Stayed as a family of 5 (3 generations) and there was more than enough room for us all to spend time together and a bit of quiet time on our own if needed. The pool was a great size, that's where we spent most of our days if not out and about exploring. Great communication from the owners with lots of helpful information. The air con system was better than we had in a previous villa and each bedroom was a really good size. Thank you Peter and Robbie for letting us stay in your lovely villa and ultimately helping us create some great memories!

A lovely spacious villa in a quiet spot just outside of the main town. Within walking distance of a couple of fantastic tavernas and a little kiosk. Supermarket and beach are a drive away, hence car hire essential. Rooms were spacious and clean with plenty of bathrooms to accommodate our family group of 4 couples. No complaints at all!

Gorgeous villa!

This villa is absolutely lovely, the decor is excellent and has everything you could possibly need, it's a home from home! The pool area is fab too. It can be hard to get around without a car but some lovely things to see in walking distance

Peter and Robbie were excellent work communication from the day we booked to the day we left. Villa perfect pool perfect . Cannot fault anything at all. Can walk to a couple of restaurants and coral bay a short 5 min drive. We are all sad to be going home. Would definitely book again .

A fabulous break

As 2 couples we had the most enjoyable stay at what is a very well equipped and spacious villa. There are two great restaurants within walking distance. A car is recommended (or use of the local bus service) to visit the local super market and surrounding area and attractions. Peter proved to be an excellent host with timely communications, help and advice. We highly recommend the villa to friends and family, and already looking at potential dates to book in 2026.

Superb!

Absolutely brilliant property, exactly as described. Very clean and fully kitted out for all needs. Great location and great views from the roof terrace. Very versatile and accommodating for all. We stayed as a large family, 4 adults and 5 children. Peter and Robbie are fantastic hosts, received regular updates from confirmation of booking right up to the day we travelled and very accommodating to any requests with Uber quick responses. Highly recommended and will definitely be looking to return in the future. Thanks for your incredible hospitality!

Absolutely amazing find. The best holiday ever!

I honestly can’t say how fabulous this villa and the hosts are. Right from our initial enquiry, right through to departure, Peter and Robbie consistently went out of their way to help us. The villa is in a prime location, on a bus route and near to main road to travel around. The Anesi restaurant is a 2 minute walk away and the food and service is the best. The villa has everything and I mean everything you need for a comfortable stay. We shared the villa with another group of friends and the size and layout of the building worked perfectly. It was clean and spacious. The photos really don’t do it justice at all. We enjoyed many a night in the garden with a BBQ and a few wines. Peter and Robbie helped us source extremely reasonably priced car hire for our 11 nights. Cars weren’t needed but they enabled us to explore the islands. It’s not very often I say I would return somewhere but we all agreed we would definitely hire this villa again, it was just perfect!

Wonderful villa

I knew when I booked for a 14 night stay and communicated with Peter, the owner, that our holiday with four adults, a six year old and twins of 19th months would be perfect at his villa and it was. A big thank you to Peter for his wonderful hospitality. He was so keen to ensure that our stay in the villa went smoothly. We arrived with a taxi from Paphos airport, an exceptional company called Sams Taxis. Cannot recommend then more highly. We arrived at the villa at 10pm. Our first impressions was it was well maintained and most welcoming. The arrival package and the baby equipment that Peter so kindly arranged was all in place. We were most grateful of the the air-conditioning and fans which were much needed as the heat was intense all during our stay. The selling point apart from the sizeable, airy space was the beautiful maintained pool where my family spent many happy hours. The villa was child friendly with a gate to the pool area and at the top of the stairs of the lounge. The villa worked brilliantly for three generations. There was plenty space on the driveway for two hired cars which was a must for us to get to beach and supermarket. We were able to walk to two traditional greek restaurants from the villa which served lovely food and the welcome extremely warm and friendly. George at Anesi even baked a birthday cake for my six year old grandson. It was a great stay and Peter was a fabulous host. Thank you so very much. We know we will return.

Magnifique villa pour un séjour au top

La villa était spacieuse et très propre. Tout est prévu pour que chacun ait son intimité. La tonnelle était très bien pour manger le midi à l’ombre. Grande piscine très propre et joli petit jardin. La situation était parfaite, dans un quartier calme et non loin des principaux sites à visiter ainsi que des belles plages. La vue du roof top est juste magnifique ! Peter et Robbie ont été très efficaces pour les instructions . Et très bonne idée d’arriver à la villa et de trouver des boissons fraîches dans le réfrigérateur et de quoi se faire un petit déjeuner pour le lendemain matin surtout quand l’avion arrive tard😉

Super séjour !

Notre séjour dans cette villa c’est très bien passé. La maison est grande, bien climatisée et sécurisée. La piscine est très bien. La maison est très bien située, dans un coin tranquille mais à proximité de nombreux commerces et restaurants. Le propriétaire est disponible, a l’écoute et réactif. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Die Unterkunft an sich hat uns sehr gefallen. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen, trotzdem kommt man mit dem Auto schnell in die Stadt. Der Ausblick von der Terasse aus und der Pool waren ein Highlight. Der Garten hinter dem Haus ist sehr groß, wir haben den Grill gerne benutzt und auch immer draußen unter den Sonnenschirmen am Tisch gegessen. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt.Die Mosquitonetze sind nur leider fast überall kaputt und die Schiebevorhänge sowie Deckenventilatoren haben eine dicke Staubschicht. Diese haben wir beseitigt, damit wir den Vetilator über dem Bett auch während des Schlafens verwenden können.Die Kommunikation war super, wir haben stets schnelle Hilfe bekommen, wenn wir nicht weiter wussten.Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Wir können uns nur entschuldigen, wenn im Laufe der Saison Schäden an den Moskitonetzen aufgetreten sind, die uns nicht gemeldet wurden. Wir prüfen die beschädigten und werden sie so schnell wie möglich ersetzen. Zypern ist ein von Natur aus staubiges Land und die Fans usw. wurden zu Beginn der Saison alle persönlich gereinigt. Perfekte Villa für Urlaub mit Freunden

Sehr schöne Villa mit guter Ausstattung. Wir waren im August 2022 mit 10 Leuten in der Villa. Das Haus und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich und Pool sind außerdem sehr gepflegt gewesen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Vermieter hat immer schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Villa liegt etwas außerhalb, aber mit Bus und Taxi kommt man schnell und günstig in die Stadt. Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Urlaub!

Great family villa

The property is in a peaceful and tranquil location with a couple of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Coral Bay is just a short 5 minute drive away. The villa itself is large in size and comfortably accommodated 6 adults and two children without feeling cramped for space. Peter is also a fantastic host, responsive, easy to deal with and invites you to treat the villa as your home. I would not hesitate to stay here again when back in the area.

First time in Cyprus

This was the first time hubby and i had been to Cyprus so only had my parents( who know Cyprus well) to give us a rough idea of where to stay. We were a group of 8 and are used to Florida villas that are massive, were just hoping, but not expecting , somewhere that has the space for us not to be tripping over each other. The photos online do not portray how lovely this villa is. We arrived after dark so it wasnt until the next morning that we could fully appreciate how amazing our holiday stay was. The fact that the villa is pretty much split into 2 main areas means that it is versatile enough, should there be 2 families staying , that you can both have your own areas to relax in as the ground floor is like a separate apartment. The villa is really well equipped and has everything you could possibly need. As i said there were 8 of us but during the day and evening we had plenty of options for places to relax. While some of us chilled around the pool, others were sunbathing on the terrace and my dads favourite spot was up on the roof terrace, despite the temperature hitting the 30s the constant breeze kept you nice and cool, and the views are fantastic. From the initial booking until we reached home again Peter has been constantly available to help us with taxis, car hire, problem solving, we honestly could not have asked for a better host.

Excellent holiday

We stayed this summer in Peters lovely home. This villa far exceeded our expectations It was clean spacious and amazing all round. Great pool and all so child safe so we had no worries of the little ones. Peter is the best owner we could of dreamed of always a message away if any issues arose he responded and sorted instantly. Would stay there again should we visit Cyprus again Thank you so much Peter

Stunning large 4 bedroom villa with beautiful pool

This fantastic 4 bedroom, spacious villa in peaceful location is just stunning, with everything you can think for your sole use. The owners have literally thought of everything to help you enjoy your holiday and make special memories. Definitely big enough for a family of 8 adults to enjoy without being in each other's way. It has a beautiful pool that everyone can enjoy - much needed in the hottest months, lots of sunbathing areas as well as shaded areas too.There are 2 kitchens! The main one upstairs in the living area plus another one downstairs which is ideal if you are eating outside -both have everything you need. The villa is in a peaceful location about 5-10 mins away from Coral Bay restaurants, shops and bars. Perhaps too far to walk if you have difficulties but there are plenty of taxis available or hiring a car is even better as we did. This enabled us to see some of the island. Latchi is a 25 mins drive west and well worth a visit where there is a beautiful harbour and plenty of wonderful restaurants. You can book a boat trip from here to The Blue Lagoon - just amazing!! (and I have a phobia of boats) but it was so calm, definitely a trip to make special memories. Paphos is another lovely place to visit, especially the sea front where there is also a harbour as well as restaurants and shops. There are plenty of restaurants in Coral Bay as well as shops and bars. The best we found were Coral King and La Vigna (great service, hospitality and delicious food) Definitely the best villa we have ever stayed in helping us to have a fantastic family holiday.

Den bedste ferie i det lækreste hus. Masser af plads, store værelser, skøn pool og bedst af alt - tagterrassen med udsigt til havet og solnedgangen. Sublim udlejer med kontakt både før og under opholdet. Kan varmt anbefales.

The Villa was absolutely amazing. It was a real home from home with everything you could ask for!

I would not hesistate to recommend this Villa as an ideal base for a holiday to Cyprus. It spaciously accommodated two families (4 adults and 4 children 6 and under) is well equipped with everything you need for a real home from home experience. The villa has child safety at its heart with stair gates and a gated pool. This meant we were able to completely relax. The villa was impeccable, tastefully decorated and the pool well maintained. We will certainly be back! Thank you!!
