A newly refurbished and comfortable cottage in a quiet setting. Plenty of space for 6 people and a good lay out. Very clean and tidy presentation. Minor opportunities for improvement - quite a lot of chipped crockery and a bedroom lamp didn’t work. Beds were quite soft (particularly the Master bed). Nice cottage, really appreciated the welcome pack.

Nice cottage, really appreciated the welcome pack. Couple of things that would improve the stay would have been blinds on the front windows of the house (kitchen & hall/utility) for privacy from the neighbours. As this is a dog friendly cottage maybe the owners could think about replacing the living room carpet with a hard floor as after a day at the beach you have to take your dog through the lounge to get to the garden to shower them off. Wi-fi was a bit intermittent if more than one device was being used but we managed. Overall a lovely cottage and we would return. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

A lovely cottage to holiday in. Comfortable and spacious. Lovely attention to detail with a cornish cream tea set up on arrival and biscuit treats for the dog!

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful cottage in a stunning location.

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful cottage in a stunning location. The pictures do not do it justice. It was very peaceful, yet only a few minutes drive to the shops and places to eat. Our dog loved the garden, which was totally enclosed so he was perfectly safe. It was the perfect location for exploring what delights Cornwall has to offer. You are never far away from a sandy beach. We would advise using the park and ride service if you visit Padstow- they even allow dogs on leads! We would certainly book again and have recommended the Wagon house to my parents. Thank you for a great holiday - a real home from home.

This is a Lovely cottage with a nicely presented enclosed rear garden and outlook.

This is a Lovely cottage with a nicely presented enclosed rear garden and outlook. It was a very good location for exploring all of Cornwall. The staff were very polite and extremely helpful when an issue had arisen during our stay and it was immediately rectified without any delay or hassle with a special thanks to Cathy & Steven for all their help. All in all a great holiday in a lovely area. We have already booked to go back again next year. Thanks Prideaux Cottages from Alan & Family.
