This villa is part of the Kamari Village group.
Individually owned villas, situated on the South-West coast of the island of Naxos, 17kms from town, on a secluded hillside overlooking the sea and the island of Paros. Comfortable and private.
It is ideal for couples and for families.
It has wonderful views & a ten minutes walk to some of the best sandy beaches in the island.

This villa sits alone on its own level, commanding a magnificent open view to the sea. Spectacular sunsets over the island of Paros.

The villa has three bedrooms.: one double (king size bed), and the other one also double (queen size bed). The third bedroom is twin (2 single beds that can be pushed together if desired).
Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
All 3 bedrooms are air conditioned. Hair dryer in each.

Open plan living/dinning/kitchenette.
The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, cooking range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle & coffee machine.
From the dinning area, French doors open onto a back patio set amongst amazing marble boulders. There is a small sitting area, and a built-in Bar-B-Q. Off to one side is a utility room with a washing machine & a clothes dryer.
A large breakfast area with pergola , built-in sofas, table & chairs, is accessed through the kitchen-dining area. On the side, there is a large built-in platform that can be used for sunning or for watching the clear stars at night.

The living room has a comfortable L-shape built-in sofa, and two arm chairs. It has a fire place. Smart TV available on request.
There is a huge glass window & door that allow the outside view to filter indoors. The door opens on to a covered verandah with a comfortable seating area.
There is ample outdoor space and many sitting areas.

Off the front verandah there are steps leading down to the pool area that has a swimming pool (10m x 4 m), an outdoor spa/Whirlpool that seats 4, and a large sunning area.
There is a covered verandah with built-in sofas & a large dinning table. It has WIFI access. This area is ideal for cooling off, reading, writing, or just chilling in the shade.
Opposite and to one side by the pool, is a small covered area with a large refrigerator, cabinets with pool ware, for easy service to the pool area.

Minimum rental period is one week.
Check in 15:00, check out 11:00.
Capacity: 6 persons.
Cleaning every 7 days.
