die Lage ist sehr gĂŒnstig und man ist sehr schnell in der Altstadt. Außerdem gibt es eine gute Anbindung an das Bus- und Metronetz.

Week end between friends

The flat is perfect for a large group wanted to have a confortable and clean place to stay, not to far from the city center. The terrasse is great but could be even more enjoyable with better furnitures and decoration We had a great time there

Not a very well kept property

The location of the property is really good but the condition of the property can be so much better. When you walk in, the house looks good, but then you start seeing the condition of the things. The bathroom were not clean, there was mold. Some of the bedroom doors had cracks and wouldn't open if close shut. This is a safety hazard, specially with younger kids. One of the bathroom had stand in shower and the hot water pipe get so hot that we can get burn if not careful. The property has so much potential if it is kept just clean.

Great Bachelor Party Apartment

Great place for 13 guys on a bachelor party. Huge living room and plenty of space on the terrace. First floor apartment - but it is really high off the ground. Finger print reader made getting into the building easy late at night. It was about a 5 euro Uber to where ever we needed to go. We were able to keep our bags in the apartment after checkout while they were cleaning.

Großartige Wohnung fĂŒr eine große Gruppe

Wir sind mit 14 Leuten in der Wohnung gewesen. Die Wohnung ist fĂŒr so eine große Gruppe optimal. Der Fahrer, der den Transfer ĂŒbernommen hat war sehr zuverlĂ€ssig und hilfsbereit. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

A week in Lisbon

We were a large group attending a conference in Lisbon. Overall the place was functional for our needs and the host did their best to accommodate. Bathrooms (and particularly showers) are quite small, and kitchen is very basic, however it didn't matter as we ate-out most nights. Huge wrap-around balcony, and large living room area. Overall the apartment felt a bit dated, but for the price and general convenience it suited our needs fine.

Great apartment in handy location

We stayed here as a party of 17 and had a great time. From booking through to our stay we were given lots of information and any questions were answered quickly and professionally. They even helped us out with booking reasonable transfers and returning a lost purse! The apartment is even better than the photos and had everything we needed and more for our stay. The only downside was that the hot water in the showers only lasted long enough for a couple of people, meaning lots of cold showers for such a large group. The location is handy for the metro to get around the city with the station being just a couple of minutes walk away, there are also a couple of supermarkets nearby.
