Spectaculaire Mid Century Modern à la plage!

Un bloc de la plage. Cinq pâtés de maisons du village de Carlsbad.

Juste un p����té de maisons du sable! Nouvelles finitions contemporaines modernes au milieu du siècle - appareils commerciaux, foyer au gaz naturel et barbecue, chauffage et climatisation à haute efficacité énergétique, téléviseurs intelligents de 55 pi, wi-fi…

La suite est entièrement meublée et la cuisine est entièrement équipée. Nous fournissons tous les draps et serviettes de plage. Nous avons également des chaises de plage, des parasols, des Boogie Boards, des jouets de sable et 2 planches de surf partagés avec d'autres locataires.

Il n'y a pas de moquette - juste des sols en porcelaine luxueux. Comptoirs de quartz en dalle, douches européennes Hans Grohe Rain, laveuse et sécheuse dans l’unité. Avons-nous mentionné la salle de jeux? Flipper, jeux vidéo, babyfoot et jeu de palets.

Parking gratuit dans la rue.

La suite Wind (1 chambre / 1 salle de bain) peut être louée indépendamment ou combinée à la suite Wave (2 chambres / 2 salles de bain) pour créer une suite de 3 chambres / 3 salles de bain.

Il est interdit de fumer partout sur les lieux.

Très bien situé - nous ne sommes pas "près de Carlsbad" ni "près de la plage" - nous sommes à Carlsbad sur la plage! Marcher un bloc à l'ouest de la plage! Marcher aux restaurants, les charmants magasins du village, le marché des fermiers et la vie nocturne sont tous à proximité! Une fois que vous êtes ici - vous n’avez pas besoin d’une voiture pour explorer Carlsbad - allez à pied à tout!

Very clean and well kept suite. Perfect for us as a couple. Just a walk down the street from the beach. Close to everything in Carlsbad. The owners of the property were incredibly friendly and responsive to our questions. We will definitely stay again!

Was pleased that basic amenities were included. We had an issue with the key pad, called and someone was there in 5 minutes. Very clean and we would definitely stay again.

Everything was modern and clean. Super comfortable bed and bedroom. Fully stocked for the beach with toys, chairs and beach towels. They thought of everything. I highly recommend.

Perfect!

This property was perfect for the 2 of us. Clean, uncluttered, comfortable (oh that bed was wonderful!), modern and 1/2 block from the beach. Walking distance to Carlsbad and shops and restaurants. The two best property managers we've ever come across. They were there in a snap when we had an oven malfunction. Game room and beach gear shed a bonus! This was a perfect stay! We hope to return soon!

Beautiful rental with an excellent location

My husband and I stayed for a week for our anniversary. We had a wonderful time. The communication with the management team was excellent and they answered any questions we had right away. The location of the home to the beach and village was within walking distance. The home was very clean and well maintained. We will be back!

Wind Suite WOW

From the moment we booked the property, we knew we made the right choice in a vacation getaway. The Vacation in Carlsbad team was responsive, sensitive to our needs, and incredibly attentive. We received a welcome text with arrival instruction reminders 15 minutes before our flight landed. We were celebrating two birthday milestones and the team had a birthday welcome waiting for us when we arrived. The keyless entry meant no worry over lost keys. The space was perfect for the two of us. The sleek and stylish furnishings coupled with the functional and efficient design of the space (not to mention the large windows and our own patio space with fire pit) made it feel much larger than the actual square footage. High end appliances and porcelain flooring made the living easy. Oh, and did I mention the rain shower? Leave your cares at home. Everything you need is here! We had access to beach gear and small coolers. All the items in storage were labeled with the name of our suite so we always knew what what ours and what belonged to the other vacationers. No mixups! The outdoor shower made clean up a breeze. We even made friends with the folks staying in an adjacent suite! The location was amazing...a one block walk to the beach (you could view the ocean from the property...some suites were better than others) and a short 10-minute leisurely walk to Carlsbad Village (shops, services, restaurants). It was a reasonable hike to the grocery store. We ditched the car after two days and saved a bundle. We plan to stay at the Wind Suite again in the near future.

Great accommodations

It met our needs exceptionally well. A block from the beach, a short walk into Carlsbad Village with restaurants, shops, coffee, farmers' market, etc. Bright, clean apartment, with all necessary features: new appliances, good bed, indoor and outdoor showers, TVs with cable, towels, beach chairs and toys. Electronic entry made for worry-free entrance and exists. More off-street parking would be nice, but it is a quiet, safe neighborhood, so on-street parking near the apartment worked out fine. (One minor complaint: the exterior light above the front door was on 24/7, and it throws light through the large glass panel in the front door, producing more light in the front hall throughout the night than is preferable for those liking a dark suite at night. I'd recommend either a switch to turn off that light at night or shades on the inside of the front door.) Rental cost was reasonable, and the owners/managers were easy to deal with, easily reachable for questions, and quite accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and may return some day if the circumstances are right. 5 stars well earned!

A Great Stay in Carlsbad

My wife and I spend a week each spring in Carlsbad to visit our daughter's family. We have stayed in many condos across the city. This location was by far the best. The beach is one block to the west, and the village is an easy walk from the condo. The Wind Suite was the perfect size for the two of us. The owners even provide beach and water equipment on the property. Our grand kids enjoyed joining us in the game room and at our private fire pit. It is really nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Vacation in Carlsbad gave us excellent service.
