3 chambres 2 salles de bain complÚte avec 2 terrasses et un bain à remous, tous les planchers de bois franc. Laveuse sécheuse, fer à repasser, air conditionné dans tous les 3 des chambres. Vue sur l'océan à proximité du canal de Cape Cod, port de plaisance, et le cou plage de la ville et de la promenade. 2 histoire coloniale avec cheminée et jardin privé. Deux téléviseurs intelligents, y compris Netflix et HBO et wifi. Cette maison est à quelques pas de la plage et à proximité du canal marche / vélo et des restaurants vue sur l'océan. Terrific restaurants et bars locaux et une ville historique pittoresque.

The property was beautiful and clean. We spent most of our time going to area attractions, though. Our only recommendation is to install full length mirrors on the bedroom doors. We loved the house. The location was convenient our planned attractions.

My husband and I stayed during Labor Day week. The house is a bright open split level which offers great rooms to gather with family and friends. Very comfortable, relaxing and plenty of room for family. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance in the Town Neck area. Linda was great and responds quickly. We really enjoyed our stay. Would stay again if possible.

Great location and a lovely vacation home. It was the perfect size for 5 of us and was equipped with everything we needed. It was a quick walk to the nice local beach, Treehouse Brewery, some nice restaurants, and the canal bike trail. It was also a quick drive to several hikes and kayaking excursions in the marshes. We had a great few days and hated to see it come to an end. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a nice house with good space inside and the grounds were very pretty and spacious with decks in two locations. This was good proximity to the beach and Tree House and a quiet, friendly and pretty neighborhood.

Family Trip to Sandwich

This property was even better than expected! Our family of 5 adults all slept comfortably and the kitchen is very well stocked with anything you might need.

Home away from home

Enjoyed our stay for a long weekend away. The house had everything to offer other than air conditioning. In august that can be tricky. Knowing that going in i will not dwell on that at all. The train horn was a surprise but if that doesn’t bother you then everything was fantastic. Two blocks walking (5 min) to a awesome beach and brewery. Very close to surrounding towns for eating and entertainment. Plenty of space to gather in the house/ on the patios or to find alone peaceful time. :)

Conveniently located to all attractions

We enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely located between the beach and many local attractions. You will enjoy your stay here. Many items need a little maintenance, and the front windows could come with some window treatments for nighttime privacy. The 5:30 sunrise in your eyes makes sure you're up bright and early, but it's far better than a hotel.

Great location!

Loved being within walking distance of beach and a short drive from stores and restaurants. My only complaint was the lack of air conditioning. Temperature inside house was up to 86 degrees on our last day.

Great House in a Great Location

We used the house mainly to sleep. We had family in the area. The kitchen is well stocked with tools needed to cook. Spacious bedrooms and even a washer and dryer.

Perfect layout for our family - parents and adult children. Linda was a wonderful host, very responsive and welcoming. Home was very comfortable. Close proximity to the beach for daily walks. Walkable restaurants (good food and beach vibe) and brewery.

Visiting Student

We were up visiting our son at MMA and found this house. It was very clean and made spending the weekend with our son feel like home instead of a hotel. Would highly recommend this house and will definitely try to stay there again.
