Million Dollar Vue sur la baie de Chesapeake

'Fredelig sted' (endroit paisible) est calqué sur un chalet norvégien toit incurvé à l'extérieur et pin noueux et bois de bouleau à l'intérieur.

La vue panoramique brillant de la Chesapeake de la grande salle, chambre de maĂźtre ou le pont suscite, une ambiance paisible et dĂ©tendue dĂšs que vous arrivez. Regardez les mouettes ou jeu de balbuzard pĂȘcheur dans la brise ou les dizaines de voiliers dans la distance pendant que vous ĂȘtes recroquevillĂ© sur une chaise longue Ă  l'ombre d'un grand arbre de chĂȘne. Apportez un livre ou de lire une de la collection dans le cas de livres.

Quand vous avez faim, allumer le barbecue au charbon de bois ou au four, ou de voyager quelques minutes Ă  Pier Skipper ou l'un des bons restaurants le long de la riviĂšre ou la baie. MĂȘme plus de restaurants sont dans les environs de Annapolis, Ă  seulement 30 minutes.

Les enfants ou les adultes peuvent jouer au croquet, badminton ou monter la balançoire dans la cour arriÚre clÎturée. Ou ils peuvent patauger ou nager dans la baie juste en face de la maison.



Annapolis a théùtres, salle de spectacle, symphonie, bateau pirate pour les enfants, du tourisme, des croisiÚres de crabe. des visites de caves et dégustations et sentiers de la nature sont à proximité, notamment un stand d'énormes cyprÚs chauves avec des oiseaux indigÚnes. Nothing but great things to say about this lovely home on the Chesapeake! Charming, well-appointed home with breathtaking views of the Bay. The Northern European details made the place all the more cozy. The elegant Arctic Swans wintering on the Bay were a lovely sight.

This property was perfect for a college friends get together. We only left the house once for a bite to eat. Lounged and enjoyed the views and the games in the closet beneath the stairs. The master bedroom is exceptional and guests may want to arm wrestle for it. It was not an issue whatsoever for our group but the back deck with Bay views has a fair amount of foot traffic from neighbors because it is for public use and folks definitely walk their pets at all hours so flashlights were a common occurrence. We were delighted. The neighborhood is friendly and accessible and you have access to groceries, wine, whatever you could need in under 10-12 minutes. 100% absolutely recommend!

Girls’ weekend

The location was perfect, the views were amazing, and the house was adorable! The listing did state “hot tub” but it referred to a jetted tub in the primary bath. I specifically sought out a property with an outdoor hot tub and was a bit disappointed by the misleading listing. Glasses in the cabinet were layered with dust/grim as if not used in years. Otherwise the place was terrific and I would stay here again.

We had the pleasure of staying at this incredible vacation rental, and we can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the house's beauty and functionality.The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need – whether you're cooking a full meal or just making a quick snack, you'll find all the tools, gadgets, and appliances to make it happen.The bathrooms are well-equipped with towels, toiletries, toilet paper.Plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.The hosts were incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable.Overall, this house was a dream come true for our vacation. Comfortable, beautifully designed, and in an ideal location with breathtaking views – we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Quite and relaxing time away!

Very clean, everything you need plus! Close to DC, Annapolis, Arlington National Cemetery and many more we didn’t have time for! Ordering dinner out and bringing it back to the house to eat while watching a movie and just enjoy watching the view! The view of the Bay is breathtaking!!!!!!Highly recommend the MACC Church if your looking for a church.We drove 16 hours one way to get there and we would do it again!Blessings

Great view, disappointing interior

As we drove to the property, I received a text from the owners. Because the day had been warm, they had remotely turned the a/c for us. "How kind that they have prepared for our arrival.” I thought. So, I was confused when we arrived after dark, and the porch light was off. This, combined with the leaf-covered flagstone pathway, made the walk to the house a bit precarious for my 83-year-old mother-in-law. The inside of the house was prepared for us, but seemed rather utilitarian – one pillow per guest, one towel per guest. Luckily, there were only three of us, so we snagged extra pillows from another room. The rest of the interior was disappointing. The furniture has seen better days. The chaise in the primary bedroom has a rip in the fabric that has been repaired with duct tape. A plastic folding table is used as a sideboard in the dining room. The following morning revealed that neither the primary bedroom balcony nor the deck had been prepared for guests. The plastic that had covered the furniture was blown into a heap in the corner of the balcony. The deck furniture was pushed into a corner and both spaces were covered in leaves. My husband and I had to move the furniture and sweep the leaves before we could use the deck. To the owners: Thank you for offering your home. Our comments are intended as constructive criticism and are not meant to be unkind. We wanted to love it, but we didn't. No doubt the water view is beautiful, but overall we were underwhelmed.

Spectacular View

Beautiful home with a spectacular views of the bay. Perfect for our family reunion. Enjoyed sitting outside on the back porch watching sailboats, powerboats and wildlife pass us by. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home and Location

Wonderful family time! Fishing, crab trap, played badmitton. Kept busy right at property. Teenagers only on electronics at end of day! House is beautiful and pretty flower garden. Lots of relaxing watching sailboats. Granddaughter wants to build a house just like it! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Chesapeake beauty

Our stay at this home was wonderful! The house is beautiful with a lot of character. Everything about it made our stay relaxing and easy. We spent most of our time on the deck with that beautiful view of the bay watching the osprey and the boats. It was nice to take our floats, kayak and paddling board and relax on the water. There are great restaurants very close to the house. We will definitely be back!

Million Dollar View

We just completed our third stay at Million Dollar View on the Chesapeake Bay and my family is already planning our next visit. Million Dollar View is a wonderful vacation property!

Great place, Neighbors are finicky

We had a wonderful time, house was nice, clean, and perfect location for our fishing charter that was at 5am! However, the neighbors complained to owner saying we were too loud past 10pm. In order to be well rested for the 5am fishing charter we made sure to be in bed before 10pm, so we were confused as to what was meant by " too loud, too late"?
