All excellent- very clean and breakfast box etc very welcome.

All excellent- very clean and breakfast box etc very welcome.Dog blankets, poop bags and treats thoughtful.Very comfortable in a lovely area and great base for exploring.Hosts contactable if needed.Will be back!

We have just got back from the most relaxing week at Dick ‘n’ Liddy’s.

We have just got back from the most relaxing week at Dick ‘n’ Liddy’s.We felt comfortable and cosy from the moment we arrived! The cottage is in the perfect location, there are so many places to get out and about and enjoy the picture perfect views. The cottage has everything you need, even a towel and bowls for the dog.We didn’t want to come home!

We had a midweek stay here with our 8 month lab puppy and it was the perfect cottage for relaxing in.There was easy access to the a65 which gets you to some great walking spots and the historic town of skipton.There is also plenty locally to save the need to drive from walks from the village to excellent eating at the local pub (2mins walk away). Only comment would be parking is on road (mounting pavement) this was not a problem for us however.Felt very welcoming when we got there to with wood for first fire treats and towl for dog and some basic food.Will definitely be returning

This cottage is really lovely, very cosy and has everything you need for a great visit.

This cottage is really lovely, very cosy and has everything you need for a great visit. We spent 4 days over Xmas and had a wonderful time. The village has two great pubs and an Indian restaurant and we had really good meals in them all. There is a village Coop and fish and chip shop too. We enjoyed walks from the village into beautiful countryside and a trip to the dramatic scenery of Malham Cove, also featured in the Harry Potter movie. Little treats and Xmas decorations, were lovely touches from the owners to give us a warm welcome. We will definitely return!

We had 4 nights at this fantastic cottage.

We had 4 nights at this fantastic cottage. It was everything we could wish for. Scrupulously clean, very comfortable with a welcome pack for us and our dog ( dog bowls, towel, poo bags & treats). The bathroom is most luxurious with rainfall shower and the deepest claw foot bath - perfect for soaking after long walks. The beds are very comfortable with high quality bedding and huge fluffy towels. There's a lovely raised patio that seems to catch the sun most of the day. There's a great pub( the Mason's Arms) a couple of minute's walk down the road. There's a Co-op a short stroll away, a chip shop & Indian takeaway. The canal is 10 minute's walk away, with the canal path leading to Settle & Skipton ( Skipton is a very pleasant 5½ mile walk away). The train station is 5 minute's walk up the road. There are so many beautiful places to explore. We will definitely stay again & highly recommend the cottage
