Magnifique Condo Oceanfront - Kihei Surfside

Découvrez la sérénité de la belle Maui au Kihei Surfside unit 603. Tous les nouveaux fenêtres du sol au plafond et garde-corps en verre montrer l'incroyable vue sur l'océan à 180 degrés! Notre unité avait été modernisée avec de nouveaux tapis moelleux, de jolies stores à rouleau, de la peinture fraîche et de nouvelles illustrations. Très propre et calme.

Situé au cœur de la côte la plus pittoresque de Maui, notre condo en bord de mer offre de belles vues dégagées sur l’océan avec une véranda privée. Profitez de notre petit coin de paradis de notre lanai que vous écoutez les sons de l'océan et contemplez à notre point de vue magnifique sur les montagnes de West Maui, l'île de Lanai et belle rive sud de Maui avec ses plages de sable doré. La tranquillité du matin est absolument magique, et tous les soirs, vous serez traité aux couchers de soleil à couper le souffle!

Notre sixième étage condo est la destination de vacances idéal romantique pour deux personnes avec toutes les commodités de la maison. Unit # 603 est un 1 chambre, 1-1 / 2 salle de bain condo situé au dernier étage de ce complexe de bord de mer de 6 étages. La chambre a un lit King size incroyablement confortable et plein placard de rangement. Notre condo peut accueillir seulement 2 personnes; il n'y a pas un canapé-lit.

Le bord de mer pelouse Kihei Surfside juste en dessous du condo est un endroit spécial. Pendant la journée, il est un endroit idéal pour se détendre, sauter dans la piscine en bord de piscine, ou jouer à un jeu de palets. Coucher de soleil est magique tous les soirs lorsque les résidents et les invités se rassemblent sur la pelouse pour pupu de et profiter du coucher de soleil ensemble dans un véritable esprit Aloha. barbecues à gaz sur la pelouse sont pour les clients puissent en profiter. Classé "Top Beach" par Lonely Planet, Keawakapu Beach est à quelques pas de la Kihei Surfside. Location stand up paddle conseils, kayaks, ou équipement de plongée de la Surf Shack au Mana Kai.

Avec une multitude d'activités, y compris stand up paddle board, le surf, la plongée, le golf, la randonnée, dégustation de vin, et l'observation des baleines, vos vacances est sûr d'être magique. Profitez des observations de baleines à bosse de notre lanai dans les mois d'hiver (environ novembre à mai). Anecdote: La Pacific Whale Foundation utilise le Kihei Surfside pour faire un décompte annuel des baleines. Notre condo privé est méticuleusement propre et incroyablement calme. Une cuisine complète a tous les ustensiles de cuisine dont vous aurez besoin pour faire un repas parfait. Le condo est meublé avec des draps, oreillers, serviettes, télévision à écran plat, un lecteur DVD, et serviettes de plage. Internet sans fil haut débit et service de téléphonie numérique gratuit aux États-Unis et au Canada est également fourni. Une vaste collection de DVD est disponible au guichet.

Fabulous in all areas! Thoughtful touches like enough TP, paper towels, foil, plastic wrap, dish soap — even plastic storage bags — for the length of our stay. There were even spatulas in the kitchen — something most rentals don’t have.

Paradise right on the beach

Right on beautiful beach, top floor is perfect to watch the waves go by. Complex has paddleboard and kayak storage which makes it convenient to just get out of bed and go out! Short drive to some of the best beaches in Maui. We were a couple, it was perfect for us. Full kitchen with everything we needed for tasty meals. Thank you! We loved it!

Amazing view

This was our second time staying at Kihei Surfside 603. We had such an amazing, relaxing time. The condo is really nice and feels like home. The view is absolutely spectacular! Close to everything we need. Those working at the building are really kind, friendly and helpful! We hope to be back for a third time! Molly's communication is excellent and timely.

Great place for a couple with arguably one of the best ocean (and whale watching in season) views in the Kihei area. Grounds immaculately maintained and unit well equipped with everything you'd need. Minor quibbles: -Desperately needs new pillows for bed -Perhaps more ergonomic balcony chairs for longer viewing sessions -couldn't find kettle

Fabulous, comfortable condo with gorgeous ocean view!

Can't rate this place highly enough. We love Kihei Surfside. Wonderful views, quiet lawn with pool out front. I could stay here for a long time. This particular condo is very comfortable, with a really nice king size bed. Living room couch and chair are very comfy too. We loved sitting on the lanai drinking our morning coffee and listening to the waves roll in. And, Molly was soooo lovely to work with ! Five stars!

Spectacular views, beautiful unit

We often stay at Surfside, but this was our first time staying at unit 603. We loved that it was positioned close to the oceanside and we could hear the surf directly from the window. This unit is wonderful! Beautifully furnished, it has a full bathroom in the master bedroom and a half bath in the hallway. The kitchen is nicely laid out and very functional. My only request would be that the owner would add a smaller frying pan. There's only one ginormous wok to use as a frying pan and while that's great for a family, it was just the two of us so frying one egg on a giant wok was a bit awkward. But that was the only thing we thought the condo can use. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bed was comfortable and sturdy.

NO AC. Specifically looked for units with AC because this was our Baby Moon and my wife is 28 weeks pregnant and needed the comfort of AC which this unit had listed. Not broken AC, just didn't exist. First night we didn't know what we were getting into so we rolled with it. They said open all windows and back porch and there is enough breeze to cool the unit. Not cool enough to sleep until 1am. Second night we thought if we left all the living room screens open and bedroom windows open throughout the day it'd be a nice temperature at night. Nope. At this time we contacted the host who offered to move us to a different unit with AC but didn't get back to us until near the end of our third night. They said there was no unit available. During the hottest part of the day on the third day, it was actually quite cool in the unit from the tradewinds, but the vacuum effect in the unit felt like taking a nap in a tornado. For our fourth night stay, there was no response from the host. I understand that for a lot of Hawaii houses and condos the wind is the cooling factor. But that is not the same as AC and it should not be listed as an AC listing. Pros: the view is absolutely stunning and the kitchen is very well stocked.That being said, they definitely could upgrade a few appliances. The kitchen sink could use an upgrade. The wood ceiling fans are aesthetically pleasing, but my 150 Home Depot fans create more of a breeze on low than these do on high.

Beautiful Condo in Maui!

This condo offers you everything! Beautiful location, well managed and lovely lanai for whale spotting and watching the world go by! Molly was very helpful as the host, we had a few questions which she responded to immediately. The condo comes with beach umbrella's and chairs which are always appreciated with a condo rental. We left snorkel gear for two to add to all of the other amenities. Kitchen well supplied.

Amazing ocean view.

We loved our stay at Kihei Surfside so much that we booked a week for next year before we left. The view was absolutely amazing and we really enjoyed watching the humpback whales. The condo was extremely clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The office staff is really helpful and let us borrow some noodles for hanging out in the ocean. Communication with Molly was excellent.

Absolutely Wonderful!

This condo was such a delight to stay at! It had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. The mirror in the dining area gave the condo a 360degree water view - extra special! The trade winds kept the inside temps perfect. You truly feel like you are on top of the world here. We watched multiple whales breaching from the lanai. We can hardly wait to return!

TERRIBLE host communication

Pros: -The views are BEAUTIFUL. Top floor immediately overlooking the coast. The sunsets were especially great. -Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of pots, pans, Tupperware, seasonings, and anything else you need for meal prep. Cons: -No A/C: As a few other reviews have noted there is no A/C. Even with breeze coming in off the ocean, the condo was very warm. -Noise: This is mostly driven by needing to have the windows open, but the bedroom overlooks the parking lot. So noise of car doors shutting, people talking, and worst of all, the dozens of roosters crowing kept us up at all hours. White noise apps help, but definitely don't solve the problem. -Wifi: works well in the living room but the signal isn't strong enough to reach the bedroom so doesn't connect at all -Host communication: the condo building was undergoing water line repairs that required a 10am-5pm water outage for our unit. We found out about the planned outage from signs posted in the elevator two days before. When we asked Molly for help calling the condo association or the management company to see if there was a vacant unit we could use for 30 minutes to shower before our dinner cruise (our alternative was showing up sweaty after hiking all morning or using a hose in the parking lot...), she didn't respond to our messages at all. Molly was quick to respond to initial questions during the booking process, but unfortunately when a problem with the condo came up she completely ignored our questions and requests for assistance. Being ghosted by your host when they failed to notify you (even though the condo office gave all owners two weeks notice) of an all day water shutoff sucks.

Nice Stay w/ Oceanside View

Really enjoyed my stay here. Communication with Molly was smooth and the check in process was great. The unit was exactly as pictured. Really clean and has all you’ll need for your stay. The unit does get extremely hot since there is no AC but opening the sliding door to the lanai brings in a nice ocean breeze.

Beautiful place and view

The host was very accommodating with our stay and check in process. We loved the view this place has to offer and the accessibility the location gives. Morning coffees on the Lanai is spectacular. The beach is just a walk away from the place. The park was pretty and the ocean breeze and spray felt great. I would definitely stay here again in the future

We are John and Molly Romais, the son and daughter-in-law to the owners, Jay and Theresa Romais. We're extremely passionate about managing the family condo at the Kihei Surfside. We live in Carlsbad, California and visit the condo several times a year with our daughter. We absolutely love Maui! We are a very active couple, both Ironman athletes who love spending time at the beach and enjoying all that Maui has to offer.
Jay and Theresa purchased this condo in 1987 so that they could spend their summer vacations in Maui. They spent a lot of time windsurfing, kite boarding, snorkeling, hiking and enjoying all of the beauty that Maui has to offer and still enjoy visiting to this day.
2016 was our first year on VRBO.
