Our 650 sq ft. condo sits right in the middle of one of the best spots on the SPI beach strip. The 5th floor view allows you to be as detached or involved in the action as you wish to be.
There's a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertop and all the amenities such a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, 12 cup coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, etc. A dining table that can expand to sit 6, as well as a breakfast bar with additional seating. Two bedrooms with a queen bed in one room, and a unique bunk bed with a platform queen bed that sits below 2 twin beds in the second room. TV's in both bedrooms and a 55 inch in living room.

An initial supply of bath towels and bathroom amenities are supplied. Towel exchange service is not provided. Housekeeping is serviced at the end of each stay.
Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided. Rental booths and shops are conveniently located along the strip with a wide range of beach accessories.
The bathroom has a shower with easy access glass door.

The pool is heated, but please note that as an exterior pool the temperature may vary according to weather conditions and season.

Wristbands are provided free of charge at check-in. This is simply to assist condominium staff in identifying guests during high season. Damaged wristbands are replaced at the front desk. There is a $50.00 replacement fee for lost wristbands.
