Vous allez adorer ce condo récemment décoré et joliment décoré avec un style côtier! L'unité 2007 comprend un canapé / causeuse assorti, un fauteuil inclinable confortable, des téléviseurs muraux et beaucoup d'espace pour tout le monde. Le salon et la suite parentale jouxtent tous deux le grand balcon offrant une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe.

La suite principale dispose d'un lit king-size luxueux et d'une salle de bain complète attenante. La suite d'hôtes offre deux lits doubles et salle de bain complète et comprend une fenêtre pour égayer la pièce. Couchage supplémentaire pour deux est fourni par un canapé-lit extrêmement confortable.

ideally located, spacious and convenient

Very nice, comfortable, clean, quiet, but hottub wasn't working and no umbrellas or lounge chairs on the beach.

7 days ain’t enough!

Perfect place for us to unwind and have a worry free week right on the beautiful beach. Everything about the condo and resort was wonderful. Plenty of room and lots of beds for our family. Very clean, quiet and perfect location. We will be back and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Wish we had more time, 7 days ain’t enough!

Very pleased

The condo was decorated perfectly for the setting. Everything was very clean and the view from the 21st floor was amazing. The location was fairly convenient to everything we wanted to do aside from the beach. Overall we were very pleased.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Communication with just was excellent. This side of Panama City seems much quieter and slower that what I expected which was a nice surprise. The public beach is right next to this condo and did get quite busy but the condos private beach service was top notch!

Relax on the spacious porch and watch a pod of bottlenose dolphins playfully swim past or the hundred or so on Devil Rays skim along the beach swimming around you as you excitedly experience this annual migration.

Sewage smell

Throughout our entire stay our Condo inside reeked of raw sewage. The ice maker on the refrigerator didn't work at all. The table and chairs on the balcony one of the 6 chairs was missing the entire time and one was broken from before we got there. We were pretty sad with the entire experience.

Nice unit but too many issues

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we stayed in was very nice but not without flaw. The dryer in unit did not work and was not replaced until our last night there so for 6 days we were stuck with air drying clothes for a family of 4. The staff tried to accommodate and allowed us to use a different units’ dryer our first night and even gave us a small refund but this was more then a minor inconvenience. The guest bedroom had a broken bed boxspring but was a bed we were not using so it didn’t affect us. The building has 23 floors and only 3 elevators and 1 elevator was out the entire stay making elevator traffic slow and full. With all that said, the unit was very nice and mostly clean. I had to clean the coffee maker as it was disgusting and the air return vents need a dusting. I would give the unit a 4 out of 5 and the building a 3 out of 5. I dont regret staying there but will look for a different option on my next trip.

Dear Guest, We are sorry regarding the circumstances you encountered and happy that you found the condo to be nice. In a normal year, the broken items would be repaired quickly. However, due to COVID and factory shutdowns, parts are impossible to find and are backordered and take weeks to acquire. This is true for everything from appliances, to elevators, to cars, etc... It is the reason why the washer / dryer and elevator were not able to be repaired in a timely manner. As you indicated, the new owners of this condo opted to purchase and install (as quickly as possible) a brand new stacked washer / dryer. The elevator is scheduled for repair and extra funds have been paid to expedite the parts as soon as possible. We will let housekeeping know about the coffee pot, thank you for that feedback. We wish you had called us, we would have gladly brought you a new one. The boxspring was replaced immediately with a new and higher quality boxspring. We want all future guests to know that when issues are encountered, we are here to help as much as possible and to provide you a 5 star service. Condo was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The ocean views were amazing…really liked seeing the dolphins from the balcony in the morning. The Tropic Winds complex was very clean and well looked after. Would highly recommend Greta’s services and this condo.

Two big factors why we like this unit is the outdoor parking space so we can bring our cargo carrier and being up high so we can scope out the sea life and enjoy the sunsets.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Tropic Winds in the past but this was the first time in this unit. We loved it and it was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). We enjoy being a bit higher up when we stay on the beach and this was at the perfect level. A bonus is that the parking spot in the building is actually one that is just outside which is important for us to know since we can then bring our cargo carrier and not worry about taking it off and storing somewhere else. Definitely will look to rent this unit again.
