This house was amazing! It was spacious, so clean, so so perfect for a great vacation.

The host was so accommodating and made sure we had everything we need. Perfect place for a birthday, Bach party or a friends get away!

Perfect for a large group!

Twelve girls in one house can be a challenge, but this house is set up so perfectly! We had an amazing time and the location was easy to get back to in a quick Uber from all the fun. Would definitely recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay in East Nashville. The property was perfect for our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and suitable for walking our dog. The back patio area was completely fenced and allowed for our dog to get some fresh air during the day. The house was very clean, the check-in process was extremely simple, and everything was exactly as described online. The three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and full kitchen provided us with all the comforts of home. The refrigerator, wine fridge, washer/dryer, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and cooking utensils were all serviceable and of high quality. The WiFi and television very easy to use and also of high quality. The property provided us with everything we needed to live comfortably for two weeks--as though we were at home.I can highly recommend this property to anyone traveling with a family and/or pets.

Girls week!

This property was great for a girls week! Not only was it close enough to Nashville activity, it was far enough away to enjoy the quiet while enjoying the outside patio. The house was beautiful and perfect for our group of six. We had everything we needed and the space to either hang out together or give each other space. We will definitely book for our next trip!

Perfect place to play in Nash!

Spent 4 days in town for the Music City Grand Prix - downtown Nashville. The location was perfect for easy commutes to and from the venue. When our first race was cancelled due to weather the host was extremely accommodating in giving us a late checkout. House was very clean with plenty of room to spread out. Beds were comfy and towels were soft (deal killers if not), so we will definitely stay again next time in Nashville!

Perfect stay!

We had an amazing stay in Nashville! The home was extremely spacious and well updated. Close (but not quite walking distance) to a grocery store and lots of other restaurants. Quick ride to Broadway and all that the city has to offer. Owner was extremely helpful and sent quick responses when needed! Would 100% stay here again!

21st Birthday celebration!

This was everything we were hoping for.. We had way more room than needed for 9 people. The house was very clean a d had everything we needed. Very close to down town. We had ages from 21 to 80 and it fit us perfectly.

Amazing!

We had a party of 11 staying at the house. We were all able to sleep comfortably, have a family style dinner at the table, and there was more than enough space for us to hang out comfortably. The bathroom space is great, the back yard is awesome, and we had no problems. We all felt safe and it was a quick 10-15 minute ride to Downtown. We would stay here again for sure!

Girls' Weekend Perfection

Greenwood A could not have been a better place for our Nashville girls' weekend getaway! There was plenty of sleeping space for all 10 of us, and there were never issues with getting ready - the bathrooms are spacious with large mirrors. The living area and kitchen made for a perfect hangout spot before heading out on the town, and our Uber rides were only 10 minutes to most areas. The owners are easy to talk to and very accommodating, so refreshing to work with such nice people! I know everyone in my group gave Greenwood A a 5-star rating with ease, we really appreciate you sharing this beautiful home with us!
