Barcelona Apartment

Property was OK but we found the floor and bathroom area not cleaned properly…..,was mold around the tub, sink in bathroom was slow to drain ( but got fixed next day) and lots of lint on the floor. Check in to property was horrible. Manager was supposed to meet us but that didn’t happen. Also other people were waiting on the street to check in. Fortunately I met a lady across the street who was able to show where the property manager’ office was located.Beds were comfortable and in general we enjoyed our stay.

Worst VRBO property ever

I don’t even give this a 1 star it should be a 0 What a SCAM!! DO NOT STAY THERE! We arrived and immediately had problems. Repair man working on freezer Neighbors loud music worker fixing ice loud! Lights do not work 2 stools you can’t even get out cause of couch Scratches on floors Neighbors screaming with loud music. Mold on dishwasher and cabinets damaged from water damage We complained and got no where got in touch with VRBO where we booked our apartment through they have been trying to contact the host and the host is non responsive. We had it booked for 5 nights could not even stay one night. They showed us alternatives that were just as bad. Shame on VRBO for representing such a falsely represented property. My space Barcelona is a scam. The VRBO site only has good reviews. However the host my space Barcelona has multiple bad reviews. Out 1500 dollars plus the replacement hotel. Very discouraged with the way VRBO handled our bad situation.

Dear Guest, We are deeply sorry for the distressing experience you had during your stay. Your feedback is extremely important to us, and we sincerely apologize for the numerous issues you encountered, from the noisy and disruptive repairs to the inadequate lighting and damaged furniture. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with loud neighbors, mold, and water damage, and we regret that our response was not prompt or effective. The condition of the apartment you described is unacceptable, and we apologize for not providing the level of service and accommodation that we strive for. We are also sorry to hear about the difficulties you faced with VRBO and the additional expenses you incurred. Your experience does not reflect our usual standards, and we will take immediate steps to address these issues and improve our communication and property management. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will work diligently to ensure that future guests do not face the same problems. Best regards,

A fantastic location in Barcelona

What a great apartment! The location is just fantastic - We absolutely loved using the top floor terrace at night with its beautiful views of the interior patio at night - just wonderful! The BCN office was on the first floor and the staff were always very helpful. The place was well equipped and immaculate when we arrived. Would definitely book again!

Me and my family had a good time.

Despite our difficulty in finding the appointment for check-in we had a great time. The bedding is nice and the quiet neighborhood is a plus when you want to rest. The MyspaceBarcelona teams have told us great restaurant in the neighborhood for me and my family. I'll be back !
