La cabine dispose d'une cuisine complĂšte avec tous les Ă©quipements de cuisine. Nouvellement mini unitĂ© split a / c. Laveuse et sĂ©cheuse empilables sous la cage d'escalier. Internet haut dĂ©bit et le rĂ©seau Dish. porche spacieux avant, arriĂšre porche et une terrasse nichĂ©e entre les arbres. SituĂ© Ă  Heber / Overgaard environ 150 miles de Phoenix et une Ă©lĂ©vation de 6500 pieds. H / O peut ĂȘtre de 20 Ă  30 degrĂ©s plus froid que Phoenix. À l'ouest est Payson sur une heure de route, Ă  l'est sur la 260 est Showlow environ 30 min. Conduire. actifs extĂ©rieurs sont abondants. This pit stop on our journey to buying land was Amazing if i ever had to stay here again i would in a heartbeat the host was amazing and very punctual to answering my questions. So if you have a chance to visit Heber Arizona or just want to get away this is your place

The property is beautiful and the cozy cabin is just what we needed to enjoy a break from routine of life. The pines, juniper and animals surrounding us, not to mention scent after the rain, filled the entire cabin...so relaxing!Pet friendly and she loved having her own space

Wonderful cabin retreat!

This stay was primarily for my Dad who is celebrating his retirement. He wanted to go up to the forest for a week, and this cabin was absolutely perfect! It was comfortable, clean, well-appointed, and in a great location. So many little touches made the stay absolutely perfect!

Great cabin in Heber

This cabin was exactly as it’s advertised. Everything was clean, Liz was super easy to work with, the place was comfortable, and very private as it’s sitting a big lot. We would definitely recommend this place to others looking for something in the area. We even drove about 45 minutes to Show Low lake which had boat rentals and caught a few trout. Thanks for having us!

Great little A-frame cabin

Our overall stay at the cabin was pretty good it's very clean they kept it cozy and warm. The only downside to the place is that the neighbors had two loose dogs one that would Chase your car and one that would come up in the yard while you had your dogs out that growled at me. But otherwise the whole state was great nothing wrong with the VRBO.

Great getaway!

Quiet & peaceful neighborhood! Great house! Covered front deck, open air deck out back, BBQ & outdoor fire area. Loft would be great for kiddos or a family. Larger bed on the main floor. Open concept house. Grateful that our doggos were welcome! We’ll be back!

Cozy cabin

Cute little cabin and just perfect for a few days away. We enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood. We had a special treat of a neighborhood dog befriending us! He was so sweet and we felt bad saying goodbye to him. He was laying in the porch when we drove away. Communication with Liz was excellent! Thank you!!

Highly recommended cabin for peace and quiet

I stayed here with my two daughters (ages 7 ad 9) for two nights. We loved the space, the quiet, room to run around, excellent WiFi, horseshoes in the backyard, and wide loft area. Everything worked great, all the basics were available and plentiful, the owner was responsive to all questions and recommendations we asked for, and we can't recommend this cabin highly enough. Just FYI though: check to see what's open if you come in the off season around the area, as many restaurants are closed or on very limited hours. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

A nice place to unwind

It was quiet there with little traffic. The back porch faced the woods (away from the street). Good for just sitting, listening to the wind whip through the pine needles, and conversing with others. A lot of birds too. We went during weekdays, so am not sure if it's any different on weekends. Ideal for just unwinding, or as a jumping-off location for day-long excursions to nearby places.

Perfect getaway

This cabin made for the perfect getaway from the Phoenix summer heat during this crazy time. The cabin had everything you could need from plenty of towels to kitchen utensils, AC and a plethora of TV channels (which my kids loved). The location is fantastic; quiet neighborhood, beautiful lot , the scent of trees and perfect for stargazing at night. It was remote, but close enough to lakes, horseback riding and everything else you could want. Access was easy and convenient and communication superb. We are already looking forward to another trip-perhaps during the fall or winter. Thank you for sharing your cozy cabin with us.

Great overall experience. There were several large dogs up on the porch and hovering around our vehicle at any given time so we weren’t able to enjoy sitting out on the porch. Or even be outside at all. Although the dogs weren’t aggressive we were cautious. Also we didn’t know where to throw the trash. Just in trying to clean up after ourselves.

Had some problems

Cute little cabin. But there is no real bedroom, so was glad a friend did not join us. Bad smokey smell, possibly from the wood stove pilot light. The couch is so old and saggy it was not useable. I cannot recommend this rental as is.

Right Mix of Rural and Connected

I worked out of this property for 5 days. Internet was sufficient (DSL at ~8.5 Mbps down) for my video and voice calls as well as screen-sharing. Gary was very helpful during the check-in process as he was aware that internet connectivity was important to me. He and I shared several phone calls and texts until the initial issue was corrected. He also provided other options in case we couldn't correct the issue - but those other options weren't needed. The cabin itself had everything you need. I just needed to bring food - the rest was all there. I will be booking this cabin again!

Dixie was very generous in letting us use a later date when we had an emergency and couldn’t use our original date. She then let us pick another date “through June 9.” In the hotel world, days always refer to nights, so through June 9 should always mean we stay through the night of June 9. Nope, the morning of June 9 the house cleaners showed up and kicked us out. Dixie needs to be more careful. Always verify what day you need to check out.

Gretmat Family Getaway

Comfy and Relaxing

Cozy and quiet

The pics do not do the cabin justice! It was clean, beautiful inside, like new. My husband and I enjoyed every minute of it! Loved the horseshoe pit on the property as well. Will come again!

Wonderful Getaway

We had such a great time at this cozy cabin. It was very clean and everything was as presented in the description. We loved having coffee on the porch. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The owners were quick to respond with any questions as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this quaint cabin.

1st. Time Vrbo.

The cabin was just as I had hoped it would be, Quite ; with plenty of room inside and outside. The front porch and back porch was a big plus. Full amenities, and sleeps 4 easy, We had a great time and spent allot of time in front of the gas stove reading and telling story's. Went every day to the forest and ran the forest roads and saw the scenery. Property manager was very helpful and easy to talk to. Will book again , Sam from OKC.

Quiet and Cozy

We enjoyed our stay—the house was cozy, and it was nice to have the propane stove/heat. We also appreciated having the the porches and large yard to play with our dog. Susie and Gary were wonderful hosts!

Beautiful cabin on a heavily treed acre, a short drive from Phoenix. Plenty of lakes, golf course, hiking. Cool summers and snowy winters. True four seasons city.

Phoenix, you can hear the wind thru the beautiful pine trees.
