Belle, lumineuse et aérée, avec des vues à couper le souffle. Ce quatre chambres, une salle de bain et une demi-salle de bain supplémentaire en bas des escaliers pour une utilisation de jour (7 heures-21 heures), 1500 pieds carrés à la maison dort 10. Cette maison de ville est tous au 2ème niveau. Deux lits King, une Queen et une Full et un lit canapé, des lits en mousse à mémoire de haute qualité. Une cuisine complète a beaucoup d'espace de comptoir, y compris un bar à manger, le cuisinier ne sera jamais se sentir exclu car il est ouvert à la salle à manger et des espaces de vie, et tout l'équipement dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour préparer des repas pendant votre séjour. Manger à l'intérieur à la table de salle à manger, que les sièges 6-8 ou prendre vos assiettes à l'extérieur et profiter de votre repas sur le balcon, d'être constamment étonné de voir comment les montagnes sont à votre porte. Trop fatigué d'une journée d'activités pleines d'action pour cuisiner, prendre une promenade vers le bas-rue et profiter de l'un des nombreux restaurants pittoresques dans la charmante ville de Joseph. Avec d'excellents équipements dans la maison et la communauté, vous ne voudrez peut-être jamais partir! sans fumée et à la maison sans animaux. Situé au 2e niveau au-dessus de la laverie automatique au coin de la rue Third et de la rue principale L'entrée pour la location de vacances est située sur le côté sud avec son propre parking, séparé de l'activité de la rue principale. This place is above a laundromat but you would never know it! It was a clean cozy place with lots of room for all the grandkids to run around. It’s at the end of town but everything is walkable. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect location to walk downtown Joseph or drive to spend some time at the lake. The host was very responsive and the property had everything we could have needed. Was an excellent stay and would recommend to others!

Great place right in the heart of Joseph. It is the second floor above a laundromat, which didn't cause us any issues but does mean you have to pay a little to do laundry. Kathleen was communicative and helpful throughout our stay.

The view and the living arrangements were excellent. My grandkids couldn't believe the view, they were awed by the mountains. The living space was perfect for all generations to enjoy and the communications with the hosts were easy and helpful! Thanks for a great stay!

What an amazing deal in a beautiful town. It fit our family perfectly and was situated so close to everything in Joseph and minutes from Wallowa Lake. We had 5 adults and 2 children so there was room to spare. Everything went smoothly from check in to checkout.

Family Get-Away

We loved this property! Hosts were attentive and the description was accurate. The only downside was the location of the 2nd bathroom, however this was disclosed in the property details and our family of 8 made it work. The linens, kitchen and living spaces were top notch. We will definitely return!

This place was very convenient within walking distance to town and only a short drive to the lake. The house was well stalked with what you may need and the owner was very prompt with any communication.

Enjoy dawn & dusk in Joseph, daylight hours at Wallowa Lake, minutes away!

Great location on the edge of town still places Joseph shops within walking distance while providing quiet respite. Enjoyed the mountain view! Floorplan with spacious kitchen open to living room is a comfortable environment at any time of day, great for free-flowing conversation. The only drawback is the slight inconvenience of the 2nd bathroom, but at least it is available. The hosts were wonderful!

Very roomy place

Very roomy and neat property. There were 9 of us and it never felt cramped. Taking turns for showers or baths was a little bit of a challenge since there was only one full bathroom. We managed and am not complaining since we knew about it beforehand. Wouldn't mind renting the place again. Owner was always responsive to our questions and that is really appreciated.

A personal touch in today's modern world. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The space was cozy but, at the same time it had an open feel. It was easy to find anything you needed-kitchen or bathroom. The beds were so comfortable; it was one of the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept on. The location was ideal. It was easy to be on your way to the lake or walking distance to anything we needed in Joseph. The total atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. When it came time to leave we wished we could start all over again.

Center of it all!

Very clean, spacious and what I would call a second floor condo. This great place is located on Main Street with a fun balcony over the top of a small laundromat. The laundromat was a surprise to us but not an issue at all. We enjoyed the balcony, the four bedrooms which we filled with family and the open kitchen/dining/family room! There were six adults and three littles here and we had plenty of room! We walked everywhere! If you’re looking for seclusion, not your place. If you want to be a part of it all well, stay here!

Better than described!

Often when I book a VRBO (or AbnB), I am nervous and sometimes disappointed with the actual place. Of course, owners like to embellish their precious place. BUT, the opposite was true here! We were all very impressed with the Balcony View in Joseph. It was larger than we expected, more modern, better beds, cleaner, had a better location, and the views were better (when it wasn't snowing!). I tried to picture the place from the description but it was better! What is there not to like. Do not be misled that there is a laundromat downstairs - it didn't affect us at all (but it may have been the reason we never ran out of hot water), as it seemed like a different building. I am looking forward to my next stay at Balcony View!

This was the perfect spot! Right in the heart of Joseph within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. So spacious and open and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and even though right in town, it was super quiet. We will definitely be back!

Clean and Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay in Joseph and this property was a great location for our family! We had kids staying with us and while it was close to restaurants, shops and bars, it wasn't loud or busy for our little ones to rest and relax. Thanks for a great stay!

Everyone who has ever stayed at Balcony View Joseph have absolutely LOVED it! Some guests who have stayed in the past at Wallowa Lake have said there is such a difference. Just being a couple miles from the lake, they comment about the AMAZING VIEW and being walking distance to everything in Joseph. Plus they like having cell and internet, which can be hard to come by at the Lake. We Love All the areas around the Wallowa County come SEE them and ENJOY for your self and be truly amazed in all it has to offer.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Snowmobilers have plenty of parking access to Wallowa-Whitman National Forest with hundreds of groomed trails. Boaters also have parking for boats. Backcountry skiers will enjoy all the amenities to warm-up, rest-up and go back out to enjoy the Mountain. If your horse enthusiast we have a ranch just minutes away that we can care for your horses fully set up with stalls and paddocks.
