Ce charmant studio est situé au 4ème étage dans Pilot House. Il comprend un lit queen-size, un coin salon avec un canapé-lit, une table avec des sièges pour deux et une kitchenette. La salle de bain a un combo douche / baignoire. Ce studio dispose d'un balcon avec des sièges pour deux qui donne sur la piscine du village.

De cette unité, vous êtes à quelques pas de notre quai de Baytowne, où nous avons beaucoup d'activités, de bars et de restaurants. Quick overnight trip

Everything was great as usual and we’ve been regular guests in Sandestin for over twelve years. This particular studio is smaller than any others I’ve stayed in due to it being beside an electrical room. If you’re particular about needing extra space, I’d opt for another space. Otherwise great stay!

Perfect location.

This was a great stay for me and my husband for a weekend getaway. We loved being able to just walk right out the building and into the village. The property has a tram service to carry you to beach. Beach is pretty crowded but that’s to be expected in June I suppose. Now the bed is pretty firm which I enjoyed and thought was comfortable but my husband did not like it and said it was too firm. So use that information as you wish. Overall great stay!

Beautiful and Enjoyable Destination

The accommodations are beautiful and the location is great. We attended a San Destin festival and loved the close location. The room was open earlier than the usual check in which was nice. The check in and check out process was easy. Very well equipped room. Bed was comfortable.

Ok

We enjoyed our, stay but check in was confusing and finding our room wasn’t easy. I was surprised that even though we paid over $500 for two nights, there was no dish soap or paper towels. Other than that, our room was fine. As for the resort, we ate at several of the restaurants and though the prices were quite high, the meals were not good. Overall ok, but we had hoped for a better experience based on what we paid.

Beautiful resort but confusing at first

The Sandestin resort is beautiful but is very confusing at first on how to get where you are staying There is only one elevator working at the Pilot House so that was inconvenient finding ice was a treasure hunt only one ice machine in the whole building (1st) floor. The parking garage had very small parking places with poles on each side of the spaces very tough for bigger vehicles but was private for guests only. The pool area was awesome! And the resort was relaxing. Room was as stated in add. Definitely would come back now that I know my way around

Short weekend away

Checking in friday was stated to be at 4 pm but we could not get into our room until 6:30. They gave us the key cards but said we will call you when your room is ready. We ended up going to the room ourselves since had not heard any word from the front desk at 6:30 and our bed was still not ready. Other than that everything else was ready for us!

In perfect proximity to Baytowne Wharf!

The efficiency condo we rented was clean, had nice decor and furnishings, and overlooked the resort-style pool. Overall, we were pleased. There are a couple of things that would have made our stay perfect: 1) there wasn't a bedside table on both sides of the bed (which meant I had no where to place my phone, water bottle, etc.), and 2) the lady at the check-in could have offered us more information about the village as a whole. I told her it was our first visit, and then I had to ask for a map and directory (the one she gave me was obviously old, because many of the stores listed no longer exist).
