Adjacent à Annapolis ~ promenade à la plage et un parc de 25 hectares à côté de la maison!

La charmante maison est composée de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes, décorées par des professionnels et dotées de parquet exotique tigre dans toute la maison, avec le moindre détail. La propriété est sur 1 acre complètement fermé à l'abri des clôtures. L'aménagement paysager complexe comprend un étang de Koi avec cascade et ruisseau. Le soir, l'éclairage extérieur du paysage s'allume automatiquement au crépuscule, éclairant ainsi l'espace extérieur et l'étang afin que vous puissiez voir les jardins et les poissons nager la nuit. Le parc de 25 acres est adjacent à la maison avec 2 terrains de football, 1 terrain de football et 3 terrains de baseball. Il y a un belvédère pour les pique-niques et un nouveau terrain de jeu pour les enfants! Le parc a une piste de course autour du périmètre pour ces marcheurs / coureurs. En raison du parc étant adjacent à la maison, il y a l'isolement total pour le temps divertissant ou tranquille. La plage est dans la rue avec une aire de jeux supplémentaire (front de mer) à côté. Rien de tel que d'être sur une balançoire à quelques pieds de l'eau! Il y a 4 ports de plaisance dans un rayon de 1,6 km, alors n'hésitez pas à louer ou à apporter votre propre bateau!

Jodi was an outstanding host, she responds quickly and both restaurants she recommended us were excellent! The home is beautiful and very clean! The yard is spectacular and was perfect for what we needed! Would definitely stay again!!

Ideal for family visit

I’ve stayed at many VRBO homes and this was by far the best I’ve experienced. Very well appointed, wonderful backyard experience (We loved the outside lights at night and the koi pond!). Was in town to visit with kids and grandchildren and this was a relaxing and delightful stay. Jodi was lovely and responsive. Well deserving of five stars in every level!

We love the property and the location the activities. Just a 15 minute ride to Annapolis. Jodi was great and very responsive. She told us about a bar/restaurant (coconut joes)that was literally around the corner that became our favorite! Felt like we were on a tropical island.

Annapolis cottage

Attending a wedding in the neighborhood. Check in was seamless along with the stay. It is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. Highly recommend staying here! The host was easy to work with and left us incredible muffins !

Great place to stay and great location

The house was very clean and the communication with Jodi was excellent! She was very responsive and helpful with our questions. The location is great as well if you’re visiting Annapolis, Baltimore or DC. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog to roam and the neighborhood is good for walks. The pond was so peaceful as well. Overall a great place to stay if you’re in the area!

Beautiful Home & Great Location

This home was the perfect place for my family. Access to the water was just down the road. We brought Kayaks and canoes. It's also a short drive to Annapolis. We had an amazing time.

Lovely getaway

This property is absolutely lovely. It is well appointed and has everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. We especially appreciated the lovely decorative touches throughout the house. The deck and backyard were just wonderful. Since it was fully fenced in our dog was able to run and explore while we enjoyed eating outside in absolutely lovely surroundings. We will be sure to stay again when we are in the area.

Great House, Even Greater Backyard

The house was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 5. My children thoroughly enjoyed the huge backyard, and there is a park right next door to the house so that was also very enjoyable. We were exactly 19 minutes away from Annapolis Naval Academy. We also took a 1 hour drive to see the Great Falls of the Potomac. It was a great location. The property owner was awesome and gave me great information and tips on the area.

Lovely home and property

Lovely home in lovely neighborhood. Clean and comfortable for the six of us. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, plus welcoming extras. Beds were very comfortable. Lori was a fabulous host and available to answer questions and make local recommendations. And the outside areas were beautiful, including the expansive backyard with multiple seating areas. We had a rainy weekend and wish we could have enjoyed the outside spaces more.

Memorable Experience

Upon arriving at this property, my wife and I fell in love with the surrounding area and everything that the property offered. The location is excellent for an escape or a relaxing reset and isn't too far from dining and other attractions. From sitting by the koi pond to taking trips around Edgewater and nearby Annapolis, we were able to experience one of the most memorable trips of our lives. The host, Jodi, was extremely responsive and went above and beyond. After booking, Jodi notified us that she could arrange a private charter at sunset with a four-course dining experience. The charter was the highlight of our trip and we were blown away by the dishes served while on board. Jodi, along with the chef and crew provided us with an elegant evening on the water. We highly recommend staying with Jodi and look forward to booking with her in the future.

How do I begin to express our thanks, appreciation and satisfaction with Jodi’s home?From the moment I made the reservation, we were impressed with the responsiveness to our reservation, as well as genuine concern to make our stay the most comfortable one possible. The home is absolutely beautiful… From the moment you get out of the car you will be met with the charming home behind a sweet picket fence and lovely landscaping. Then you walk in the front door and you are met with these gorgeous hardwood floors in the most comfortable setting. There an are so many “little touches” all around the home that make you feel so welcome. The house is beyond clean and it is obvious so much care as gone into making this your home away from home. The backyard is a destination all its own. The location of the home is ideal as well…restaurants, tourist attractions, grocery stores/shopping, the water, Annapolis….the list goes on and on. A very safe neighborhood, with the most lovely park to go walking. We are very grateful to Jodi, for making our stay more comfortable and positive than we ever could have imagined. Thank you thank you thank you for everything!

Annapolis Visit

The house is very pleasant and comfortable. It’s in an area with lots of restaurants, shopping and a short drive into Annapolis. The area is very quiet with a park outside the front gate. It’s a great area to walk around and the water is fairly close. The back yard is fun and relaxing. The owner is very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!!!

Nice spot for a family gathering

This home offered enough space for our family to gather from 3 different states. 5 of us slept very comfortably and we were able to sit and visit and enjoy each others' company. Parking in front of the home is available for 2 cars. The home is an easy drive to the Naval Academy and to the football stadium, and there are a variety of restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to cook our own meals. We were able to bring our dogs and they really enjoyed the large backyard where they could run. Our family would recommend this home and would stay here again if in the area!
