Ce condo est situé dans la zone familiale de Garden City Beach, juste au sud de Myrtle Beach. Ce condo de deux chambres est dans le Royal Garden Resort de 16 étages. Le Royal Garden Resort possède une grande piscine extérieure et intérieure et un bain à remous. Il y a une salle de jeux sur place avec des jeux pour tous les âges. Les draps sont inclus dans la réservation et peuvent être échangés quotidiennement contre des draps frais. L'enregistrement est sur place pour une commodité facile et rapide.
Le complexe dispose d'un bar de plage familial et grill. Le Beach Bar and Grill est un endroit idéal pour profiter d'un choix rafraîchissant de liqueurs haut de gamme, de vin, de bières importées et nationales tout en surplombant le magnifique océan Atlantique. Perfect spot!

Condo was just as listed! Very clean, loved the location, beautiful view from balcony, pools and hot tub were wonderful. Will definitely stay here again!

Location was amazing! You can’t beat that view. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was because I was assuming there would be paper towels and dishwashing liquid. However, the homeowner did not leave any. When I reached out, the property management company said that that was not included in the rental. So just mentioning that for future guests. Otherwise the place was amazing!

Great for a Quick Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our last minute stay. The coffee maker has a little malfunction and takes forever to brew a pot of coffee. Also, the hot water heater isn’t big enough for 4 people to shower back to back. Overall we really enjoyed the condo and would definitely stay again. We also got a parking ticket for parking in the public parking in between the hotel and the Garden City Market. Our vehicle wouldn’t fit in the parking garage and there was no parking on the side of the road in front.

When friends come to visit I usually book this resort for the visit.Our room was beautifully updated and very clean! The location is perfect to visit everything we wanted to in the area. The balcony is just heaven to sit and enjoy morning tea and evening cocktail! The view is absolutely stunning! The beach was just steps away from the pool deck and was just so serene. Nice location

The location is nice and the view is spectacular however if you check in on a Saturday and need something, the real estate company is not available until Monday. We had no tv for 2 days. The condo is older and not many upgrades, pictures look better than in person, bathrooms really need updating and there isn't much in the kitchen for cooking. Bring your own blender!! Biggest problem was the keys, they provide keys and the door is very heavy and hard to open. It would be so nice to have a combo on the door, keeping up with a key with people coming and going to the beach is not a good idea.

Family Vacation

Overall, this property is conveniently located and was right on the beach. The actual condo was in need of a deep cleaning and freshing up; there was dust on the walls and under the beds, and the kitchen cabinets were grimy inside and out. The elevators were very slow and sometimes not working at all. The parking garage was also very hard to maneuver, especially in my Ford Explorer. Overall, the access to the beach was the best part of this trip, but I probably would not stay at this particular place again and did think it was over priced for the condition of the condo and building.

A lot of dust under the beds as well as items that were left by other guests. Couch was not clean and had to put a sheet over it to sit. The kitchen was the nice and updated.

Beach Getaway

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was perfect. Appliances and finishes had been updated . Cleanliness could definitely be improved. Please change shower curtain( mold), bathroom rug (dirty) between renters. Floors in bathroom had not been cleaned (hair in floor). Could be a great rental with cleaning. I wiped down surfaces, cleaned finger prints off glass doors, and swept the floors. Not what you want to spend time doing on vacation.

Not the worst but definitely not the best.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: condo is in a great location, convenient to everything. Pool, deck area was very nice, well maintained. Check in/out process was very easy.Our room was ready almost 2 hours earlier than expected which was very nice with a 2 yo who was exhausted from playing on the beach all day. Cons: All of the beds were extremely uncomfortable!!! Condo unit was not the cleanest, there was no glaring obvious dirty spots when we checked in but throughout the week if was very obvious the cleaning staff does the bare minimum between guests. Only one elevator working during our stay with was very frustrating, we were on the 7th floor and have a 2 yo so taking the steps wasn’t really an option most of the time. Parking garage was a nightmare, small spots, never enough of them, and the same lane for up and down where you almost hit someone every time you are coming or going from garage.

The location was fabulous. We had a spectacular, closeup oceanfront view of the beach. The problems that I had were with the bathrooms. They were not as clean as we would have preferred. There were hairs left on the tiles. The rugs in front of the vanities were older and stained, and there were no rugs as you stepped out of either shower. The property (this condo and the building as a whole) needs a serious update. The painted walls in the unit are chipped. One elevator was out of service. The parking garage is so tight. If someone is exiting as another car is entering, one vehicle has to back up.

Dirty and unsanitary

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pillows were very thin and stained very badly.There were no protective Coverings on any of the mattresses.The bakeware in the condo was all rusted and unusable.Had to go out and buy some new stuff. The dust was so thick on all of the light fixtures and cabinets in the kitchen,Under the beds, and the closet doors. The first night I had to vacuum the dust off of the doors before I could put my things away.Also had to vacuum the dust from underneath the bed and baseboards in the bedroom.The next day I requested cleaner pillows as well as for someone to come in and do a thorough cleaning.Seabreeze Realty threaten to throw me out. Lindsay was very rude. One of the male employees told me that I didn’t understand how customer service worked and would not be getting my way. All I wanted was for them to clean the dust off of the baseboards And give me some fresh pillows.She also told me I did not need a pillow’s in that unit. There was eight pillows when I checked in.She offered to give me a refund for the rest of the week.I told her if I could find another property close by I would take her up on it. She told me I probably would not have a choice.The guy also informed me that we were in a pandemic. I informed him that that’s why I expect things to be cleaner than normal. Very unsatisfied with Seabreeze Realty as well as this unit. The entire property seemed very rundown. While we were staying there someone threw a rubber mallet from the 16th floor.They smiled and waved and laughed afterwards. The security guard went up to talk to them and gave them mail it back. He was aware that they had thrown several other things down before that. These were not children playing around. It was a middle-aged adults.
