Welcome to the historic W.J. Conner Estate of Ocean Grove, NJ. Step into this home and you'll be stepping back in time ... experience a piece of Ocean Grove history! The W.J. Conner Estate was built in 1894 during the 25 year anniversary of The Great Auditorium. It was the summer estate of W.J. Conner, esq., a prominent attorney, influential in Ocean Grove's formative years. Beyond its history, our home offers you amenities like none other in Ocean Grove and is perfect for celebrations, vacations or getaways!

Uniquely located on the corner of majestic Ocean Pathway and Central Ave, you're steps from the beach and the shops of Ocean Grove, yet you'll enjoy privacy, surrounded by open spaces on all sides! Relax and swing on the wrap-around porch, taking in the ocean views and breeze. The rear yard is your own personal oasis with complete privacy. There's a gas bbq for the grill-master, outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach and a beautiful garden area completing this tranquil space, perfect for relaxation, al-fresco dining and elevated outdoor entertaining.

Indoors you'll appreciate the charm of this lovingly restored historic Victorian estate, large enough for a vacation with extended family and friends, yet intimate enough for a comfy get-away for two! Modern amenities include a full eat-in kitchen with 6 burner designer Bertazzoni range (for the chefs in your group), full-size fridge and butler's pantry stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy cooking or dining in. Enjoy the gas fireplaces in the living room and dining room, perfect for cool evenings and winter getaways.

An absolutely perfect stay—especially for a group or special occasion. The home is beautifully situated in Ocean Grove with gorgeous views that really make the experience feel special. The porch is a standout feature and quickly became one of our favorite spots to relax and take it all in. The house is very clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for your stay.Parking was easy with a nice-sized driveway and additional space in front, which made arrival and departure very smooth for a group. The backyard space is a hidden gem—quiet, private, and a great bonus area to enjoy. Overall, this is a wonderfully maintained home in a perfect location, ideal for a memorable getaway or special weekend.

Perfect house in Ocean Grove

We stayed a week at this house over Fourth of July. It was a big family gathering — 7 adults and 5 kids. The house was perfect! Amazing Victorian with tons of details and antiques, a lovely porch, every kitchen item one could need, one block from the beach, super close to Days ice cream, and access to a beach locker with chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas so we didn’t have to schlep everything! Love Ocean Grove, will definitely be coming back.

Family time at the Jersey shore

Fantastic stay

This home is well modernized yet maintains its historic charm. Excellent location -- a short walk to the beach, Asbury Park attractions, and 'downtown' Ocean Grove (which has a very different character from Asbury). Perfect spot to take advantage of all the area has to offer. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Ocean Grove weekend

Perfect place to stay for our group of 7 friends !! We all met in NJ many, many years ago and this house was the perfect, clean, comfortable and well equipped location to “catch up”… quiet location, easy walk to town and Asbury Park… would definitely recommend and return.

The most beautiful house in Ocean Grove

This house is absolutely stunning. It is spacious, clean and charming The location is perfect, just a few blocks to OG, Asbury and the beach. We even watched the sunrise from the porch. The host responded immediately when we had questions. We loved our time there and hope to return soon.
