Ce condo est situé dans la famille amicale Garden City Beach Area juste au sud de Myrtle Beach. Ce condo de deux chambres est dans la 16 étages de haut lieu Royal Garden Resort. Le Royal Garden Resort dispose d'une grande piscine extérieure et intérieure et d'un bain à remous. Il y a une salle de jeux sur place avec des jeux pour tous les âges. Les draps sont inclus dans la réservation et peuvent être échangés tous les jours pour des draps frais. Check-in est sur place pour faciliter et convaincre rapidement.
La station dispose d'un sympathique bar de la plage de la famille et Grill. Le Beach Bar and Grill est un endroit idéal pour profiter d'un choix rafraîchissant de liqueurs haut de gamme, le vin, importées et des bières domestiques tout en surplombant le magnifique océan Atlantique. Le Beach Bar and Grill a également une sélection de menu occasionnel, y compris des hamburgers, des hot-dogs, doigts de poulet et pizza ... pour ne citer que quelques-uns.

This place was great for our family trip. Everything at the resort is so close and easy to get to. The beach is literally a few steps from the resort. We will be back!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment have been updated with new furniture. Kitchen was roomy with plenty of space to cook for prepare food. Bathrooms were both clean. View is spectacular. We enjoyed all the amenities including the indoor pool, the outdoor pool, the hot tub, and of course the beach! The only drawback was the tub in the master bathroom. It looks like the fiberglass has been scratched and at first I thought it was dirty. But it was just scratch so maybe retouch that up.

Labor Day Vacation

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great long weekend vacation. Loved the location and all the amenities the facility had to offer. We took full advantage of both the indoor and outdoor pools and loved the hot tub. The beach was a little crowded with umbrella rentals by other guest but we were able to squeeze in a place each day. We also enjoyed the ease of a restaurant on site. The room overall met out needs. It had a wonderful view of the ocean! Only complaint, there was an odd odor we never could locate. Also heads up paper towels are not provided but everything else was. They are not considered necessity though with two kids they are for me.

Clean & Cozy with a Beachside View

The check in process was quick and property was clean. We had all of what we needed at hand. Enjoyed our mornings sipping coffee on the deck before heading out to enjoy the surf & sun.

Fantastic condo!

My husband and a friend stayed here for three nights. Check-in was quick and easy. The condo was everything you see in the photos and was stocked with everything you need. Super neat and clean. The view was beautiful and everyone was so nice. Nice, clean family oriented beach. No problems whatsoever. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is older, and the unit was decorated as such. It was clean and the location was great as far as parking and ocean views go. The only downside was that the sink and tub in the master bath were both very slow/clogged. I assume from sand previous renters washed down the drain and the washing machine has a mildew odor. It’s common with front loaders but this was pretty significant. Easy fix, just wanted to note it here. Overall we would stay here again.

Nice clean place to stay

2 adults, 2 teen boys....

Cleanliness was poor upon arrival. We had 2 adults and 2 teen boys and sleeping was tight. Pull out sofa is in horrible condition so we didn't use it. Both baths are very tight. Only one elevator available to ground floor so lots of waiting... unless you use the stairs. We love the beach so being ocean front was great. We'll return to GCB, but not this location.

Reviewer Comments: Our ceiling in the bathroom was failing down, a cockroach was found in the hallway, the pull out bed sheets had mold on them and were tore air conditioner and freezer hardly worked outside of the hotel cockroaches were found one of the kitchen chairs broke when we sat in it

One thing I will mention is the sheets were extremely thin and some of the towels were frayed. I would still come back as that is definitely not a dealbreaker.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the view, however the unit was dirty, and we found crumbs from previous renter and items that were missed under the furniture. Understood that smoking is prohibited within units, but that forced people outside their units and it felt like we were constantly inhaling cigarette smoke everywhere we went on the property. The people in the units above us and around us were constantly outside smoking pot or cigarettes, which ruined our ability to enjoy the view.
