Notre charmant condo 2 BR / 2Bath est un tout nouveau sur le marché de la location.

Il était auparavant occupé par son propriétaire.

La propriété est située dans la région de Bradenton Beach, sur l'île Anna Maria. La plage est juste en face de la rue avec un accès notarié.

La piscine est la plus grande piscine chauffée de l'île. Le centre de fitness dispose d'équipements plus récents.

Il y a un quai de pêche qui fonctionne également comme un excellent moyen de profiter de belles vues sur le son d'Anna Maria.

Arrêt de tramway gratuit juste en face de la propriété. Laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité.

House had absolutely everything you would need for an entire day at the beach! Perfect for our family vacation! Pool was great too.

The washer did not work, and the hot water heater was not set at a shower temp. No showers for us when we arrived. A tech came the on sunday evening to fix the water heater. We arrived Thursday. The bed pillow are very yellow and dirty. There are electrical plate covers missing also. I wouldn't have advertised as newly remodeled because it was not in good shape.

In 15 years of renting condos this was, by far, the best supplied kitchen with newer appliances, granite countertop, nice heavy quality cookware, and all the small appliances you could possibly need! Although I didn’t use it, I think I even saw an air-fryer.Appreciated that the condo was well-supplied with t.p., paper towels, laundry detergent, dish and dishwasher soap, trash bags sufficient for our two week stay so that we didn’t have to go out and purchase these as we have with other rentals.David let us know prior to our arrival the washer was broken and scheduled for repairs, but expected it to be repaired within a couple days. When it was found it could not be repaired and would need to be replaced taking longer, David offered to do our laundry and DID! He did everything he could to keep us happy-a great host in what started out as a frustrating situation for both him and us. He will treat you right!

We loved our stay at Dave’s place! Very nice remodel and clean condo! Beautiful beach decor and well stocked kitchen and bath accessories.

My son was playing at IMG in the GA cup and it was great proximity to school. We were able to enjoy the beach, bay and walk to restaurants!!! It was great!

Runaway bay condo

The condo was recently updated and very clean. The location was perfect.. right across the street from the beach. The owner was very responsive to our questions. The pool is large and heated and there is access to the intercoastal waterway for kayaking. Would rent again

spring break 2024

The perfect size for our family of three. Extra bed available if needed for a friend to sleep over. Easily accessible to all bridges, restaurants, public beaches and retail. David is a very prompt communicator. Very adequate kitchen stocked with all equipment you could possibly need. Highly recommend. Only issue we encountered was a finicky washing machine. Even had beach towels for use so we did not have to bring our own.

Great Location, Comfortable Condo

We spent a week here last month. The location was fantastic, an easy walk across the street to the beach. There was a TON of quality beach gear supplied, including a wagon and a cart, which made hauling the chairs, cabana, umbrellas, towels, floaties, etc. much less of a hassle than anticipated. Note that, unless you have a big vehicle in which to stash your beach gear overnight, you will be stuck hauling everything up and down the steps daily. The condo is nicely remodeled. Very beachy with kitchen appliances that looked brand new. The refrigerator had an ice maker, too. AC ran great. We did experience a few problems, including an annoying whistling/clicking from the stove and oven's automatic fan. The water heater seemed to be set too hot, scalding us even when on the lowest settings. This resulted in mostly cold showers for those using the master bath, which also has a poorly designed sink faucet, which gets the entire counter wet when you put anything (hands, toothbrush, etc.) under the flow. The other bathroom shower was easier to control the water temperature but had zero water pressure. There were also spots of what appeared to be mold around the water heater, but we brought those to the owner's attention so hopefully he's tended to the matter. Highly recommend blackout curtains (we hung blankets) and full-length mirrors in the bedrooms, too. Still a great stay overall, though. Awesome pool, fishing dock, and beach location. 4.5 overall for what we paid.

Vi tyckte att lägenheten var toppen. Läget var bra, bara vägen mellan området och stranden som var jättefin. Lägenheten var bra planerad och fräsch. Gångavstånd till flera restauranger och gratis shuttlebuss precis utanför.

Family vacation

Centrally located, short walk to beach. Condo very well stocked, even with items like trash bags and toilet paper, which usually get one of each! Saved us from buying at Publix. Owner very quick to respond to questions. Even had two bikes available to use that weren’t advertised.

Relaxing family time

My family enjoyed our week on the gulf. This unit is nicely updated and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool was not crowded and the residents were friendly. The owner is pleasant and quick to respond to inquiries. We hope to return soon!

Fabulous Vacation!

Beautiful weather, steps to the beach, newly decorated and CLEAN condo, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, multiple beach towels, beach wagon, umbrella, more than you can imagine equipped kitchen, rocking chairs on lanai, washer/dryer and a MOST FABULOUS HOST, David, who was always a prompt text away if we needed him. Can't ask for a better, care free, relaxing vacation. Thank you David!

Great location and condo

Our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids) had a great stay! Prefect walking distance to the beach. The condo has everything you need for the beach for both adults and kids. Loved the updated kitchen, baths and everything about the place. We would love to return next Spring or maybe even sooner!

Wonderful Stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at David's condo. He provided everything we needed that would enhance our stay there. The only thing we needed to supply was our own groceries. He even provided the beach chairs & umbrella for the beach. When we couldn't find something we were looking for, I contacted David & he got back to us immediately. David was an excellent host & person to deal with. Hopefully it won't be our last visit with him.

Great little getaway

We usually stay on the beach on Anna Maria Island, but decided to try a complex on the bay this time. The accommodations were great: owner was very attentive, followed up several times to make sure we understood checking, had everything we needed, etc. Tidy, recently remodeled. The complex was quiet, with large pool, plenty of parking, and access to a small pier into the Intercoastal Waterway or a short walk to the beach. Would stay here again in the future.

The Updates made our stay even nicer than previously

We have stayed in this condo several times before but the new owner has made some lovely updates which made it even more pleasurable to stay than before . Remodelling of the Kitchen with all new appliances , would of made this a pleasure to cook in had we done so but the islands large amount of local restaurants meant we didn’t get the chance 😂😂 , The owners communication was outstanding and we will certainly look to book again if we get the chance . Thanks again Dave
