Amazing built and tastefully decorated villa with swimming pool, games room, free and unlimited wifi, Satellite tv and air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge and dining area, affording a privileged location 6 km west of Albufeira, in an exclusive and very peaceful housing estate. Due to its elevated location, it offers total privacy and enjoys beautiful views across the Salted golf course and the sand dunes to the sea. A truly special property for a special holiday!

Completely fenced property with beautiful pool area, enclosed by terraces with outside shower and an immaculate garden with lawn, shrubs, hedges and trees. A brick barbecue is located at the rear of the property, next to the kitchen.

Large entrance hall. Spacious open plan lounge and dining area with satellite TV, DVD player and patio doors leading onto a covered terrace with fresh dining area, next to the swimming pool. Kitchen with breakfast bar, ceramic hob, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, juice squezer, toaster, iron and direct access to barbecue area. 2 bedrooms (twin and double), both with en-suite bath / shower rooms (one with corner bath).

3 bedrooms (2 twin, 1 double), all with en suite shower rooms and private terraces with beautiful views across the Salted golf course and sand dunes to the sea.

Das Haus, die Lage - wirklich wunderschön , der eine Mieter hatte Recht, kleine Reparaturarbeiten wĂ€ren mal schön, die Großmutter ist der lieb und hilfsbereit - das einzige, was uns nicht gefallen hat, war Handtuchwechsel und Reinigung - im Vertrag stand beim Aufenthalt von zwei Wochen - 3 x , wir hatten 1 x und dann war die avo so lieb und hat uns noch 1 x zusĂ€tzlich HandtĂŒcher gegeben - wir wĂŒrden es aber immer wieder buchen

We had a great stay at Villa Marazul. There were a few issues at the start of our stay (broken sunbed, missing air hockey disc, broken pool umbrella etc) but these were quickly sorted out by Afonso. The villa was very clean on our arrival and is very spacious, comfortable and well furnished. The air conditioning is very effective. Plenty of sunbeds and dinner seating for everyone. We all loved the pool area but be warned that night time sprinklers will soak anything left out on the washing line, sun beds etc. Also, that access to the pool is through the front double doors - remember to put the door key in the outside lock or you will get locked out. The spacious kitchen is well stocked with equipment, crockery and cutlery. However, absolutely nothing is provided in the way of basic condiments, kitchen roll, oil etc. Not even salt and pepper. You will need to shop for everything you are likely to need or bring from home. Only one toilet roll was provided in each of the bathrooms, but there was no handwash, soap, shampoo, shower gel etc. In these respects, we thought the amenities were lacking.Also, we followed the instructions in the villa handbook and put all the towels in the utility ready to be collected on the Wednesday. We subsequently found out that this does not happen during the summer months and ended up washing all the towels ourselves.All in all, a great choice for a family holiday but lacking the luxury touches.

Absolutely beautiful

Everything about this villa wonderful. It’s a lovely quiet area with a couple of lovely restaurants around the corner Super markets ie aldi is a half hour walk or 5 minutes drive away. We didn’t hire a car so just used taxi which we cheap enough. Old town is lovely which is a short drive away maybe 10 minutes Villa mora marina is maybe 25 minutes drive which has beautiful restaurants and super yacht s. The villa is massive , down stairs kitchen was very well equipped, bedroom s are very spacious and so are all the on suites The host Afonso was lovely and welcoming.All 11 of us definitely will return.

Great villa and location

We have stayed in this villa multiple times and will be booking again. It’s works really well for our large family group, with each bedroom being en suite, the games room and swimming pool are great for the children and teens. The location has got better over the years, as the area has developed. Choice of great restaurants within walking distance. Maria and Rui are quick to respond to any queries / issues (there was no toaster when we arrived and they were quick to provide a new one for us).

goed gerenoveerd schoon en helder van alle gemakken voorzien. Een heel belangrijk punt was de dat we geen gebruik konden maken van de service handdoeken en bedlakens wisselen en schoonmaak ( zie regel 6,7,8 ) van Aanvullende inforimatie alleen tegen betaling. dat we de elektriciteit 1128.00 moesten betalen stond niet in de aanbieding dus dat was een hele grote afknapper. doordat de deuropener van het speelkamer defect was is het niet mogelijk deze ruimte te betreden. Ondanks deze problemen willen we kijken of we de accommodatie voor ons weer in aanmerking kan komen voor ons hopelijk overwintering eind van 2025

Family trip

We stayed here with grandparents, uncles, aunts and grandchildren (x3) to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday. The villa was immaculate and great facilities. Afonso and his team (and family) were amazing at getting back to us with queries. I would highly recommend this Vila and would definitely come back again

Family fun in the Algarve sun

This spacious and comfortable villa is an excellent base for a multi-national extended family like ours to come together, create delicious meals and great memories. The nearby village is well supplied with grocery stores and good restaurants. We enjoyed swimming in the lovely pool, walking at the beach and visiting local towns, coves and mountain springs. Afonso is a responsive and helpful host.

Fantastic holiday

Just returned from two weeks at Villa Marazul. We were a family party of 6 adults and four children aged 8-12. The villa was spacious, clean and was well equipped. We certainly made use of the dishwasher and washing machine! Lots of crockery, cutlery and glasses etc. only a two slice toaster but as we all tended to get up at different times this never posed a problem. Well furnished and the beds were very comfortable. The outside area is stunning the pool was well used as was the games room. I think the only thing that could have improved our stay would have been extra fridge space. There is a full sized fridge freezer in the kitchen but with 10 people trying to keep food, drinks, water and the odd bottle of beer cold we did have to move things around a bit. An extra fridge in the games room to store overflow water and drinks etc would have been very handy but this wouldn’t stop us returning. From start to finish our dealings with owner were excellent. He answered all our question beforehand promptly and patiently and also during our stay (thank you Afonso for being so understanding when the kids accidently locked the key to the games room inside) I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone. The location is excellent, the beach is walkable but if you’re going for the day there are carparks and road parking all free. Some lovely local restaurants and obviously lots in Albufeira and also Vale de Parra.

Good salt pool, But poor customer care.

The villa is beautiful, great pool and dining area. Minor issues with keys and door handles. Also the drive out to the main road is tricky- be careful! Just one poor point is that we left some clothing items behind, I asked the host to send them to me at my cost but he never replied to my request, very poor customer service! For this reason I would not return or recommend this property.

Fantastic property and location BUT!

The property and location were excellent. All the facilities matched up to what all of our group expected. However sleeping was a nightmare as the neighbors left their dog out every night and it barked continuously ALL NIGHT!!

Great property for a family holiday

We all (8 adults and 4 children) loved this property - spacious and well laid out for a holiday villa. Very clean and with everything we needed for a comfortable week's stay. The pool was great and in constant use! We only needed to contact the owner once (the water supply was interrupted for a couple of hours) but he was straight on the case and it was soon sorted. A few tiny bits of minor maintenance needed - but nothing that an hour with a screwdriver and a packet of screws wouldn't fix. Good location about 5 minutes walk from the beach with several restaurants nearby. Overall - highly recommended. Well worth the money.

Villa trĂšs jolie et bien pensĂ©e, Elle offre 5 grandes chambres et 5 salles de bain. Tous les endroits sont spacieux. Les locaux Ă©taient propres Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Au sous sol il y a des jeux pour enfants /ados et adultes, trĂšs bien pour les jeunes. Le jeu du palais mĂ©rite d’ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©, les palets ne glissent pas. Piscine Ă  dĂ©bordement. Le coin est trĂšs tranquille, petit « lotissement » de quelques villas Ă©loignĂ©es les unes des autres et sans vis Ă  vis. En voiture: A 3 min des restaurants A 5 min de la plage de Salgados A 15 min d’albufeira
 PropriĂ©taire accessible et rĂ©pondant facilement aux messages envoyĂ©s. Nous avons eu pas mal de visites la semaine oĂč nous Ă©tions en vacances sans doute parce que c’était le dĂ©but de saison et que certaines choses Ă©taient Ă  fignoler (Ă©lectricien, piscinistes propriĂ©taire
) sans oubliĂ© un dame qui passait en s’arrĂȘtant plusieurs fois par jour devant notre villa, assez imposant, cela peut facilement dĂ©ranger 
 Nous avons eu l’impression d’ĂȘtre Ă©piĂ© toute la semaine, heureusement que nous n’avons passĂ© que les fins de journĂ©e Ă  la villa.

2 schöne Wochen in großzĂŒgiger Villa

Wir haben zwei Wochen mit bis zu 10 Personen in der Villa verbracht und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen: - großartiger Pool - sehr großzĂŒgiges Raumangebot mit viel Stauraum, zu jedem Schlafzimmer gehört ein eigenes Badezimmer - jederzeit gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter Afonso (danke dafĂŒr!) - der "Spielkeller" bietet eine sehr schöne ErgĂ€nzung - nicht nur fĂŒr die Kinder :) - ein bisschen schade ist, dass der Grill hinter dem Haus und damit recht weit entfernt von Essplatz und GĂ€sten gelegen ist
