Marchez jusqu'à la plage Sunset / Crescent, ferry, restaurants, magasins à moins de 1 mile. Glacier et terrain de golf public de l'autre cÎté de la rue.
3 chambres, (1 trÚs grand lit, 1 grand lit, 2 lits jumeaux) Air conditionné. 2 salles de bain au 2e étage, 1/2 salle de bain au premier étage, W / D, salon, salle à manger, cuisine, sous-sol avec air hockey et baby-foot. Grande piscine 18 X 42 et patio pour s'amuser en plein air. Grande terrasse extérieure. Porche avant et latéral. Appartement occupé par le propriétaire sur place. We had an amazing stay in Shelter Island! The house was very comfortable, close to the beach, and communication with owners impeccable. I highly recommend it!

Exactly as described with fantastic layout/flow of kitchen to back deck straight down to pool. Outdoor space, including large shaded yard with turkeys nesting in trees, really generous and around house and deck lots of tables and chairs making for easy and informal gathering. We also had perfect weather : )

Great Shelter Island Retreat

The house was great. It was clean and well maintained for a rental. The pool was very nice and the location feels remote but still walking distance to a few gems. Be sure to enjoy Leon and Eccentric Bagels.

Comfortable home in Shelter Island

Property was in great shape, as pictured, pool is nice size, old fashioned front porch, a large plot of land, well configured with sleeping rooms on top and public rooms on bottom house was completely outfitted and easy to use, property owner/manager was accessible, would definitely stay again.

A wonderful Shelter Island family home

The location is perfect of families who wish to enjoy the grace and calm of Shelter Island. Beside an epic Ice Cream shoppe, restaurant and golf course; with a great pool; and moments from Crescent Beach, this home is perfect for a small family who wishes to just chill and enjoy life and togetherness. Great place!

A perfect place for family in the perfect place

Shelter Island is an amazing destination for a getaway in the summer. This home is a perfect place for a family or couple to be able to enjoy the beach, with proximity to all of the features of a Shelter Island. The home was clean, and the pool was great. the ice cream shop across the street was a phenomenal perk! Very kind owners! Highly recommended!

Great family vacation home!

This is a spacious, comfortable, well-equipped home with a big yard and a nice, fenced-in pool. The owners are incredibly friendly and responsive. Shelter Island is very pricey, and this is an excellent spot for a family, especially those with kids and pets. The house has beach-chairs, lots of swimming towels and lots of outdoor seating. Some of the appliances were a bit temperamental, but we had a lovely stay. Great location—peaceful but close to everything.

Wonderful Relaxing Vacation Rental

Our family, four adults, enjoyed a very quiet and relaxing vacation in this house! The location is excellent – close to Crescent Beach, shopping areas, and a terrific ice cream shop. The house is plenty spacious for four adults and very comfortable. The front porch and outdoor areas are terrific – we especially enjoyed the pool, which as shown in the pictures is surrounded by lots of green. The hosts were very responsive – in person and via text – when things popped up that needed their quick attention (and there were a few). This house had everything we needed for our first visit to Shelter Island, and we would recommend this house to others.

Eastern Beach

The property was lovely, big enough, pool was great. My only complaints were: 1. grill not functioning and 2. odors in some spaces from lack of dehumidification and lack of AC.

Shelter Island

The location of the home was very good. But the house is clearly a rental, and needs a lot more attention to detail. The owners do not have good cleaners - someone who stayed there before us left a underwear under the bed. The kitchen had ants everywhere and the air conditioners could not be put on high, otherwise the breaker would pop. It was a heatwave that week and very hard to sleep with such loud ac. The pool guy did a good job, but the owners did not think about filling the pool with more water when it was so hot and humid and water evaporated, which meant the filter was not cleaning the pool water at all since the water level was too low.

Lovely property, definitely recommend highly!

Really nice house, pool and great location near everything. The house has everything you need for a wonderful stay, and was spotless! Comfortable beds, great air conditioning, decent decor for a vacation rental home, plenty of beach chairs. A few things to know before you go: 1. There's no sound system in the house or around the pool so bring a small speaker, boom box, etc. for your music needs!! 2. The large backyard was fantastic for our little pup but is not fenced-in 3. The house is a 2-minute walk from an ice cream place, a bagel store, a golf course and a happening new restaurant. It's a 5- minute drive from the supermarket and the closest beach.

Kind, responsive hosts, sensible family-friendly house

This was our second stay at the house (1st was about 3 years prior). The hosts made some nice updates to the house (from what we could tell, new floors, new outdoor furniture, and probably a few other cleanups), and the house was otherwise just as lovely as we remembered including a great pool and well-maintained backyard, working gas grill, full kitchen, all appliances that work. The location is very convenient just a short drive from beach / ferry / shops etc. The house is also across the street from the best ice cream on the island, a new (since our last visit) beverage shop (with great service), and a nice new restaurant down the block (that had not yet opened by the time of our stay). We look forward to returning to the house in the summers ahead.

Convenient Stay

We enjoyed our stay as a family of five. So nice to have the pool, outside deck and front porch. Shelter island has become much more expensive since we visited years ago and the house is reasonably priced. Central location has more traffic but nice to be able to walk for bagels, ice cream and coffee.

Good family getaway

We visited for a week with our son and daughter. We loved having the gated pool and deck area. The kids had a blast. The kitchen was well stocked and the owners were really responsive and friendly. Both were available when needed. Overall the house was good. It was mostly clean but could used some updates and deep clean in the master shower. Otherwise we had a nice stay!

Shelter Island Paradise

We had a great time. The house was perfect. Immaculate rooms and grounds. The pool was beautiful and the outdoor shower was great. Walking distance to beach, bagels and ice cream!! Our Hosts were very friendly and accommodating and easy to contact. Would come back to same house next time!! Thanks to Jack and Annemarie.

Comfortable, great location and super helpful host They left nothing out- there were ample plates/utensils/well stocked kitchen right down to soy sauce and olive oil Plus plenty of nice towels, ridiculous amount of closet space, new appliances and a spectacular pool

We had such a great time. The place was very relaxing and the pool was great. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The town is very cute as well. Great time and we highly recommend staying in this home!
