Sarah was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The townhome was new and clean and conveniently located near the town area of Lake Placid and venues south. We would love to visit again.

Very nice place

This home has everything you need. Has an excellent kitchen and we made a great breakfast for the 6 of us. Very convenient location, just a short drive to the shops and attractions in Lake Placid. I would stay there again.

Easy checkin. Clean, good ac. Enough space for two to work from home in their own space. I worked at card table I brought on screened porch. Had my favorite things at a rental: lots of hooks, throw blankets and multiple luggage racks. Easy walk to town and ice rink.

Pristine Lake Placid townhome

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this townhome in Lake Placid. The unit is within walking distance (15 min a bit up hill) to the Olympic Center and downtown which saved on trying to find a parking spot. We loved that it was not directly in town but located on a quiet street. The 2BR unit is beautifully decorated and very clean - like new. It has a fully equipped kitchen, large living area and screened in porch. I highly recommend!

Clean, Cozy and Convenient

This property is a great choice if you are staying in Lake Placid. Very clean and well put together home, the pictures don’t do it justice. Great proximity to downtown and Whiteface Mountain. Sarah was a great host and was very helpful, supplying information and everything you need for a great stay in the area. Highly recommend.

Relaxing week in Lake Placid

After cancelling an out of state vacation, my family and I settled in on spending some time in Lake Placid. We have two small children so were looking for a place close enough to walk into town, but out of the action of main street. This townhome did just that. Its about a 15 minute walk into downtown Lake Placid. The unit was clean and well stocked. I was especially impressed by the offerings in the kitchen such as pans and cooking utensils since we ate in mostly. There is also a grill on the patio. My wife was impressed with the washer and dryer right off the bedrooms. We didn't have any problems with cable or internet. As some mentioned, the window coverings are not light blocking, but that was not an issue for us. Overall, I enjoyed the accommodations and would definitely consider staying in this rental in the future.

Wonderful place!

The house is immaculate and had everything we needed and Sarah was great to work with. The air conditioning in the two bedrooms really cooled the downstairs enough too, and it was a fairly warm weekend. The house was walkable to downtown, probably a 15 minute walk. Just want to point out the bedroom blinds are not light blocking; it's minor, but good to know if important to you. We will book here again when we return.

Excellent experience

We stayed for one week and felt very comfortable. The feature we enjoyed the most was top-notch laundry and dryer machine. We hiked and climbed extensively and found them to be very useful. Sarah was very communicative and helpful. We forgot behind some of our daughter’s toys and she promptly mail them to us.

Clean and Comfy!

This condo is lovely. It was extremely clean, tastefully decorated and close to town. The owner kindly checked in with us to be sure we were settled in okay. The beds were very comfortable, too! I highly recommend staying here while in Lake Placid.

Lovely, spacious rental with everything we needed

From the moment we contacted the owners to book, everything with this property was easy and exceeded expectations. The space was spotlessly clean. beautifully decorated and modern, yet Adirondack-inspired. A fully equipped kitchen and dining table made for a memorable family meal. There was plenty of space to relax on the porch and living room and breakfast bar. We highly recommend this property and hope to return again!

Modern, clean and perfect for family

The place is very modern and beautifully decorated. The townhouse was comfortable with space to relax in or outside. We played board games and watched tv. The air conditioning unit provided just enough cool air to sleep. The ceiling fans helped as well. We did drive to Main street but you can walk to the center of town in about 15 minutes. The queen beds were good and the blankets were nice and soft. All of the appliances seem new (8/2019). The best part of the house is the owner found a small item we left behind and mailed it to us quickly and for free! That tells you how much she cares about her home and her business. Thank you Sarah!

Ironman Week

This property was a great location for ironman week. The House is CLEAN! The property was advertised as a 3 bedroom when technically it is a two bedroom with a queen pullout in the living room. Also, advertised as having air conditioning. This unit has a portable unit upstairs and that is it. We had gorgeous weather so it was not a real issue but I specifically wanted a house with AC and so I picked this unit. Put another unit downstairs and maybe claiming it has AC is ok. Owners were great to deal with and very friendly/helpful. I would stay again if I had fewer people.

Sarah and her husband have a wonderful property with all the amenities. We had a great stay. Awesome central location to multiple points in town.
