La vue depuis le balcon d'angle surdimensionnĂ© ne peut ĂȘtre meilleure. Voici ce que nous avons fait lors de notre rĂ©novation ...

Profitez du lever de soleil spectaculaire sur le golfe du Mexique depuis le trĂšs grand balcon (9 ’x 24’) de ce condo au 6Ăšme Ă©tage, gĂ©rĂ© par un propriĂ©taire privĂ© et gĂ©rĂ© de façon privĂ©e, situĂ© sur la plage du golfe du Mexique sur l’üle de South Padre. La passerelle Ă  l'avant de l'unitĂ© offre une vue sur l'Ăźle / la baie, vous pouvez donc Ă©galement profiter des couchers de soleil sur la baie. Cette unitĂ© 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain offre certaines des meilleures vues sur toute l'Ăźle. Le trĂšs grand salon dispose de 2 canapĂ©s-lits queen-size pouvant accueillir 6 personnes.

La piscine, le solarium et le jacuzzi sont situés au 3Úme étage et offrent une vue imprenable sur le golfe. Leur exposition sud les maintient au soleil toute la journée. Il y a également un grand jacuzzi ADULT SEULEMENT sur le cÎté nord du bùtiment, à quelques pas de notre porte d'entrée, qui offre une vue sur le golfe depuis une ambiance de pergola.

Ce condo offre un accÚs direct à la plage depuis le rez-de-chaussée et un accÚs contrÎlé au bùtiment et au parking.

C'est l'endroit idéal pour commencer ou poursuivre la tradition familiale des vacances à la plage!

The condo was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Because this is a corner unit the balcony had beach views from the front of the balcony as well as the side. We spent a lot of our time there enjoying the view. We would highly recommend this condo to friends and family. It will not disappoint!

This property is amazing! Beautifully decorated, spotless, and the view is incredible. Communication with the owner, as well as check in and check out, was smooth. The kitchen is stocked with any kind of dish or cookware you might need. And the closet full of games and beach accessories was a welcome plus!

Great Getaway Stay

Best SPI stay yet

Easily the best SPI condo we have stayed at. We stayed at 2 others in Inverness that weren’t even close as well as others on the island. The unit was beautifully decorated and the kitchen well stocked. The host couple clearly treasure this unit and it comes through in every detail.

This condo was fabulous! The views were just as stated. We enjoyed the quieter beach and the proximity to Clayton’s and Wanna Wanna when we wanted more noise. Getting around the island was easy from this condo.My favorite place was the balcony! Beautiful views and people watching from the sixth floor kept me quite entertained if we weren’t at the beach.Brian was easy to work with and answered all of my questions. He checked in to make sure all was well while we were there.This condo is certainly worth your consideration!!

Another Perfect Getaway

This is our 3rd stay at Brian & Peggy Sue’s beautiful beachfront condo! The condo balcony view is got to be one of the best on the island. The condo is a gorgeous modern beach chic and fully equipped! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Relaxing stay with a great view of the beach!

The condo is nicely updated and the view is unparalleled. It’s also very walkable to some good food options and shopping. One note is that the bed is a little noisy and may keep up light sleepers. Other than that our stay was delightful!

Weekend getaway

This was our second stay at the condo. It is the perfect place for a couples retreat. Very clean and nicely decorated in a beach theme. Despite being stuck inside for a day because of Hurricane Hanna we had a great time. The view of the crashing waves and wind was great. We will be booking again.

Perfect Vacation Getaway

All the reviews are true! This condo is absolutely beautiful- from all the decor and furniture to the breathtaking view of the beach. South Padre Anniversary Retreat

We enjoyed our stay, from the amazing balcony view of the Gulf, to the location which is walking distance to restaurants and shops. The condo is beautifully decorated and filled with all of the comforts you could hope to have. We made use of the beach chairs, beach towells, umbrella, and enjoyed hours on the beach, just steps away from the property. The hosts were welcoming and provided great instructions prior to our visit. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Condo on the Beach

Michael and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Peggy Sue did a beautiful job decorating. The ocean breeze on the patio was awesome. Another plus is the Island Metro stops right outside the building and it provides free transportation on the island. Thank you, Brian and Peggy Sue, for letting us stay in your place.

Best Condo Right on the Beach

I have stayed in this building several times before but not in this privately owned condo through VRBO. The condo has been beautifully updated and decorated and has everything you might need. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the owner Brian made sure we were all set throughout the whole process. Condo is right on the beach with amazing views. We will be back again soon!

Relaxation Station

Beach Heaven

This condo unit is truly wonderful. Super clean and decorated over the top in marine themed art everywhere. Really comfortable space with huge balcony to relax and enjoy the spectacular views of the Gulf. Comes equipped with everything you might want to enjoy the setting. Awesome place

This condo was absolutely great. Everything was new and fresh. View of and access to the beach is excellent. Owners were super and very responsive to any needs. Left us a personal welcome note and fresh flowers to welcome our arrival. The only negative Is parking on weekends, the parking garage is super tight and there aren’t enough outside spaces. We will definitely return in the future.

More than 5 star experience

This was our 3rd stay at Brian and Peggy Sue’s marvelous place. Our getaway was planned to celebrate our 7th year anniversary as a couple. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with an extremely thoughtful surprise including decorations, flowers, a card, and champagne! Brian is very attentive, easy to communicate with, and wants to ensure your stay is enjoyable and relaxing! Their place is very comfortable, clean, and the views are incredible! We’re already planning our next visit!

My wife and I got our education in Texas, got married in Texas, and gave birth to our daughter in Texas. Then I started working as an engineer in the automotive industry and we moved to Michigan where we lived for about 25 years. I retired from that job and we moved back to Texas to get away from the snow, and to be able to ride our motorcycles year round. We love South Padre Island and wanted a place for family to come visit. This is our home away from home.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We chose this condo for several reasons.

First, the section of beach in front of the building is less busy than other areas of the beach. Public beach access in this area is limited, therefore the beach does not get very crowded.

Second, this area of the Island is quiet and peaceful, but you can easily walk North or South for some excitement. Clayton's Beach Bar is only 0.7 miles to the North, and Wanna Wanna is less than half a mile to the South.

We especially enjoy the sunrise while drinking our morning coffee on the balcony. Since we are located on the North corner of the building the views up the island are fantastic, and you can even see the fireworks show every weekend in the summer.

The building recently completed a $2.5 million exterior renovation that includes new railings, new paint, tiled walkways, elevator improvements, and access gates to the inside parking areas.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our corner balcony faces the water and gives views of the beach, and the island to the North. This is a great place to sit with a fresh cup of coffee and watch the sun rise over the Gulf. From the front door you can see the island and watch sunsets over the bay. During the summer, weekend fireworks shows can be seen from both the gulf side, and the bay side of the condo.
