The apartment:
The VORAMAR apartment in Sitges is located on a third floor with no lift.

The studio apartment is cozy and perfectly equipped for a self catering stay. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and a 2-person dining table with chairs. There is also a flat screen TV, a CD player and free fiber-optic WiFi internet access.

The bedroom area is open to the lounge area and has a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. You can get asleep listening to the waves crashing on the sand and wake up admiring the big blue Mediterranean sea from your bed.

Both, the lounge and the bedroom areas have access to a balcony which also has a coffee table and chairs, the perfect placefrom where to enjoy a cool glass of your favorite drink while admiring the stunning views out over the San Sebastián beach and the promenade. You can stay there the whole day without getting bored as people watching is one of the most popular pastimes worldwide.

The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower, and air conditioning unit.

The surroundings:
The VORAMAR studio is located in front of the San Sebastián beach, a modern and cosmopolitan pedestrian area next to the picturesque old town of Sitges, with its narrow white and blue streets.

This apartment has incredible views over the Mediterranean and the pretty old town of Sitges. In the same street we will find wonderful restaurants and tapas bars.

Parties, smoking and kids below 10 years old NOT allowed.

The local tourist tax is NOT included in the price. This tax, currently, has a cost of 1€ (VAT not included) per person (over 16 years) per night, for a maximum of 7 nights, and is payable to your greeter at the property.

As per Catalonian regulations, all property guests must register by providing full name, passport details, and address. You can share this information before arrival or on check-in day. All guests must present identification documents and will need to sign the tourist rental agreement. Thank you for your cooperation.

Any check-in later than 9pm has an extra cost of 40€.

Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 300€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out
