Un petit coin de paradis sur la chaîne Waupaca O'Lakes

Cette propriété est sur le magnifique lac Taylor à Waupaca, Wisconsin. La cabine a un intérieur et un extérieur récemment mis à jour. La cabine dispose d'un climatiseur et de ventilateurs. Le chalet se trouve à 60 pieds de l'eau et les vues sur le lac sont super. Profitez d'une journée de canotage, paddle board, canoë, etc., il y a tellement de choses à voir et à faire sur la chaîne Waupaca. Un foyer est disponible pour avoir un feu de camp la nuit. Il y a deux restaurants merveilleux dans un court trajet en voiture / bateau. Harbour Bar a une excellente cuisine et de la musique live et The Wheelhouse est connu pour leur merveilleuse pizza. Derrière la timonerie est l'infâme "Scoopers" et a la meilleure crème glacée en ville. Rien ne refroidit les coups de soleil comme une nouvelle boule de crème glacée Scoopers. Tom Thumb mini golf est également un court trajet en bateau / en voiture et c'est un bon moment pour les enfants. Waupaca a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin en matière d'épicerie et de magasins et le centre est à seulement 2-3 miles de la cabine.

Great location with wonderful views

First time visit to the chain o'lakes and we loved it! It was so fun to be able to walk to the darling village of King but also enjoyed the ease of this VRBO with the ability to use the pontoon boat at our leisure. We will definitely be returning!

Onaway Island

We stayed at this location for our daughter's wedding. It was a rather nice stay and extremely close to where we needed to be. The weekend was very busy so there wasn't much time to enjoy what one would normally do for a weekend away.

Great Place

If you're looking for over the top luxury this is not the place for you, but if you are looking for what the chain is meant to be this is the place. Great location, view, and everything you need for a cabin vacation on the lake. I have been coming to the chain my entire life and this house has the exact same feel as my family's old house(still on McCrossen). I would highly recommend staying here if your idea of a chain/lake vacation is 90% outdoors with easy access to the water.

Smilin’ Despite the Rain

Though we had far more rain and clouds than sun, we found our stay on Taylor Lake relaxing and enjoyable. Our home away from home was clean, comfortable and equipped with all we needed to make the most of this lakeside retreat. Our host was available to answer all our questions and even called to check that all was well. A Little Slice of Heaven is truly that!

Clean property.Easy access to lake; just a few steps. Nice outdoor deck. Dock for a pontoon. Washer in dryer, on-site. Air conditioning and garage a plus.Across the lake is Harbour restaurant.Easy to get to, down fall next to public boat launch, gets congested. Older home and small shower.

Overall stay

Location was great and being able to rent the boat was a huge plus. Was disappointed that we had to make the beds and cobwebs all over the house and that they didn't provide bath towels or mention to bring any. Also didn't enjoy his friend stopping over twice to get something from the garage.

Cozy and Comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay! Really appreciated having the kayaks to explore the Chain of Lakes and all it's natural wonders. The water is crystal clear and is surrounded with beautiful white pines and a variety of trees. The cottage is very comfortable inside and outside. We enjoyed the larger screen TV in the living room, the well equipped kitchen, and the cushioned patio furniture on the deck, and the fire pit. Thank you for making this available to us! This cottage was exactly what our family was looking for! It was cozy, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and fun getaway on the Chain. The cottage was spotless, well-maintained, and even more spacious than we expected.Each morning, we enjoyed sipping coffee in the sunroom/dining room, out on the back deck, or out on the dock overlooking beautiful Taylor Lake. One of our favorite experiences was taking the kayaks out for a peaceful paddle on Otter Lake, which is just around the corner from the cottage. We highly recommend it!From our 10-year-old to my senior parents, everyone found something to enjoy, and the cottage perfectly accommodated all of our needs. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable lakeside retreat.

We grew up in the area and moved away for college. We spent a few weekends on the chain and were quickly hooked. We spent 1.5 years on the pontoon out there and knew we wanted to have a family cottage on the Chain to help us escape from our hectic lives.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This property caught our eye because it had so much potential and just wasn't given the care that it needed. I grew up restoring homes with my dad and working for uncles in construction so the home just seemed like a great fit. With both of us enjoying live music we spend many lunches at Harbor Bar across the lake listening to their live bands and always have a great time.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The morning sunrises are great across the lake. We have spent many mornings drinking coffee and enjoying a quiet morning before the kids wake up. The lakes are the clearest in the area and there is so much to do on them. The night time around a campfire is a great way to unwind from a long day and the views of other fires around the lake are beautiful.
