Wonderful property, couldn’t fault it at all . Host was friendly and helpful . 3 mins walk to private beach . Pool well kept , we all enjoyed our stay very much

We arrived quite late at night and the host had kindly left the lights on. The villa was very clean and well-appointed. The kitchen space was small but, as we didn’t plan to cook, it was no problem. The lounge was comfortable and the dining area sufficient. The beds were very comfortable. My wife needs a walk-in shower - so we occupied the 2nd bedroom. The shower room was, let’s say, quite bijou. Games room was great and the pool cues actually had tips! The outside pool was good. It was clean with Roman steps but 150cms throughout its length - so no shallow end for one non-swimmer in our party. Garden was well-tended and tidy.The best feature was the outside terrace with a rattan dining table and extra seating. We breakfasted outside every morning and lounged around in the afternoon. The neighbours were quiet but there was some noise from routine maintenance. The beach was typical of southern Cyprus - large pebbles and grey fine sand.What not to like?

Sandy Beach Villas

The villa was better than expected the pictures didn’t do the villa justice. The property was lovely, clean and had everything you needed. The pool was amazing and definitely didn’t need pool heating in July. It had a hot tub, pool table and table tennis which all were great. The kitchen had everything you needed for your stay. The only thing we thought might have been better is the size of the bathrooms in two of the en-suites were very small. Not an issue for us but if you had a disability or needed space then this might be an issue but like I said for us it was fine. Quite private location and in walking distance to the local beach but a car is needed for anything else really. Check in and out process was perfect with no issues.

Fantastic Villa, Fantastic Location !

We absolutely loved this villa. It is clean, well equipped and spacious. The pool is the best we’ve ever had in a rental villa and even in late September was beautifully warm. We loved sitting on the side terrace which now has a large table (seating six), a sofa, two chairs and a coffee table. These are not shown in the website pictures but made our stay even more comfortable. There are three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The Sandy Beach complex is absolutely perfect with only around 20 villas in total and surrounded by fields. The beach was only 100 metres from our villa and has complimentary loungers that anyone in the complex can use. I guess that makes it first come, first served but in reality we had them to ourselves. During our two week stay I’m guessing we had 10 days when we were the only people on the whole beach. Perfect ! The Sandy Beach complex is halfway between Polis and Argaka so you’ll need a car to reach the nearest shops and restaurants, there’s nothing within walking distance. The trade off though is peace and quiet and a “private” beach. We’ll be coming again next year.
