Spectacular New Mid Century Modern Ă  la plage!

Juste un pĂątïżœïżœ de maisons du sable! Nouvelles finitions contemporaines modernes au milieu du siĂšcle - appareils mïżœïżœnagers commerciaux, barbecue au gaz naturel, chauffage et climatisation Ă  haute efficacitĂ©, tĂ©lĂ©viseurs intelligents de 55 po, wi-fi


La suite est entiÚrement meublée et la cuisine est entiÚrement équipée. Nous fournissons tous les draps et serviettes de plage. Nous avons également des chaises de plage, des parasols, des Boogie Boards, des jouets de sable et 2 planches de surf partagés avec d'autres locataires.

Il n'y a pas de moquette - juste des sols en porcelaine luxueux. Comptoirs de quartz en dalle, douches europĂ©ennes Hans Grohe Rain, laveuse et sĂ©cheuse dans l’unitĂ©. Avons-nous mentionnĂ© la salle de jeux? Flipper, jeux vidĂ©o, babyfoot et jeu de palets.

La suite Surf (2 chambres / 2 salles de bain) peut ĂȘtre louĂ©e indĂ©pendamment ou combinĂ©e Ă  la suite Sand (1 chambre / 1 salle de bain) pour crĂ©er une suite de 3 chambres / 3 salles de bain.

Il est interdit de fumer partout sur les lieux.

So happy with the great location – one block from the beach and only about five blocks from the restaurants in downtown Carlsbad. Property was beautifully appointed and extremely clean-you can tell the owners take great pride and they utilize a terrific management company.We highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality spot in Carlsbad!

Place was very clean and seemed new! Layout made use of space very well. Seemed bigger than actual size. Had all the kitchen amenities expected. Was nice to have own garage space. And grandson loved the game room :-) We met our host when we arrived and she was very pleasant. We loved the close proximity to the beach and all the beach amenities that were available. Would highly recommend to others

Carlsbad Beach Haven

1 block from Tamarack Beach, near restaurants, coffee shops and EZ access to the 5. Off street parking and garage, outdoor table with partial view of the ocean. Super clean, comfortable and great hosts. We highly recommend this property and will be back!

Awesome family stay

Comfort in Carlsbad!!

A very impressive property, with all the comforts of home! We enjoyed the ocean view, with just a short block walk to beach activities and scenic sunsets! Cleanliness was supreme!!! Location to restaurants, coffee shops, and local shops was ideal! Would definitely recommend Surf and hope to return to more adventures in Carlsbad!

Really sharp place. Block from a not-crowded part of Tamarack beach. Half mile to all the stuff in the village - not too close and not too far. Not sure what more you could ask for.

Perfect in every way

We loved our stay. The apartment was clean and stocked with every day needs and really organized so it was easy to find everything. One plus was having en suite laundry. The location was near restaurants and the beach - couldn't have asked for more. The house is very quiet if you shut the windows and front door you can't hear any street noise at all. So perfect, we booked another month for next year.

This should be the standard for Premier Host property

The property was well equipped with everything one will need. Quality sheets and towels, all the utensils you will need, more than adequate heating and airconditioning units, very clean facility and beautiful furnishings. The location was excellent - the beach is just a block away and an easy walk to Carlsbad. When I reached out to the property about concerns related to the air quality due to the LA fires, I immediately received a response that our stay can always be rescheduled. Not only do they know how to host but they are also compassionate towards their guests. This is the type of host that everyone should support.

Clean, Comfortable and Close to the Beach

My husband and I are in our 70's, for context. The unit was clean and well-stocked for our short stay. It looks brand new. Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the two bathrooms, even though there were just two of us. Didn't look for instructions, of course (there may well have been some!), but had a little trouble figuring out the hot/cold in the shower. Great communication with the property manager. Talked with neighbors and it appears there are many repeat visitors. We would stay there again!

Clean, comfortable, convenient

We loved it here! Only a block away from a nice beach and the unit was very modern and comfortable. Had everything we needed and nice and open floor plan so we could all be together. We came for our anniversary and greatly appreciated the bottle of wine left for us at arrival! The game room downstairs was fun, and there are beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and sand toys to use as well. Can walk to quite a few local restaurants or the village from here as well. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Clean! Location! Amenities! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed in the surf unit. Like other reviews mentioned, this place was super clean and super comfortable and had everything that you could need for your stay in Carlsbad. We walked to the village several times, one time we walk down to offshore surf shop and rented a surfboard/wetsuit and walked back carrying boards, so it’s not too far. We enjoyed the game room as well and did use the showers when rinsing off our wet suits and boards. The place is just as described and there’s a lot of parking and very easy to get around. There’s a little table on the balcony where you can sit and have your morning coffee
 Only a few houses down you are at the beach and there are amazing sunsets 🙌 will definitely be staying here again! Oh, and if you like good coffee, check out better Buzz coffee
 I think that’s what it’s called lol.

this place has it all!

Very pleased with our stay, location, and the Vacation in Carlsbad team. We stayed in SURF - upper middle door - and had enough room for two teens, hubby, and myself. Check in was a breeze as we finally arrived at 1:30 am and basically walked right in, travel weary, to a homey feel. I always bring basic cleaning supplies when we travel but did NOT need to use them - this is a first! Everything was spotless, clean, and well organized. Kitchen necessities, detergents, laundry, and high-end bathroom essentials were well stocked and easy to find. Place was decorated in a fun Cali vibe. Beds and pillows were comfortable to sleep with for the entire week. Beach was a very quick walk down the block, turn left to crosswalk, then down to the sand. If you aren't familiar, all traffic must stop when crosswalk lights are in use. Downtown Carlsbad was a short walk, down the block then turn right. Walk is 5-10 minutes to great food and fun shopping. Game room was fun but could use an update - pinball and foosball table could be replaced. We still enjoyed some evening time with the other games. Apparently there were other renters, but we didn't hear anything. No tv's, music, or even doors. The Vacation in Carlsbad team was friendly and introduced themselves when around. We would DEFINITELY book directly with the Vacation in Carlsbad team should we be lucky enough to visit Carlsbad again. If this is your first experience with rentals or Carlsbad vacationing, be sure to look up Vacation in Carlsbad and feel confident in choosing any of their locations.

Great Vacation

Property is in a great location and was a short walk to the beach. We appreciated having two bedrooms and bathrooms. It is in a building with other units but we did not have any noice from the other people living there. The shed with beach supplies was great and our kids appreciated having everything there. Beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. Management was responsive. Would stay again.
