Nouveau! Magnifique villa avec piscine chauffée près du village provençal

Cette superbe villa est située à un kilomètre du village médiéval perché de Flayosc, dans le département du Var. Le village a 8 restaurants et a également des magasins et des bars. Avec de beaux jardins, une grande terrasse ombragée pour les repas et une vue imprenable, cette villa spacieuse offre une grande famille ou deux ou trois familles en vacances ensemble, une retraite paisible et charmante à distance de marche d’un village typiquement provençal animé et animé.

Cette propriété a tous les équipements modernes, y compris l'installation récente de la climatisation. Il a une cote énergétique A offrant des températures confortables toute l'année. Il y a un grand salon entièrement meublé avec trois canapés et une table de billard. La cuisine est moderne et entièrement équipée. Il y a deux chambres au rez-de-chaussée. Le roi (lit 160 cm) a une salle de douche avec wc et des portes donnant sur la terrasse avec vue sur la piscine au-delà. Il y a aussi une chambre double.

Au premier étage se trouvent quatre autres chambres comprenant deux rois (lits de 160 cm) et deux lits jumeaux. Il y a une salle de douche, un WC séparé et une autre salle de bain avec baignoire, cabine de douche séparée et WC.

Il y a suffisamment de place dans les six chambres avec placards et tables de chevet avec lampes de lecture. Tous les draps, serviettes et serviettes de piscine sont fournis sans frais supplémentaires.

La piscine d'eau salée chauffée de 10 x 5 m est neuve et est entourée d'une belle terrasse avec des chaises longues. À côté se trouve un petit cabanon équipé de jeux, idéal pour les enfants quand il fait chaud.

Juste à l'extérieur du salon principal se trouve une grande terrasse ombragée avec table à manger et barbecue Weber à gaz.

Située sur un terrain de plus de 4000 m2, la propriété se trouve dans une position à la fois paisible et non isolée et offre aux enfants de grandes opportunités d’exploration en toute sécurité. Il y a beaucoup de places de parking dans les jardins qui sont gated.

We had a great stay at La Serra. A private location, but not far from town. The house itself is well set up with lovely terrace off the kitchen with easy access to the pool and all very family friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend to others. Thank you!

Very nice villa for a vacation with three generations extended family. We enjoyed the varied activities: Swimming pool, snooker, table tennis, pétanque and bikes. The communication with the owner and the property manager was excellent (they are both native English speakers)

A wonderful stay in a beautiful area

The villa was a very well-equipped, peaceful and relaxing retreat for our family. The pool is great, and there are lots of fun activities - I’m now a boules fan. We were grateful for the helpful instructions and smooth check in. Flayosc and the wider region are delightful! I wished we could have stayed longer.

We had a perfect holiday. The villa was beautiful , everything we needed. Extremely well equipped, even when we had 12 people staying for 4 days out of our 14 day stay. Home from home with a perfect pool. Would definitely book again.

Amazing Home Away From Away

Serra is a wonderful home away from home. Both owner & house manager are very responsive, the house is clean & well appointed. The town of Flayosc is absolutely charming and we enjoyed many of the local attractions & restaurants that were recommended to us by the home owner.

Perfect house for 3 generations- grandma and grandpa in downstairs bedroom and rest (4 adults and 4 small boys)upstairs. Loads of space in the house which was very well equipped. Pool was fantastic. Lots to see and do close by. Thanks to Karen for all the communication.

Really enjoyed the house and pool ideal for young children. The local village Flayosc is about a 15 min walk with some nice bars. We also enjoyed Tourtour and the Verdon Gorge.

The best family holiday you could ask for

Wonderful stay. Lovely house, great pool with added heating, perfect outdoor eating area. Felt lovely and safe for the kids to run around including our two toddlers. Loads of kids cups/plates and cutlery. Close to lovely town and then drove to tourtour, Cannes and Saint Maxine. Lots of tips in the book. A

Fantastic holiday in Flayosc

We had a lovely time staying at this property in Flayosc for a family holiday in between watching matches at the rugby World Cup. The place had everything we needed and the property owner and manager were super helpful and friendly. The village is walkable, we went there most days to have a few drinks and something to eat. There are also loads of activities in the local area, we benefitted from wine tasting, quad biking and canoeing but there were plenty more. Really recommend Flayosc and this place for any family trip, thank you to Karen for letting us stay!

Superb Property

La Serra was more than we imagined it would be. It exceeded our expectations. It is a wonderful home for all ages and the layout is perfect for families. The children loved the pool and the outside eating area with barbeque was just off the kitchen for easy access. It is very secluded and private but no distance from the lovely village of Flayosc. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect relaxing villa and location

We had a wonderful holiday, perfect. Ideal for our holiday of three generations ranging from ages 4 to 70's. A lovely house, nice and spacious with a wonderful pool, set on a big plot so very relaxing and you can feel 'away from it all' yet still close to the lovely village of Flayosc. Excellent arrival information on the house and surrounding area from the owner and housekeeper. We ate at the restaurants recommended in Flayosc and visited the Gorges du Verdon and other traditional villages nearby, such as Villecroze and Tourtour. Would definitely recommend and revisit.

Friends stay at La Serra

We had a wonderful week with friends at La Serra - the house was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, with a stunning pool area and shaded outdoor dining terrace. Flayosc village is close by and easily accessible by car a few mins drive with young kids - or on foot for grown ups. The setting and surroundings is beautiful and provided a lovely Provençal experience! The owners and local team on the ground were very helpful and informative about interesting places to go close by including villages, markets, restaurants, lakes and activities for the children. We would definitely return in future!

Fantastic week in Provence

We had the most wonderful week in Flayosc in this lovely villa with beautiful and quiet surroundings. Duncan, the housekeeper was very helpful and gave us great tips what to do and what to see. You must visit the markets in the villages around Flayosc and also a visit to lac de sainte croix. If you have time, visit Domaine Rabiega, a nice wineyard and restaurant. The house was well prepared, and all things work fine. The pool was a little cold since the weather was historical cold this September. Overall, a place and villa worth a visit.

We had a lovely fortnight in this gorgeous house. It was clean and exceptionally well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and all in good working order. The pool table, ping pong and boules all went down a storm and for once we weren’t fighting over bedrooms as they were all great. The pool was fantastic, lovely steps in which made it really accessible for all generations. Lots of board games and books available which we made good use of.Our only disappointment was that for our group it wasn’t walkable into Flayosc really, the walk is a very steep hill and much of the route is on a road with no pavement, and it takes at least half an hour if not more. The adventurous among us managed it a couple of times but we didn’t feel it was quite what we had expected from the listing.We were very well looked after by the manager and the owner and check in and leaving were very easy.
