Ce lodge de vacances est idéalement placé pour visiter la New Forest, Portsmouth, Beaulieu et la mer à Southampton .. Rez-de-chaussée:
Salon / salle à manger: Avec TNT et lecteur DVD.
Salon / salle de soleil.
Cuisine: Avec four électrique, cuisinière à gaz, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur / congélateur, lave-vaisselle et lave-linge.
Salle de bain: avec douche dans la baignoire, barres d'appui et toilettes.

Chambre 1: avec un lit double.
Chambre 2: Avec lit simple et plafond en pente.
Toilette séparée . Chauffage central au gaz, gaz, électricité, draps et serviettes inclus. Chaise haute. Jardin avec mobilier de jardin (partagé avec les propriétaires). Parking privé pour 1 voiture. Ne pas fumer.. Situé sur le terrain de la propriété des propriétaires, ce pavillon indépendant était autrefois la remise et les écuries. Il possède un beau salon angulaire avec des fenêtres tout autour donnant un aspect ensoleillé et offrant une vue sur le jardin. Situé sur un chemin privé, pratique pour les autoroutes M27 et M3, le gîte est idéalement situé pour visiter la New Forest, à 10 minutes, les navires historiques à Portsmouth, Beaulieu avec son musée de l'automobile, la mer à Southampton avec ses yachts plages localement. Winchester 7 miles. Magasinez à 300 mètres, pub ½ mile.

A lovely coach house and ideally placed to visit Winchester Christmas markets and the surrounding lovely towns of the New Forest. Very comfortable and warm and decorated for Christmas which was nice.The coach house is very well equipped and has everything you would need.We were welcomed by the owner and although in the garden of a big house, it felt private.Also very close to Southampton which would be great for visiting family and friends.

Beautiful property in an excellent location

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Ayla and Mike are great hosts and were so helpful with their knowledge of the area. The cottage was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. The location is fabulous for visiting so many places close by. We loved it and will definitely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful holiday Ayla and Mike. See you soon Martin, Debs and Millie moo 😊

Lovely cottage.Great location, A bit tricky to get up the drive maybe shrubbery needs a trim.Bit over equipped for a cottage that sleeps 3 lots of crockery and not enough cupboard space for food.Otherwise a great place to use as a base. Would recommend.

Lovely cottage in a quiet neighborhood

The house and the hosts were excellent. The cozy little cottage had all the amenities to cook full meals. There is a little clothes washer and a rack to dry your clothes outside. The best part of this house is the wonderful communication and care from the hosts. They made us feel like we were staying with friends.

Lovely little cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The accommodation was perfect for our family, including our dog. We are also very grateful for the use of the garage to store our bikes. The host was very accommodating and their approach to bedding etc in the current climate was commendable.

The cottage looked so welcoming when we arrived - with a Christmas tree in the window, and it was warm and cosy. Ayla the owner was very friendly and advised us where we could dine that evening. The cottage is very well equipped, has everything you could possibly need and is very dog friendly. It was easy to connect to the new WiFi and the signal was excellent. There was some traffic noise from the nearby roads when in the single bedroom but the cottage itself is in a very secluded position. We loved our 3 night stay here and would certainly like to return. A great base for exploring Hampshire, Test Valley and the New Forest. Many thanks.

The owners of the coach House were very helpful and friendly. It is in good location for exploring the Dorset coast and Portsmouth. The cottage is very well equipment my only slight criticism would be to create more cupboard space to store food. The cottage ha a lovely outside space in the owners garden and we really enjoyed sitting in beautiful sun room. A very enjoyable week.

Second stay here.

Second stay here. It is a lovely cottage , the best we have stayed in. Do not be put off by the busy roads nearby because the Coach House is an oasis on the also lovely property of the owners with easy access to all the surrounding areas of Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Sussex.

We had a very friendly welcome from owners. Cottage was warm, comfortable and very well equipped. Conservatory has a pleasant outlook over gardens and would be a lovely place to relax on a sunny day. We really enjoyed our stay.
