Southampton Water View, maison d'architecture moderne

Maison de style moderne avec de belles vues sur l'eau de presque toutes les pièces. Créé par Robert F. Lewis, élève de Frank Lloyd Wright.
Il comprend une piscine d'eau salée chauffée et des meubles de jardin améliorés. Cuisine récemment rénovée avec un nouveau réfrigérateur Viking, un lave-vaisselle Asko et une cafetière Nespresso. La cuisine est bien équipée avec des outils de cuisine. Un salon de 17 pieds haut plafond dispose d'une cheminée et magnifique vue sur la baie / océan. 5 chambres et 3 salles de bain. Toutes les literies et les draps sont fournis. Il y a aussi un kayak, des chaises de plage et un chariot de plage à utiliser. Shinnecock Bay est à seulement une demi-pâté de maisons!
Emplacement idéal. 10 minutes de la plage Coopers, des boutiques et des restaurants de Southampton. 5 minutes des magasins de Hampton Bay, du cinéma et de Meschutt Beach.
La maison est également très proche de Shinnecock Hills Golf Club de classe mondiale. La ville de Southampton contient deux terrains de golf publics. Ces cours sont Poxabogue Golf Course à Sagaponack et Sag Harbor Golf Course à Barcelona Neck.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Maurice’s house. It’s a beautiful house with a beautiful view and very comfortable for a lot of people. We had everything we needed. A very comfortable setting for lots of cooking and grilling. A great pool and the best location.

Wonderful experience!!

Marice's house is absolutely beautiful. I stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and it was perfect. The house is spacious, beautiful kitchen, huge bathrooms and beds are super comfortable. The views are stunning! We were rained in almost all weekend but it didn't matter because the house was spectacular. Marice was a delight, she answered all of my questions right away before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Brearhtaking Views

Our family of 4 had the best time. The views from every room in the house were breathtaking. The house is located on a beautiful street and the walk to the water is minutes away. Our favorite beach is Coopers and it is about a 10 minute drive. The location was perfect! The house is very clean and the manual with instructions was very detailed. Marice was the perfect host. She was traveling overseas at the time and made sure there were no issues . She was easy to communicate with and very responsive. She was such a pleasure to work with. We hope to make a return visit.

Great family getaway

Amazing property with everything you could want - well-equipped kitchen, comfy bedrooms, relaxing pool, and views for days. Marice was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole stay (and even before!). We had a great trip, and highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a Southampton stay!

Endless Water Views

We were so fortunate to be able to stay for a month at Marice and Bens wondrous and unique home a half block from Shinnecock bay. From our very first correspondence Marice was responsive, cooperative and warm. When one daughter and her family decided last minute to join us for a bit I panicked, as the grandchildren are quite little and the pool was not childproof . But immediately Marice researched options, let me decide on my preference and had the pool fenced by our arrival. Phew! Even better- we coordinated so that the day they left , the fence came down and we had our more adult home back. The views from this house are mesmerizing! Every morning we couldn’t wait to step outside onto the huge kitchen terrace, coffee in hand and just gaze out over the water, ears filling with birdsong. We came to really appreciate this location. A few minutes walk to the bay to pick up daily “ treasures” or a short drive to an ocean beach . Of course we often found ourselves just chilling around the large salt water pool. Close to both Southampton and Hamptons Bay (and Sag Harbour also nearby) we never felt we needed to go further east and so the pesky summer traffic was minimal. Not your typical beach house it has a Frank Lloyd Wright vibe, it’s a bit quirky but most lovable. Lots of stairs and bedrooms are mostly downstairs but they have water views too. We found entertaining outside by the pool or terrace best for larger groups. And there are 2 barbeques! We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it! We can’t wait to return.

Unique home, close to Bay

Clean home, comfortable for entertaining and extended family. Great pool, several terraces which allow for entertainment of multiple groups. House is mid-20th century, true to its original character. Very well stacked pantry and beach gear.

Great Family Vacation in the Hamptons

Location between Southampton and Hampton Bays was great- just minutes from seafood restaurants, Southampton downtown and multiple beach options. The property offers beautiful bay views, spacious pool surrounded by mature trees, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of space to spread out, roomy bedrooms with plenty of storage space. Our hostess made us feel welcome and pampered. We loved our stay!

Spectacular!!!! Look No Further! Book now!

I'd give 8 stars if i could. As you approach the house you are confronted by the shimmering bay only yards away from the house. The designer home has a feel and look like no other. Upon entering the first thing you will notice is how immaculate the house is kept. We were welcomed by a beatiful basket on the marble counter tops. The pictures of the home do it no justice. The view from the living room amd master bed is breath taking. The house is meant to entertain or just relax by the super clean pool and cabana. The Most important aspect of the house is the darling and charming owner. She accommodated every need and question we had. Every email was answered immediately. We were very thankful as her hospitality made our hectic wedding weekend much more special. We can now call her our friend.
