Great holiday property lovely to watch all the boats. Plenty of space for 5 adults and three children would be a struggle with 8/9 adults. Well equipped with most things you need. Sofas and chairs in lounge very uncomfortable but we had a great holiday Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Great location, a shame the boat is not free during school holidays.

Great location, a shame the boat is not free during school holidays. Staff are brilliant, any problems are resolved within minutes. Very friendly and helpful from the managers down to the casual staff.

The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and clean.

The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and clean. The provision of a boat is a real bonus. The staff were very helpful. Wroxham is in a good location to explore the Broads, but the places to eat are limited. If you want a higher quality restaurant it is necessary to drive.

The accommodation was good for our party of six and the location was perfect, just a very short walk

The accommodation was good for our party of six and the location was perfect, just a very short walk to shops, restaurants and buses, not far from rail station. We had a boat to sail free for the week and the Broads were beautiful.
