Plage à 5 min de la rue, deux piscines, zone pour enfants, jardin, cour, parking, bibliothèque, wifi communautaire et à l'étage, climatisation, plaques chauffantes vertes, toutes récemment rénovées, très familier avec le centre commercial Fontana à quelques mètres, bus devant la porte et tram (tram) sur la rue parallèle à 15 minutes du centre d'Alicante. Toutes sortes d'activités sur la plage même avec une école de surf.
