The penthouse exceeded our expectations in every way , the view is amazing and the apartment had everything needed to ensure a comfortable stay, location is great with many amenities on the doorstep including a Waitrose supermarket within 5 minutes walk, James was a fantastic host with great communication from the time we booked to the time we left.

Can’t say enough about this apartment, it’s just fabulous. Incredible views, homely comfy sofas and beds, a well equipped kitchen and fantastic location. The host James greeted us upon arrival and nothing was too much to ask for, so accommodating and helpful. A truly wonderful experience which I hope to replicate again in the not too distant future!

We had a fantastic stay at the property. It was exactly as described, exceptionally clean, the views are amazing and the balcony areas have plenty of furniture to be able to enjoy the views. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms excellent and kitchen was very well equipped. James was an exceptional host and was very knowledgeable about the local area and gave us lots of tips of places to go. This is one of the best rentals we have stayed in, it is rare to have such a good host and also such an exceptional property in one. We hope to return in the future, would highly recommend

If you're headed to the Brighten/Hove coast, I recommend staying at this excellent Penthouse. The views are breathtaking. The host (James) actually met us there to make sure everything was to our liking. This was a first for us !!Restaurants close by and a fabulous beach and seaside walk.

Great location, everything you need in walking distance. Views from apartment absolutely amazing. James is a great host greeted us on arrival and gave lots of information. Parking was prebook, definitely recommend it. So convenient just down the road. Will be booking again

This was a family trip to support son and his partner in the Brighton Marathon. James was great at organising check in and kept me informed as the arrival day approach. His beach dance for good weather didnt perhaps achieve the desired outcome. But the appartment was ideal for our needs with spectacular views out to sea.

Lovely comfortable bedrooms, great showers, well equipped kitchen but it's the living room with terraces is really amazing (even in winter). James was a great host and we would love to stay again.

Of course the view and the outdoor decks were lovely. It is very nicely furnished which makes it feel like home. We appreciated the desk space in 2nd bedroom. The bathrooms were very nice with good hot water and water pressure. The kitchen is small, but pretty much provided all you need to cook simple meals. The furniture was comfortable though the couches are just a little worn. Mostly faded from the sun which is no surprise due to all the South facing windows. When the temperatures are way above average it does get hot in there, but it eventually cools down late at night with the windows open. The beds are very firm. But as a soft bed lover, I got by. James was very responsive. I would recommend this home especially if you want to be close to beach. Oh, yes, there is a bus stop across the street.

Amazing stay

Apartment is in a great position close to everything and well placed to enjoy all that Brighton and Hove have to offer. Loads of space and facilities with the icing on the cake being the amazing terrace with those views. James is a great host providing helpful information and great communication all through our stay.

Lovely welcome by our host, James. The apartment has great views and felt very comfortable and homely. Due to the December weather we didn't get chance to use the balcony and could imagine it would be a great bonus in the the summer, but we really enjoyed just chilling in the lounge looking out over the rooftops to the sea. The location is great, lots of excellent eateries nearby, 5 mins walk to the seafront and 15 mins to the centre. Highly recommend.

Great property

This is a great property. The views are spectacular, the space is clean and efficient but also comfy with everything you need. It’s so well managed we not only had great communication before arrival but they checked in while we were there via text too.

The penthouse was amazing. Brighton and Hove were amazing. James was amazing and full of lots of recommendations on where to go in order to really experience the area.Overall experience was definitely a 10 out of 10. Would recommend to anyone

Great property with awesome views and k ovation.

Nice penthouse suite with walk in showers, great views and great location. I would have liked for the beds to be softer but this does not detract from everything else being great..highly recommended.
