Notre condo est meilleur que neuf. Combiné avec un 2 $. 5 millions de bâtiments ont été rénovés au cours de l'hiver 2016-2017, nous avons entièrement rénové notre condo au 6ème étage. La vue depuis le balcon d'angle surdimensionné ne peut être meilleure. Voici ce que nous avons fait lors de notre rénovation ...

Nouvelles armoires de cuisine avec portes et tiroirs à fermeture en douceur, évier à tablier en acier inoxydable, comptoir en granite et dosseret de carreaux de verre

Profitez du lever de soleil spectaculaire sur le golfe du Mexique depuis le très grand balcon (9 ’x 24’) de ce condo au 6ème étage, géré par un propriétaire privé et géré de façon privée, situé sur la plage du golfe du Mexique sur l’île de South Padre. La passerelle à l'avant de l'unité offre une vue sur l'île / la baie, vous pouvez donc également profiter des couchers de soleil sur la baie. Cette unité 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain offre certaines des meilleures vues sur toute l'île. Le très grand salon dispose de 2 canapés-lits queen-size pouvant accueillir 6 personnes.

La piscine, le solarium et le jacuzzi sont situés au 3ème étage et offrent une vue imprenable sur le golfe. Leur exposition sud les maintient au soleil toute la journée. Il y a également un grand jacuzzi ADULT SEULEMENT sur le côté nord du bâtiment, à quelques pas de notre porte d'entrée, qui offre une vue sur le golfe depuis une ambiance de pergola.

Ce condo offre un accès direct à la plage depuis le rez-de-chaussée et un accès contrôlé au bâtiment et au parking.

C'est l'endroit idéal pour commencer ou poursuivre la tradition familiale des vacances à la plage!

The condo was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Because this is a corner unit the balcony had beach views from the front of the balcony as well as the side. We spent a lot of our time there enjoying the view. We would highly recommend this condo to friends and family. It will not disappoint!

This property is amazing! Beautifully decorated, spotless, and the view is incredible. Communication with the owner, as well as check in and check out, was smooth. The kitchen is stocked with any kind of dish or cookware you might need. And the closet full of games and beach accessories was a welcome plus!

This condo was fabulous! The views were just as stated. We enjoyed the quieter beach and the proximity to Clayton’s and Wanna Wanna when we wanted more noise. Getting around the island was easy from this condo.My favorite place was the balcony! Beautiful views and people watching from the sixth floor kept me quite entertained if we weren’t at the beach.Brian was easy to work with and answered all of my questions. He checked in to make sure all was well while we were there.This condo is certainly worth your consideration!!

Best SPI stay yet

Easily the best SPI condo we have stayed at. We stayed at 2 others in Inverness that weren’t even close as well as others on the island. The unit was beautifully decorated and the kitchen well stocked. The host couple clearly treasure this unit and it comes through in every detail.

Beach Heaven

This condo unit is truly wonderful. Super clean and decorated over the top in marine themed art everywhere. Really comfortable space with huge balcony to relax and enjoy the spectacular views of the Gulf. Comes equipped with everything you might want to enjoy the setting. Close proximity to adults only jacuzzi patio we enjoyed every day and evening. Thank you for sharing such a great space for travelers to embrace! Best wishes!

Great place with opportunities for improvement

The good: This was by far the cleanest, most well appointed condo we've ever stayed in. The views are spectacular. The beach is amazing. The patio furniture is fabulous (we just ordered the same chairs for our home). The inside couches & chairs are comfortable. The owners left a kitchen cabinet & drawer empty for our own food. Opportunities for improvement: There are SO many decorations, some which I'm sure are expensive & very cool. But it's too much. We don't like to move anything when we stay in VRBOs but there was no room on the tables for our own things & all of it is overwhelming. Decluttering would be a huge improvement. There is only one small mirror which is in the bathroom. It's too small for 2 people to get ready at the same time. We bought an additional mirror and hung it with a command strip off the slider. Adding another mirror would be helpful. The mattress is comfortable, but the bed is very wobbly & noisy when you move. I slept on the couch more than once just to get good rest. The facility: Good > Right in front of the condo, you can rent 2 chaise lounge chairs & an umbrella on the beach for $35 a day which we did more than once. Not good > The elevators didn't work regularly and are very slow. The pool is not heated and the water temperature was frigid. There are 2 small jacuzzis, but half the time they weren't heated. I do water exercise for health reasons so it was very disappointing & difficult not to have an option to swim.

Best Condo Right on the Beach

I have stayed in this building several times before but not in this privately owned condo through VRBO. The condo has been beautifully updated and decorated and has everything you might need. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the owner Brian made sure we were all set throughout the whole process. Condo is right on the beach with amazing views. We will be back again soon!

Beach stay #4

Another relaxing stay at Brian and Peggy Sue’s place! We Can’t say enough about how much we look forward to staying here. The breathtaking ocean views from the balcony include amazing sunrises, fireworks, and this particular stay, experienced the Blue Moon of 2023! Their place is very well maintained, the kitchen is equip with everything you need from cookware to spices! Easy beach access and plenty of beach essentials available in hall closet. We’re very thankful to have found this vacation gem! Brian is very easy to communicate with and readily available if needed. No doubt, We will be back!

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this beautifully renovated unit. The pictures do not do it justice! The unit was well stocked with anything you could need, from a large array of spices to thick plush bath towels and high quality bed linens. There were beach towels, chairs and umbrellas available to take to the beach. The view from the lanai was breathtaking. Brian was great to work with, answering our questions prior to the trip promptly, and checking in on us upon arrival and during our stay. We would highly recommend this unit and we plan to come back!

Nicest unit

We have stayed in the Inverness 8 times. This unit was the nicest and bidets 1 bedroom unit we have ever stayed in. So many nice little added amenities…paper napkins, binoculars, beach chairs and umbrellas, games, plenty of toilet paper and towels (good quality), very nice beach towels, good range of kitchen utensils, all quality items. Overall wall decor was quite tasteful, but there were too many nic nac items covering the tables an taking up room on the floor using space for me to set my stuff.

Hidden gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We have frequented a good number and the attention to the soothing decor was unmatched. The “beach/“under the sea” theme added so much to the comfort and the experience of being beachfront. Even the balcony decor was amazing, as we spent hours relaxing, talking and listening to the waves. The property was also spotless. It would have been nice to have had a booklet of info with recommendations for local restaurants and things to do in the area. To be clear, not supplying this information did not detract from enjoying our stay. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay again.

The condo is nicely updated and the view is unparalleled. It’s also very walkable to some good food options and shopping. One note is that the bed is a little noisy and may keep up light sleepers. Other than that our stay was delightful!

More than 5 star experience

This was our 3rd stay at Brian and Peggy Sue’s marvelous place. Our getaway was planned to celebrate our 7th year anniversary as a couple. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with an extremely thoughtful surprise including decorations, flowers, a card, and champagne! Brian is very attentive, easy to communicate with, and wants to ensure your stay is enjoyable and relaxing! Their place is very comfortable, clean, and the views are incredible! Relaxation Station

Brian the host is a great communicator. Lady at the check in was difficult to understand. English was no Bueno and she acts like you have already stayed there and you know the drill. No and No. Luckily, she was the only negative. Nicely furnished, newly remodeled. Beach vibe in full effect. Great view from the living room and the large balcony.

South Padre Anniversary Retreat

We enjoyed our stay, from the amazing balcony view of the Gulf, to the location which is walking distance to restaurants and shops. The condo is beautifully decorated and filled with all of the comforts you could hope to have. We made use of the beach chairs, beach towells, umbrella, and enjoyed hours on the beach, just steps away from the property. The hosts were welcoming and provided great instructions prior to our visit. Would definitely stay there again.

Vacation at SPI

The condo was exceptionally clean. Brian messaged me and asked if everything was ok and if he could do anything. Replied that everything was perfect as it was. Anything you would need for cooking are provided. I didn’t cook as I cook at home and went out for meals. The view off the deck is spectacular. Sat on deck and had morning coffee and watched the sunrise. Beach was a little crowded but that’s expected this time of year. Anything you would need is close as far as entertainment or eating establishments. If you’re going to SPI I would recommend this place to stay as number one on your list.

Beautiful Condo on the Beach

Michael and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Peggy Sue did a beautiful job decorating. The ocean breeze on the patio was awesome. Another plus is the Island Metro stops right outside the building and it provides free transportation on the island. Thank you, Brian and Peggy Sue, for letting us stay in your place.

May Anniversary Trip

The individual condo was excellent. Very well designed and comfortable. The patio was great to overlook the beach. Kitchen was perfect size and had all the tools you need. Only downfall was both elevators were out (but not the owner of this condo's fault). Not an issue until we checked out with all our stuff. And could use more than one mirror in entire place to help with getting ready with multiple people. But overall a place I would come back to.

My wife and I got our education in Texas, got married in Texas, and gave birth to our daughter in Texas. Then I started working as an engineer in the automotive industry and we moved to Michigan where we lived for about 25 years. I retired from that job and we moved back to Texas to get away from the snow, and to be able to ride our motorcycles year round. We love South Padre Island and wanted a place for family to come visit. This is our home away from home.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We chose this condo for several reasons.

First, the section of beach in front of the building is less busy than other areas of the beach. Public beach access in this area is limited, therefore the beach does not get very crowded.

Second, this area of the Island is quiet and peaceful, but you can easily walk North or South for some excitement. Clayton's Beach Bar is only 0.7 miles to the North, and Wanna Wanna is less than half a mile to the South.

We especially enjoy the sunrise while drinking our morning coffee on the balcony. Since we are located on the North corner of the building the views up the island are fantastic, and you can even see the fireworks show every weekend in the summer.

The building recently completed a $2.5 million exterior renovation that includes new railings, new paint, tiled walkways, elevator improvements, and access gates to the inside parking areas.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our corner balcony faces the water and gives views of the beach, and the island to the North. This is a great place to sit with a fresh cup of coffee and watch the sun rise over the Gulf. From the front door you can see the island and watch sunsets over the bay. During the summer, weekend fireworks shows can be seen from both the gulf side, and the bay side of the condo.
