My stay was ok. The weather was not great and most of the time we were unable to sit outside because the pool area was blocked off for maintenance.

Nice Beach Condo

Description was pretty accurate. Great Location. Super close to the beach. Great amenities at the resort. Loved the pina coladas. While there is tons of parking at the resort, we noticed sometimes it was difficult to get a spot close to our condo. Also you can hear everything going on in the hallways. Overall a nice week long stay.

Outside of the fire alarm going off at random hours of the night causing us to evacuate was the only problems we had.

Nice vacation for good price.

I would recommend this resort if you are not very picky with cleanliness. In overall it looks okay but I wish the bedrooms were more clean and beds more comfortable. Also the kitchen cabinets are just painted outside and look like new on the pictures, but actually they are very old and nasty inside. However, the location was great, just steps from the beach, the view from the balcony was beautiful and the manager Justin was very friendly and polite.

Very outdated they post pics with Modern kitchen however open cabinets and disgusting. All a facade!

Mgt was fast replacing microwave which was awful. Also 2 lights didn’t have knob to turn on or needed lightbulbs. They told us would be checked but no one ever came back. We could live without so didn’t bother to refer a second time.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This resort is not the same as it was 5years ago. Our condo had roaches which I’ve never experienced during my last 4 stays. The security guard at night was bothering us for every little thing. The two of the three jacuzzis didn’t work all week and some of the staff walking around there were sketchy and scary looking. Definitely won’t be back

Sheets do not stay on twin beds good at all. Twin beds not fully made on arrival. Den needs another chair for families. Balcony had a chair that was torn up. Should have better/sturdier chairs on balcony. We brought camping chairs to use for our big and tall Fellas.

Great stay

Balcony was on the water park side of the camp ground so it was very loud out there and you couldn’t see much of the ocean unless you were in the far corner of the balcony. The bedroom carpet seemed a little musky/unclean. Other than those two things we loved the convenience of being ocean front and could use the stairs since we were only on the second floor. There was security that drove around so that gave me peace of mind. The beach area was very very packed and tons of the rental chairs took up most of the space so we were always having to walk a great distance to find a spot unless we got out there early. You get a starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper but I’d suggest buying dish soap/dishwasher soap, hand soap, and extra paper towels and toilet paper.

Good price point for what you get.Condo was clean but could use some detail cleaning. The kitchen was updated but nothing else. Condo needs updating. The bedding felt like it was from the 70's and 80's. It served our need for a place to stay. We were with a group that own condos there and needed a place to sleep and bathe.
