We had a great time at the villa, was a little cold for the time and heat was not promptly working, but overall we had a great time.

Villa Teresa Grande - Lake Como

It was little cold for the time of the year and the only issue we had was the heaters in the house didn’t work well and took a bit to get warm. Property provide portable heaters. Other than that the Villa is gorgeous and views incredible.

Beautiful villa but poor cleanliness and issues checking in.

The villa was very beautiful and spacious. Overall looked as pictured. We arrived after our check in time and the combination to get the key was incorrect. We were unable to reach any of the property managers for help. Luckily the housekeeper arrived and was able to contact her boss to figure out the changed code. The housekeeper then started cleaning (after the check in time). The property was not fully cleaned, and there were ants everywhere inside. Several of the bed sheets had stains. There was limited toilet paper, and they would not provide more. They said that 2 rolls had been left in each bathroom, but these could not be found anywhere. There was also no hot water in the guest house, but this was promptly fixed.

This property is sensational. When we arrived, there were fresh flowers, snacks, and a bottle of Prosecco to welcome us. The views are spectacular - it's Como. The rooms were nicely appointed. The kitchen was fully equipped. Swim from the dock, or wade in from the stairs.The remotes to open the gates to the parking were hokey, but Enricco the property manager replied immediately and was there with replacements.A full size car and a nine passenger van fit in the spaces without issue. There is power available for EVs.Enricco was excellent and the property truly sets the stage for memories of a lifetime.A short walk into Brienno for the coffee shop for coffee and small supplies; a longer walk brings you to La Terraza, the Beach Bar. Great food and staff, lounge chairs for rent, a dock to dive in and sun on.

Unbelievable Property

Villa Teresa Grande is a beautiful property. The view is one of the best. The entrance to the property is difficult and probably not the best for anyone with any joint issues or need for good path lighting to the entrance. While the home is very well appointed, masterly, the communication with the management company was not good. The home was selected as it was stated to accommodate 16 people. The room which was designated for 15-16 was below the staircase and not appropriate for an additional “room”. The door to the room resembled a hobbit door, the staircase down was extremely narrow and filled with equipment for children. The “game room” provided a pull-out sofa, unmade, with a plastic bag containing sheets. As we were a family of adults, we elected to rent an additional apartment in Brienno, because we would not want our guests to sleep or attempt to sleep in such conditions. The management company provided one towel and one hand towel for each guest for a 6 day rental. We were not notified of this prior to paying all fees and then told it would be an additional fees per guest for another towel. (high). Be prepared to buy toilet paper and hand soap for bathrooms. While tiny packets and bars were provided not sure they were anti-bacterial or cleansing enough. We attempted to communicate via email and calls with the property manager multiple times. Only one email returned. The call was short, but finally got someone out to make a sofa bed. Unfortunately, the condition of the game room was not good from a living standpoint so we rented another unit. The outside patio and deck area was beautiful. The dock was useful as we utilized water taxis for events. The second ADU unit was nicely appointed, however guests indicated very cold inside. Overall the view countered the negatives.

Great modernized house on the Lake

This was a great house, fantastic location on the Lake with a boat mooring and swimming platform, very well fitted out and equipped. It was very hot when we were there so had to buy fans as only the top floor had air con. Quite poor communication with George the property manager particularly in regards to a damp issue in the annexe and a WiFi issue. This would not deter us from returning , but we would expect a little more attention in this regard. But Great place.

Great modern Villa

Great location, best kitchen appliances, many places to sit and relax, depending on weather condition. Huge outside dining table, dock for boat and ability to go into lake. Parking is a challenge, especially if you arrive with more than one car or a big car
