Everything was just as described and the host’s communication was excellent. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

The property is in a great location and has plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. The unit was clean. Steep stairs to get to the upper bedroom with the en suite bathroom but well worth the climb.

The property was in prime location for everything you could need and was very nicely decorated inside and was very clean! The staff at York Boutique Lets who I spoke to were very polite and helpful! The beds are very comfy and the property had everything we needed Would definitely recommend and would also come back in the future

Only a few minutes walk from the centre of town. Nice Chinese restaurant around the corner from the apartment. Good walk along the river bank. Had all amenities we needed during our stay

Lovely Stay

Loved the location, a 10 minute walk to some excellent shops, attractions, cafés and restaurants. Shop till you drop, stop for coffee and pastries and start again. The attractions were plentiful, the Minster, Dungeons, Yorvik Centre etc all easy to locate then back to the apartment to change and walk to some superb eating places, Indian, Italian and English, they were all so good.

Great property near centre of York

Spent a lovely weekend here with friends. The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped and in a great location, within walking distance of the station and just outside the city walls. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place

Wonderful place! We were a group of five and had plenty of space. Nice location with a 5 min walk to restaurants, pubs etc. Also easy access to the bus that took us to the University. 16Fishergate has everything you need. It really lived up to our expectations. We would love to come back!
