Fantastic property situated in a secluded area yet still close to some restaurants and stores (within 15 minute drive). Beautiful pool (one of the best I have seen at vacation properties), spacious house, comfortable for large family or friend gatherings. Only areas that could be improved is insert more AC (none currently in kitchen and living room). Other than that it was perfect.

Review for stay from 08 June 2019 to 29 June 2019

Had a wonderful three- week stay at this beautiful property (three couples). The villa, pool and grounds are large and comfortable. Bedrooms are all air-conditioned. Our hosts, Giulio and Fredericka, were lovely people, very accommodating ...... even arranged an onsite wine tasting for us. The location is rural, but once you become familiar with the area, there is plenty to see and do. Many nice restaurants in Palaia, one in Legoli. GPS is essential, plus a good road map, in case satellite is lost. Very hilly area with extremely winding roads, but the views are breathtaking. You can drive to Pontedera (20 minutes), park and take a train to Florence or other destinations .... train rates are very reasonable. The people at Posarelli were prompt and efficient ...... final booking went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend this property, especially to a larger group.

Sehr gut gelegen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Review for stay from 20 October 2018 to 27 October 2018
