Nestled on a serene horse farm, Twin Fields Manor is perfect for groups of up to 20.
Enjoy a massive saltwater pool, farm animals to see and pet, and a state-of-the-art kitchen ideal for hosting. Just 5 minutes from Downtown Southern Pines and 15 minutes from Pinehurst Village, it’s the perfect base for golfing foursomes, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and family gatherings.

Twin Fields Manor features 7 stunning suites, each with its own en suite bathroom for ultimate privacy. Every suite includes a luxurious king bed, with the option to separate into two single beds to suit single travelers. Four of the suites also feature an additional single bed, providing versatile sleeping arrangements.

The upstairs suites are uniquely named after the original 1960s Kohler bathtubs in their en suite bathrooms. Adding to their charm, these bathrooms open to a private outdoor balcony overlooking the saltwater pool, complete with a spiral staircase leading down to the pool area.

All suites are outfitted with fresh, luxury hospitality-grade linens, premium bathroom amenities, and thoughtful details to ensure a comfortable and elegant stay. Whether you’re hosting a family getaway or a group celebration, these accommodations offer the perfect blend of flexibility and refinement.

This property is amazing in every way. From the cleanliness, amenities, space, and the hosts communication. We had a group of 16 guys for a golf trip and everything went incredibly smoothly. No issues with any part of the trip. If this is available for our trip next year we will be repeat visitors.

Men’s golf trip

This was our first annual church mens group golf trip and it was amazing. This property was absolutely perfect. We had 16 guys all of which had their own bed and plenty of room to come and go. We will definitely be booking this place again next year for our 2nd annual trip. Thank again!!!

Friends Golf Trip

Our group of golfers enjoyed the spacious common rooms, outside veranda, and fully stocked kitchen. We cooked our own breakfast the golfed all day returning to relax at this wonderful house. Next time we will use the available catering service for dinners so we can spend more time relaxing

Organizer of buddies golf trip

This place is ideal for large group of golfers. Accommodations work for large groups interested in large group meals and plenty of places to hang-out and catch-up. The only drawback was no large screen TV( which we knew going into rental, so for us it was not a negative). We did not mind as the group was playing 36 holes of golf per day and re-connecting each evening.

Short 2 Day Stay

The house was spacious, it was great for everyone to have their own room and bathroom! The kitchen was well stocked and had great amenities and coffee bar was a huge hit every morning. We had trouble getting lights and fans to work, the grill had no propane, and the person that tended to the pool walked in twice with no warning and did not say anything to anyone. The largest concern we had was the communication with the property manager, they were hard to get in touch with and they tried cancelling our trip four days before because they double booked but we had booked two months before. Luckily we were able to still go on our trip and they were able to resolve the issue.

Great for Gathering

This property is really made to gather! We enjoyed our stay at the Manor. It had everything we needed to entertain a large group, especially space. We had a couple minor cleaning issues and light issues. Example being, the pool lights didn’t work. All in all, the grounds are beautiful and made for a wonderful gathering with great pictures. Make sure to note there are NO televisions in the house. That was unexpected, but we made it work for a short term rental.

Terrific Experience

This renovated horse farm has it all. Great comfort with lots of rooms, areas for family gatherings, beautiful and unique Southern Pines charm. Perfect for a large family gathering or a business conference. Highly recommended. We spent family Thanksgiving here, but weddings or business gatherings, offsides would be terrific.
