Anna Maria Island est une île barrière tropicale miles sept et demi de long. Il est blanc et fin des plages de sable de sucre sont ouverts au public avec un accès pratique, presque à la fin de chaque bloc, le long de toute l'île. Elle est l'une des plus belles plages des États-Unis. Contrairement à certaines zones touristiques de Floride, qui se caractérisent par des rangées interminables de tours d'appartements et hôtels, Anna Maria est une île de maisons individuelles et de petits centres de villégiature.

Great little condo, walking distance to everything! We had a blast there, we would definitely stay at the condo again. Property management people are awesome! And will help you with anything you need anytime of day!!

Walking proximity to Grandma's

Nice and quiet place to spread out a bit and not be on top of each other visiting family in a different, slightly smaller condo. Most important was safety and security to walk back and forth between the two.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The complex is in a great location. Our unit overlooked the bay and Cortez bridge so we enjoyed the action! The complex is aging and could use some sprucing up.

Ladies Beach Trip

It was a wonderful trip everybody was friendly and polite. The only suggestion is that they mop floors a bit better. Other than that it was clean and had an amazing view of the bay!

Great location

We had a great stay except for the red tide Unit is exactly as shown Places for improvement - there was only 1 dishwasher tablet for a weeks stay and no dish soap Not enough trash bags or toilet paper to get through the week. Friends in a unit a few doors down were fully stocked.

Loved the unit, location, everything. Only problem was we could not get in at check in because the previous renter left the place a mess and it was not cleaned on time. We waited outside until 6:30 at night with our luggage in the heat after a very long day.

beautiful balcony view of the intercoastal!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4! The morning views from our balcony were absolutely beautiful. It's within walking distance to several restaurants, shops, and the beach at the end of the street. If we had one complaint, it would be the small hot water heater. It was difficult for all 4 of us to shower up for dinner after a day at the beach without taking cold showers. It wouldn't stop us from staying there again, though, because the location is perfect and the price is right! Happy customers for sure!

Great location needs updating

The unit was clean with a great view of the bay and bridge. This is not our first stay at Gulf Watch. The location is wonderful. The reviews said it needed updated, so I expected it. It really does need updating - at least the furniture so it is more comfortable. We bought memory foam mattress pads for the beds which helped. Overall, great vacation but would not stay in this unit again until updates are made.

Apartment is in good condition and very great location.

The experience was super and the location is amazing, less than block for everything, beach, bars and restaurants,ice cream, you don’t need drive in your vacation.

Very clean and comfortable place. The condo has everything you could possibly need on your stay away from home. Condo is walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach is directly across the street. I would stay here again and would recommend this little gem to anyone looking for a place on Bradenton Beach.

The unit was very nice and clean and was stocked with everything a family needs. The location was great, across the street from the beach and just a few blocks from Bridge St. shopping area. Had many restaurants nearby, nice pool, nice balcony overlooking bay, great place to stay on the beach, would like to stay there again.

Loved the property it was in a great location. We had the bay in front of us and the ocean behind us. Everything was very clean and neat. The only complaint is that there is no tv in the second bedroom. It was perfect other than that.

Lovely Christmas Vacation

We stayed for here in two condos for Christmas! The condos were close by so that worked perfectly for our family. Would definitely book here again! The beach across the street is amazing, a short walk to lots of restaurants (and adult beverages)!

The property management Co was fantastic. The unit had termites and it was disgusting. They did everything they could to move us. The property is very old and outdated and run down. I wouldn’t recommend it until they renovate it.

Great location plenty of space

This unit was close to everything! Beach restaurants shopping night life! The photos don’t do this place justice. We enjoyed watching the boats and dolphins come by. A little road noise but nothing distracting. Still had plenty of privacy. Some of the furnishings were dated but everything worked and was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Only con is there was small hot water tank difficult for a family to shower for dinner after returning from the beach. But we managed. It would be nice if the management company left extra toilet paper and dishwasher detergent. Over all great location and had a great time!
