Good location in Chiado

Very satisfied with the location of this apartment. Keep in mind no air condition and 4th floor without elevator but for us this was ok.

Location was fantastic and management was very responsive in taking care of the small issues we had. We were able to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go. One thing to note is that this is on the top floor with no elevator, so the views are great but be prepared to walk up a lot of stairs. It was a workout with our luggage, but well worth it!

Brilliant location and great stay here. Good set up with most things we needed, lacking in clothes storage/hanging space but not an issue for a short stay. Very easy communication and we were looked after well. Thanks you!

AMAZING !

Nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux dans cet apartement qui est juste magnifique, correspond exactement aux photos. Lumineux, spacieux, et le balcon est un plus! Nous ne pouvons pas rêver mieux.

Appartement bien situé près d’un beau parc, transport en commun et en plein cœur de Lisbonne. L’appartement est de bonne grandeur, toutes les commoditées y étaient. L’endroit est relativement tranquille et l’hôte très disponible. Nous n’hésiterions pas à y retourner !

Cute apartment in a great area

Our experience was great with this management company. They own 50+ rentals around Lisbon so someone is always available to chat if you need help. Communication was excellent. They were extremely accommodating after I accidentally booked the wrong dates they offered two other properties they had available. The change was easy and conversation very friendly! We actually stayed in the Arroios Brand New. It was renovated so everything was new & modern. All amenities we needed were there and everything was very clean. There were AC units in every room although we didn’t need them during the cooler September weather. Location was great easy to get around. Check in and check out we’re easy & smooth. Description & pictures from the website we’re reflective of the actual property as well. We stayed myself, my husband and 3 year old along with my sister, brother-in-law and their 5 years old, plenty of room for all. Overall great experience & stay!

Great location for exploring Lisbon

Cute place to explore Lisbon from with our family (2 adults, 2 teens, 1 tween). Kitchen is super compact but living area is nice with good seating, great windows and balcony access. Located around the corner from the Archeology Museum, Pingo Doce grocery store 2-3 blocks away, tons of restaurants in walking distance and only about a 10-12 minute walk to the water (even faster if you rent scooters!) Fourth floor + no elevator + 100°F during our stay + no AC made us spend limited time in the apartment but overall, the location was great.

Chiado - Feb 2022

Stayed for 5 nights at Chiado. Apartment was quality - exactly as described. Communications with the property manager were excellent before and during arrival. The apartment had everything we needed. Location was excellent. A fairly quiet area, but with some good discreet restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Supermarkets a short walk away. Stunning views from the balcony. Kitchen was well-equipped, and we had TV (Portuguese only) and free WiFi. Only downticks are that there was no wardrobe space or anywhere to hang clothes. Also, access to the property was via a 62-step climb up a staircase, so challenging for anyone with mobility issues - like me with my dodgy knees! But have to say that the apartment is well worth the minor inconvenience of the staircase, and I would definitely stay there again. One of the nicest I've stayed in.

Fin leilighet med svært god beliggenhet. I 4 etg uten heis og en liten vannlekkasje når vi var der, men alt i alt en flott leilighet!
