Il est situé dans le quartier le plus central de la ville, à deux pas du port, du théâtre Politeama et des principales rues commerçantes. A quelques minutes à pied du théâtre Massimo et de la cathédrale. A quelques mètres se trouve l'arrêt de bus pour rejoindre la plage de Mondello ou la cathédrale de Monreale. La proximité du port donne la possibilité de marcher jusqu'aux points de départ des ferries vers les îles Éoliennes, Ustica et d'autres îles.

The perfect host

Alessandra went above and beyond to get us a place to stay when there was a Mixup with VRBO. I highly recommend her vacation rentals.

Beautiful apartment in Palermo

I arrived early in the morning by ferry. The apartment was in walking distance from the port. Alessandra was such an amazing host. She let me drop my bags off and gave me directions to some beautiful sights while she prepared the apartment. The apartment was clean, well supplied and central to everything. Alessandra was quick to respond to communication and she even spotted me in town and stopped to say hello and ask how my stay was. I highly recommend this property. You will feel safe, comfortable and welcomed. I hope to return soon.

Great space, fabulous host and perfect location

Absolutely loved this property. It is extremely well decorated with white walls and beautiful art. Lots of room. Alessandra was readily available through WhatsApp and even did a great deal of research to help us deal with the parking issue. If you are arriving by car the location of the apartment is very easy to get to, off the main road close to the harbour. The location is also very good to see all the main attractions. Everything is within a few kilometers. Note that for whatever reason the tourist office is closed all weekend! Luckily Alessandra had a map of Palermo. You'll need one!

The best space, the best location, the best host in all Palermo!

First, Alessandra, the owner, ROCKS! I have a new friend in her. The apartment is fantastic, large, clean, bright, beautiful, with most amenities nicer than high end hotels. I worked, I cooked, I felt like I LIVED in Palermo! Alessandra was wonderful, helpful and went way above to assist. And did I mention it is the absolutely BEST location in Palermo? Jewel in Palermo

This apartment was very beautiful. In a good location to get to the heart of the city on foot. Very well decorated, the beds were comfortable and it was clean. Alessandra was very easy to communicate with, friendly and helpful. She and her husband even provided cold drinks in the refrigerator, coffee, tea and food for breakfast! Would recommend this property to anyone.
