'' Shadowlawn '': Ce tudor anglais est l'un des plus beaux domaines de la vieille ville de Pinehurst. Sur plus de 1. 5 acres privĂ©s de paysages luxuriants, des allĂ©es en pierre et des terrasses. Planchers de bois franc, 7 cheminĂ©es, toiture originale en terre cuite Ludowici carrelage, ascenseur, gĂ©nĂ©rateur de toute la maison et le travail de dĂ©tail incroyable qui doit ĂȘtre vu. 1er et 2Ăšme Ă©tage = 6800 sq. Ft. Le niveau infĂ©rieur a environ 3 000 pi2 (1 500 pi2, ce qui se termine par une salle de loisirs avec foyer et salle de billard).

La surface habitable totale est d'environ 8 500 pieds carrés avec 8 chambres, 15 lits, 9 salles de bain complÚtes et 3 demi-bains.

Nous sommes trÚs sélectifs sur la location de cette grande maison. Notre désir est de louer sur une base trÚs limitée afin d'aider à l'entretien de cette maison historique. La maison a été entiÚrement rénové et meublé en 2016.

Perfect Place for a large golf group

We had 16 guys stay here for our annual golf trip, great size and great location, house is HUGE but does lack sufficient sized room for a group that big to congregate and watch games on TV. Great back yard for entertaining and the hosts were absolutely wonderful

Family Gathering

Shadowlawn is/was absolutely perfect for our annual family golf trip. It is within walking distance of The Village of Pinehurst, and the home is spotless with plenty of space for our group. The back patio was the perfect place to gather at the end of our day and enjoy each other’s company!

Perfect Palace

Everything was perfect from the original booking, to check in, to check out. I would highly recommend this house especially if you have a large group. The beds and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The downstairs entertainment room was great. We will be back for sure.

Family wedding in Pinehurst

Great location. Easily accessible to events. Owners were very prompt in answering any questions. Relaxed in the beautiful sunroom and outdoor patio. Family enjoyed playing croquet. Great place for large gatherings. Thank you very much .

"Matches Everything Pinehurst"

When I think of Pinehurst, I think of #2, the Resort, Donald Ross, the Pinecrest Inn, #2, Mid Pines, the heyday of golf in the 1920's, and this Estate fits that narrative. You will get the full experience and feel like you are whisked away from our fast paced smart phone world! That, and this place is big, with plenty of Beds, bathrooms, and meeting space for your whole golf trip to to hang out.

Incredible Historic English Tudor Home!

This is the most perfect place to host a large group outing or fun family vacation. The house is saturated with rich history. Not only that, but there is room to sleep up to over 20 people (including the guest house)! That's unheard of! It is just a few miles away from historic Pinehurst and a quick drive to fun small towns such as Aberdeen and Southern Pines. We loved going out to dinner in Pinehurst and Southern Pines. The basement has great spaces for having fun and playing games. I couldn't think of a better place to stay in the area. It is incredibly unique and the host family was so accommodating.

SHADOWLAWN IS AMAZING!!!

Our group of 15 or so golfers absolutely loved the accommodations at Shadowlawn. Every person had their own bed and the historic elegance of the house provides the full flavor of the southern charm of Pinehurst. The guys enjoyed the pool table, ping pong, card table and large gathering space in the basement. The dining room is beautifully appointed with a table large enough to seat our entire group. Most of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom. This house is amazing!!!
